These countries have the guts to declare war and invade other countries. But are cowards in facing and justifying their wars in court. I appeal to WASC to bring them into arbitration so we could hear what happened without bias and intimidation.

We also express commendation to the Wirbanskian Government for upholding the due process of our international laws. I just have one question, what does an Arbitration actually do here?


It is the same as a court case. Both Parties are given all the chances to provide all evidences and arguments to support their allegations and defenses. Both sides are given equal opportunity to present and say whatever they want exclusively to both Parties alone without any form of interference or interruption from non-Parties to the case.

This takes time but has long lasting impact where any verdict will carry a legal weight as equal to a regional or international law. Both Parties involved are treated as sovereign states and not as individual persons.

Look, I'm here. There was no bias in being active for certain things, I would not avoid a case just to drag it out any longer then it had to be.
