This is the thread where all the participants (for the moment Aloia, New Tarajan, Casavarr and Antanares) to the Tarajan ultimatum to Russia will coordinate their action.
Firstly, I would like to thank the Prince of Antanares for hosting the Summit in his Castle of Volkvysokaya.

Well, now we shall begin.
We are waiting for the answer of the Russian government to our ultimatum. Until now, if anyone has suggestions, feel free to propose.

As Anatanares is an ally of the Eurussian Empire, the Eurussian Government has instructed its Ambassador to Antanares to represent it in this summit. We would also like to note that the Eurussian Government has also formally asked the World Alliance Space Defense Agency to lead an international investigation of the incident.

Eurussia, however, declines to support the ultimatum as it is unclear what went wrong nor what exactly occured up there in the outer space. But nevertheless, the Eurussian Ambassador to Antanares will be present to share our views on this world's horrible man made accident.

Most gentle allies,
again the Enlightened Grand Duchy of Casavarr expresses its dismay for the tragedy of Cape Wolf and for the milions of people who perished today.
Certainly, the situation is still unclear and We praise the valuable initiative of the Empress Elizabeth II and Her wise government, which aims to bring light to this obscure matter by establishing an international investigation. However, we would like to express our perplexity about the Great Eurussian decision to not support the ultimatum against Ultranationalist Russia. Since millions died today, We humbly believe that they should be compensated somehow and that those who are guilty should be punished. Even if We cannot say if it was a deliberated act of terrorism or a dramatic accident, the current Ultranationalist Russian government is responsible for not taking the appropriate precautions in order to avoid that situation.
Therefore, as our loyal ally of New Tarajan proposed, Gorbachev and its government should immediately resign from their positions and they should be taken into custody by the World Alliance Police Force until the trial. Moreover, Ultranationalist Russia should pay a compensation for damages, as it is provided by the customary international law about falling space objects.
Finally, We humbly ask Eurussia to join us in our ultimatum, since they are greatly respected in this region. We believe that if Her Majesty Empress Elizbeth II will join our side, a military intervention against Ultranationalist Russia would not be necessary.

we are glad to see you all in our palace, in this summit. For us these days are the most terrible since the born of the Federation. Never we had see a disgrace of this size. We have 2 millions of dead and an imprecise number of wounded, damages in the territory and an entire city destroyed.
But your presence here it's for us a motive of happiness. Thanks to you all.
Now, we want to know what happened in the station of Ultranationalist Russia. The last voices about talk about revolt in the station and talk about an accident, but it's certain that accident or deliberately act the guilt falls on the government of Russia. It's impossible launch a space station and be so incapable to maintain it in the orbit of the planet. No security system? No security in the control room of the station?
We want Russia paid for what is happened and the only guilty are Gorbachev and his government. Russia is in the middle of a civil war and we now they have a little nuclear armament. If the revolt can destroy an entire space station, who said us that the rebels can't take the nuclear bomb? Or that a civil press, "for error", the launch button?

Honourable allies,
I praise the position taken by His Excellency the representative of the Grand Duchy of Casavarr.
also, we thank all of you for the participation, and for the support you have demonstrated to our Antanaresian ally.
Answering to the position expressed by His Excellency the ambassador of Eurussia, I could say one thing: yes, we do not kno what exactly happened in the Russian space colony. However, we have the facts: Russia is now facing a civil war between a Communist dictatorial government, whose aggressive attitute we all have seen when they abruptly attacked Shirouma, and the so-called Federal Movement.
This civil war exploded after the decision of the government to militarily support communist movements in the world, including the one which is killing hundreds of Texanian soldiers.
And the main consequence of this war, until now, was that a space colony crashed on Antanares killing millions of innocent people; and I do not want to talk about the effects of the explosion on the weather, not only of Antanares, but also in the Kingdom.
Now, it is obvious that the Russian communist leadership has failed, and we cannot wait another disaster to intervene.
The terms of the ultimatum are simple: practically, it requests the end of the communist government and its substitution with a new provisional government.
We understand the position of our Eurussia ally, however, at the light of these arguments, we cordially invite him to reconsider the position of the Great Empire.
In any case, we need to cooperate, now, about the next moves and this is the main reason behind this summit, the first one of the new SECURS.

Eurussia has change its stance due to a shocking intelligence report that confirms that the crashing of a Russian Space Station was motivated and planned by the Communist Government of Russia. Hence, we have withdrawn our endorsement to WASDA for an investigation but instead directly asked the Security Council for a swift military intervention against Russia.

This is a shocking news.
But this also confirmed our most deep fears regarding the real nature of the Communist regime of Russia.
We appreciate the intervention of Eurussia, and its request for interventon to the Security Council; however, we have to object that it is not necessary to substitute the SECURS military intervention, which now appears to be more than necessary, with a direct SC intervention.
The reason is simple: SECURS forces are yet ready to intervene, while the SC needs time to mobilize its resources, and the bureaucratic work will leave too much time to go.
Since we understand the reason behind the Eurussia proposal, I have an idea: the SC will approve the New Tarajan ultimatum, and it will ask to the SECURS to secure the situation in Russia.
In few words: the SECURS will act, but accordingly to an SC decision, which will be followed by a complete resolution as soon as possible.
Until that moment, now the Kingdom will order its troops to enter Russia, and enforce a complete blockade of its coasts and the bombardment of its main military installations as prelude for a total invasion, if they will not surrender.

New Tarajan has declared its full support. However, as announced, we have yet commenced the operations against Russia (for the moment, limited to only military installations and sea blockade).

We do distrust Ultranationalist Russian behave before those news, but now it seems that We can prove their wickedness.
However, We need time to ponder our actions: We should wait until the terms of the ultimatum; meanwhile, Security Council should approve SECURS preliminary intervention and vote for a generalized WA military attack.
Our priority should be striking military bases and aviation fields. A squadron of the Grand Ducal Fleet of Casavarr is on run to join the naval blockade. It should reach it tomorrow afternoon at 14.00

The 4th and 3rd Fleets of the Royal Navy are yet proceeding with the enforcement of the blockade and to a first strike of coastal military installations.
We will note proceed with further operations until a decision of the Security Council.

Eurussia hereby confirms the Security Council approved military intervention against Russia. Our government would like to remind that foreign forces are authorized to enter Russian territory by force. There are only two conditions that are required to make the intervention moot, and that is prevent the country from developing nuclear technology and promulgate a new constitution creating a new and fully democratic government.

Eurussia also asks our ally, the Antanares, to restrain itself from getting involved in the intervention and leave the matter to the Security Council so that it could focus its resources to its own reconstructions.

We appreciate the intervention of Eurussia and we praise the new SC resolution (even if we have some, very small, objections on its text, as expressed by our representative in loco).
Thank you very much fo the rapid action, Eurussia.
Regarding the idea you exposed here, we perfectly agree: New Tarajan is yet at work to help the creation of a provisional government, a goal which was also implemented in our ultimatum. However, we see some difficulties in the creation of a full democracy in Russia. Democracy cannot be imposed in such a manner.
The population of Russia will now get out from decades of communist dictatorship, and the risk to create an unstable structure is more than a possibility.
We now must concentrate our efforts following three lines, in our opinion:

1)Crushing down Russian military capabilities (now done since Russia surrendered);
2)Creating the premises for the constitution of a provisional government, firstly with the capture of President Gorbachev and the rest of Russian leadership, and possibly with the aid to the Federal Movemente, without, for the moment, providing immediately a new constitution;
3)Locating and securing any possible nuclear facility in Russia;

Also, I would like to thank also Aloia for the rapid deployment of forces as reinforcements in Russia.

We must now think how to build a new efficient government in Russia: since it seems an occupation would only worst the situation, I propose the creation of a new base inthe Russian territory, and the immediate sending of experts, diplomats and advisers to build a first administration, completely renewed from the previous one. Also, the SECURS as a whole will recognize the new government and help creating a new constitution.
As SECURS Secretary General, New Tarajan will offer to the new government a proposal of guarantee in order to avoid further communist uprisings.
Obviously, Russia will have to provide also reparations to Antanares.

Sorry but....Russia was not invited in this summit...it is strictly reserved to all SECURS/allies only...I doubt a representative of Russia could enter, at this moment, in the Castle of the Prince of Antanares.

I will write a complete text, however the fundamental pillars will be:

1) Russia will admit its complete surrender, without conditions;
2) A joint contingent of SECURS forces will occupy Russia until the stabilization of the situation;
3) A provisional government will be constituted, with the main goal to call for a referendum about the form of government (excluded the communist one) and, after this, a new constitution based on the results, with the consequent creation of a new government.
4) Russia will pay reparations to Antanares;
5) Russia will be forced to dismantle all nuclear facilities and the entire nuclear arsenal; SECURS agents will be deployed in the country to locate both of them;
6) Russia will be forbidden to create a new space program until the international community, via SC, will not decide its political situation is sufficiently stable;
7) Russian military will be reduced in its size (I didn't decided yet about the exact quantity, so, advises are more than welcome);
8 ) After the referendum and the creation of the new government, Russia will sign a guarantee agreement with the SECURS, in order to aid the maintainment of its stability;
9) SECURS members (and also others who want to participate) will begin an investment program in Russia to recover their economy, after the accomplishment of all previous points;

Any other suggestions?
