"Now that I am back, I would like to state that the Empire has made null the NAP signed under my older brother's time in power. Since the new change in Artite, and the fact that I am now Emperor, I am willing to come to a treaty with New Korrea, our stance on MEU is being reviewed currently. But I would like to shift my focus on New Korrea. President Leem, any wild suggestions that may come out of the empty cavity in your head?"

"New Korrea: You have made a fatal mistake. This will be your downfall. Artite will be in Pyongsong in a matter of hours. Your mistake of propaganda enraged my populace, as it is 100% illegal in Ebsotz. We were even considering it being a bad word! Now, about the camps. We are forcing you back to Korea, or we will bomb the campsite. And Leem: Beheading your own people?!? Have you gone drunk? High? Idiotic? I don't know what. We are not making propaganda. These imperialists are so desperate to invade other countries and they want to make wars with no citizens killed? Is that even possible. I am just making news and it is sad that when these cases against imperialists are moving forward in court, here they are so desperate to tame us and scare us. But we are not. We want to see them tagged as criminals and have a guilty verdict so we can have justice on our own way. When our 'protector' Ebsotz have turned back on us all og a sudden after following what you are just wanting us to do and make in the news. This is funny.

Hey we have a new Emperor here. Is the name Emperor Constantine, the Great Criminal doesn't sound good so you want him die all of a sudden? So Emperor George, the Great Criminal and Warlord is better? Stop insulting us because you cannot scare the Korrean people that have been repeatedly abused by imperialists like you. Stop accusing of propaganda and stop dreaming as if you can wreak havoc to my country and bombing our cities without even killing my innocent people. There is no war like that and what you have all done to our people are plain war crimes against humanity. Stop fooling us because we are tired of being played like a little playthings. But please correct me if I am wrong, but your former ally and defender, Ebsotz, stated that all...and when I say all I mean ALL civilians had been evacuated to safety zones that are being maintained by Snarfia, Eurussia, and Russia. I do not see any shelling reports of these safe zones. I do not see any reports that state that Imperial Troopers are mass murdering civilians in droves and dumping their bodies in mass graves or leaving their bodies to rot on the side of major highways. I also do not dream, President Leem, I know. I know that you have been defeated and that you will be soon a president in exile. To where I wonder where you will go, it is an awfully long trip back to your home land. Your people have been defeated, you have been defeated.

Peace is what my brother dreamed in before his untimely death. And no Artite did not kill its leader to get sympathy, yes nations mourn with us, but I do not need their sympathy and they know the Empire does not need their sympathy. He was challenged by a rival in a duel and he was not good enough to win. I lost my brother, and most likely the best Emperor that Artite will ever see in the next hundred or so years. President Leem, I ask that you surrender to me, and to my allies. I ask that you step down from the security council. Your cases are obviously driven by emotion and your mind is not clear. Now go on keep on publishing your twisted and sickening propaganda. Go on telling me that I am a war criminal and war lord, go on keep on spouting diarrhea from your disgusting mouth. Before this ends President Leem you can be assured that a bullet will replace your brain. That I can guarantee here.

This is enough, we are not here to throw pointless insults at each other! Understand that if you keep this behaviour, you're not insulting each other, but the United Kingdoms of Apepistan, since we are the host of this Peace Summit. This is not some pub where you can shout profanities and insults at people you don't like.

We have been very patiently waiting for the tensions to calm down. All of you are representing your whole nations towards each other, and towards the people of Apepistan too. Please do not insult us with acting like this.

Now that His Imperial Highness, Emperor George, has returned to the Summit, the negotiations can go on. We ask now both sides to present their terms of peace once again, according to the current situation. Without profanities, without comments, just the plain terms.

I'm sincerely sorry (states Jesocasha) but we, the government of Wirbanskia will refuse to recognize any form of peace treaty or agreement presented her.

Second: Since this might aswell be my fault for not stating what I thought to be obvious, we might go with this action roleplay-wise, without retconning the guard aiming his weapon, if you wish so. Please pick which solution you prefer, Ebsotz; I will respond accordingly ICly. Note that the Royal-Guard would be almost instantly killed by security.

2)The New Korrean military is disarmed and dismantled, effective immediately

I stated my only terms on the enemies' surrender twice, and the only one who thought to include them in any discussion was Emperor George, and I appreciate him for that. However, since no other dignitary has attempted to "flesh out" the treaty, as suggested by the Emperor, I will take this upon myself. I have also received a map from my father, detailing the lands he believes should be awarded to the victorious nations.

Here is the treaty I have drawn up for your respective approvals.

The Treaty of Konzbator

•The New Korrean government must disband their military for the next 100 years. They are not allowed to institute self defense force, but may request troops from a foreign power to patrol their lands.
•The New Korrean government will revoke their country's membership from the World Alliance Security Council. They may not pursue their country's former seat for another (real life) six months.
•The Grand Empire of Xolox, The Holy Empire of Artite, The United Socialist States of Zanland, and The Empire of Wirbanskia will be defined as the aggressors.
•New Korrea and the listed aggressor nations vow not to declare war on each other for the next 250 years.
•New Korrea agrees to relinquish the lands specified above to the control of the aggressors.
•The New Korrean government agrees to abolish the practice of executing of its own innocent citizens.

I will warn you, President Leem, I will not tolerate another objection from you. The terms can only go out of your country's favor from here, assuming you want my signature.

As for you, Emperor Nekolai, I suggest you leave this summit. All you have managed to accomplish is to display your nation's indecisiveness and inability to function as a world power. You joined a war you had no place in, first saying you would support the aggressors, then deciding to assist in New Korrea's defence, and now you are threatening their invasion? Ebsotzian ineptitude is not uncommon, apparantly, if your prison guards cannot even keep your prisoners in check. Your country needs you more than this summit does, however little you may be able to help it.
