(Dismissed) Request to Dismiss New Korea
While we recognize that our original proposal was shut down, we still feel that the DPRK, or now, New Korea, should be removed from the WASC.
Scouting cites the World Alliance Security Council Act as our legality to proposal this resolution.
"Section 2 - Composition
The de facto leadership of the WASC shall be handled by a Eurussian (Eurussia) official being the founding nation of the WA, by default, as its President, while the position of the Vice President shall be handled by an official from the nation holding the Delegacy to the World Assembly, if willing, otherwise, by appointment of the President, by default. There shall also be thirteen (13) member states representing each of the continents of the WA also appointed by the President provided that they are not puppet states, on the WA Map, and active in both roleplaying matters and out-of-character matters which can also be removed by the WASC, for any grounds, at anytime and at will. The WASC may reorganize itself, internally, for efficiency, provided that such actions will have no negative implications on the prescribed authority of each member state and overall collective authority of the WASC.
If a member state of the WASC is a proven puppet state, it can be subjected to outright and immediate ban and ejection from the WA. There must also be a minimum of three member states in the WASC before its decisions can be enforced, otherwise, its powers shall be exercised by the Founder for the benefit of the World Alliance."
- Repeated Inactivity, usually gone between 7-9 days without any notice of any kind. Magically re-appears when WA Accountability Act is attempted on the DPRK/New Korea.
- New Korea is under new leadership and needs time to re-stabilize before participating in major international events.

The Republic of New Korrea is against. This is a new country. And you should all be helping a new country than intimidating it.

Once again. You are clueless to world happenings and do not know what is going on there for make you utterly useless when it comes to passing things in the WASC. YOU'RE THE REASON WHY THERE IS REFORM IN THE WASC
