Omega Atlantica wishes to to send agents from the ATO to both nations to see if Irelands claims of terrorism is correct or not as member of the security council, and Founder and leader of the Anti-Terror Organisation (ATO)

The Republic of Corinthos wholeheartedly accepts this and agrees. Our intentions were to support democracy and give international support to the irish people.

For the sake of the expedited delivery of justice, as the de facto in-charge of administering cases, Eurussia hereby temporarily takes over the handling of the case at hand. Once the duly elected President took office, if possible, or the duly appointed VP took office, they have all the privileges to take over the case as they may see fit. For now, Eurussia will preside of this case.

And as per the case at hand, following the acceptance of both CORINTHOS and IRELAND on the complaint brought by CORINTHOS before the Security Council, thus it is now an INTERNATIONAL CASE under the full jurisdiction of the Security Council as a judicial body.

No other party may interfere in the proceedings except for the two (2) PARTIES involved and as well as members of the Security Council asking for clarifications or further arguments or evidences from both sides. However, other nations can only join the proceedings if BOTH Corinthos and Ireland gives consent. Nonetheless, the proceeding hereby commences.

As a first order, the Security Council hereby requests the prosecution, CORINTHOS, to present its case. And the defending party, IRELAND, may continue to argue until exhaustion. Members of the body reserves the right to interfere and asks for further clarifications or whatsoever. So ordered.

The Republic of Corinthos has been accused for supporting terrorism. We have provided the leader of ATO, Omega Atlantica, documents about our telegrams sent to Ireland's House Minority Leader, Theodore Garrett, after his call for international support.
Corinthos, hereby makes these documents public to the World Alliance Security Council aswell, along with the telegram we have sent to Omega Atlantica.

Our first message was a reply to Theodore Garrett's request for international help in promoting democracy in their country. We offered them cooperation, and an economical agreement in the future.
The second message was made secret because our ambassador and Theodore Garrett were already imprisoned, and our nation was accused for supporting terrorism. We offered asylum to any irish citizens who wanted to flee their country because of their fear of being arrested for speaking out publicly for freedom.
The Republic of Corinthos sincerely hopes that these documents help you in the investigation. If you have any further questions, we stand ready to adress them.

We wish that the honourable council does not mistake our goals - we do not wish for revenge or vegneance, only for justice. We have been accused of supporting terrorism, when we only wished for the freedom of the irish people. The support we gave Theodore Garrett was for promoting democracy and that only. Our ambassador has been executed without a fair trial, which not only offended our nation, but is a spit on the diplomatic immunity and the fair international court system aswell.

Edit: After browsing through the passed legislations of the World Alliance, it seems that Ireland has also broken the WA Human Rights Act, Article 5., 6., 7. aswell. We are aware that this law if not enforced in the WA, but it is still a passed legislation, which is important to follow, especially by a nation such as Ireland, who is a party leader plus the newly elected president of the World Alliance.

WA Human Rights Act wrote:"Article 5. Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law. Thus, all are equal before the law and are entitled to equal protection of the law.
Article 6. Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair trial by an impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.
Article 7. Everyone has the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law in a fair trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defense."

The Security Council thanks the prosecuting Party for presenting its case. Now it is the turn of the Defending Party to present its arguments accordingly.

By virtue of the authority of the Security Council, IRELAND is hereby requested to present its defense within two (2) days. Otherwise, it will be considered that it has waived its privileges to be heard on the case at hand.

The definition of terrorism is

the use of violence and intimidation in the pursuit of political aims.

This is exactly what the Conservative Party is doing. They are intimidating the Irish People and I guarantee that if they had the chance they would use violence to overthrow the Irish Government. So by endorsing the Conservative Party, Corinthos is supporting the downfall of the Irish Republic.

If his claims would have been true, he could have put our ambassador in court. We repeat, he was executed without a fair trial. This WASC case isnt about what tge concerns of Ireland is or who is a threat to them, but solely about the irish government calling Corinthos supporters of terrorism and them executing our ambassador without a trial.
