(Dismissed) Scottish Petition against Presidency

I want to nominate the Royalist, Community of Marscida, to replace Scouting as President of the World Alliance. These are the grounds for removal,

1) He have not appointed a Vice President.
2) He is inactive.
3) Today, he is already 5 days inactive.
4) He have done nothing for the past week.
5) He shows no leadership in Security Council.
6) He is unfit for office.

WHY Marscida?
1) He is very active.
2) He knows the law.
3) He is fair and fun.
4) He shows willingness to serve the region.
5) He is deserving than Scouting.
6) He has done so many thinga for the region.
7) He is fit for President.
