Edward William-Wright is the current "Head Councilor" of the NZSA High Council. He will be attending with his wife alongside the other NZSA High Council Members.

His Majesty King Friderick Wilhelm II comes into the great Ball Room of the Palace, followed by his sister, Princess Elise Angelique Van Vinkel.
He then reaches the throne, standing in front of the guests. Alongside him, all the members of the Royal Government, and his cousins: Conrad Van Vinkel, Landgrave of Sdudeti-Karabak and former Prime Minister of the Kingdom and Princess Anemoon Eloise Azure.

The entire aristocracy of the Kingdom is also present in the Ballroom.
The guests can see all the Lords and Ladies of New Tarajan, and the flags of all the Noble Houses all around the room.
Then, the King begins to speak:

"My friends, dear allies, nobles of New Tarajan, members of the Royal Houses of all the region, I welcome you at the Royal Estate of Vieneskel, for this Great Ball.
It is a great pleasure to see you all here, today, for such an event. I want to thank especially the Queen of Aloia, Marina Acribaldi-Nordahl, and his husband Prince Andrew, for coming here, also taking with them their beautiful daughter, Jaina, successor of the House Van Telmar. And also my thanks to Empress Jeanne I of Holy Patrician States, and to Crown Prince of Ermeland,
Paul Frederik Van Hoensbroeck-Dampierre; two new members of the SECURS, new allies and partners of New Tarajan. I wish to you the most pleasant stay in our Kingdom.
And also I cannot forget President Nikanawa of Shirouma, who I had the pleasure to meet before, and all the representatives of New-Zealand.
Last, but not least, I want to thank one of our oldest allies, Casavarr, for its presence here with such a numerous delegation. I want to express my pleasure to see again His Excellency Prime Minister de Jaspers, here in New Tarajan.
So, I thank all of you, for coming here: as you know, today, I will chooce my future wife, Queen of New Tarajan and Shabanu of all the Ajans. This is a long-time tradition of House Van Vinkel, and I am honoured you have choosen to participate and to present your candidates."

Then, the King addresses a nod toward the orchestra at one sides of the Ball: "Let the Ball begins!" he said, while music starts.

After the speech, while a soft valzer music begins to spread through the Ball Room, the King sits on his throne, greeting also the newcomers from Japan and Marquette.
One by one, all the members of Tarajan aristocracy pay their homages to His Majesty and his sister, while Conrad Van Vinkel immediately reaches the Casavarrian delegation to greet Prime Minister De Jaspers: "Your Excellency" he says, smiling: "It's a plesure to meet you again."
Then he greets Lady De Saba: "It is a pleasure also to meet you, milady, once again."

Meanwhile Princess Anemoon is speaking with an old general of the Royal Army.

The airplane was approaching the land after a 5 hours flight, escorted by three military interceptors of the Grand Ducal Air Force. Inside of it, young noblewomen from every region of Casavarr were chatting excited, guessing who was going to marry King Friederik Constantin Wilhelm II Van Vinkel. Lidia La Reuss was arguably the one with more chances among them: almost 26, born in one of the most prestigious family in all the Grand Duchy and with the attitude of a typical tabloid queen, she was renown and loved in all the country for her great charm and charisma.

In that plane, not only spoilt gilrs were waiting for the landing. Lady Joannah De Saba, Vice Prime Minister of Casavarr, was thoughtfully sitting in front of her mentor, the Prime Minister Lord Alcide De Jaspers. Seeing her watching intensely outside the window, the old man asked:

"Joannah, is it everything alright?"

The 27 years old girl nodded and respectfully answered back:

"Yes, sir. I was just wondering why we are participating to this ball. I mean, I know the importance of representing the istitution of Casavarr in formal occasions but..."

Lord De Jaspers interrupted her before she could end. A naughty light shone in his eyes and the tone of his voice became clearly ironical:

"Come on, don't bother me while I'm going to try a foretaste of my deserved retirement! Moreover, you are a Countess, aren't you? Wouldn't that be the perfect opportunity for you to definitively settle down?"

The captain's voice covered the laughs of the Prime minister, while Joannah's face was turning red:

"Landing in five minutes"

And five minutes later, the airplane touched the soil of New Tarajan, where they were expected.


Now, they were at the ball. Prime Minister Lord Alcide De Jaspers was talking to some nobles of New Tarajan and Casavarr about boring political issues. Everything went as he expected: he was too old to ask someone to dance and, even if he wasn't, his ill wife at home wouldn't be pleased. So, here he was, chatting with other decent elderly men about this and that, mainly about government topics.
He watched hopefully the King of New Tarajan sitting on the throne and receiving homages from the Tarajani aristocracy.
At his back, Vice Prime Minister Lady Joannah De Saba politely refused the third invitation to dance. Inventing an excuse, Lord De Jaspers left his peers and he joined her. He said, smiling:

"Try to be a little bit more relaxed and have fun. Do it for me: I've been talking about welfare policies for half a hour already!"

Before she could answer, the Prime Minister saw Conrad approaching them and he greeted him:

"Good evening, Marquis Van Vinkel! It is a pleasure indeed!"

"Good evening, Lord!" echoed the Vice Prime Minister

30 soldiers 2 tanks and 1 armored cars from Farshonia is coming in the gates of the Royal Palace.It is unknown why.




But after 20 minutes the Minister of Defence Tomasz Siemoniak arrive in a limo together with the Farshonian President Bronislaw Komorowski.

King Fréderic IV and his wife, Queen Thérèse mingle their way through the ballroom, until they come across Queen Marina of Aloia, as well as her husband, Prince Andrew of the Holy Patrician States.

"What a coincidence!" Exclaims the Marquetien king quite loudly. "The queen of Aloia, the King of Marquette, and a member of the Patrician royal family!"

He turns to Prince Andrew and says, "Where now can be found that Empress Jeanne of yours? I say if we find her it would be a wonderful reunion of allies!"

Paul Frederik wanders the room together with his sister and mingles around with the Tarajan nobility til he finally sees that noone is speaking to the King of New Tarajan.



He walks towards the King together with his sister.

They now stand before the king, they bow slightly before him and Paul Frederik starts introducing them both.

Greetings your exellency, I trust we both know each other but we haven't really met in person, I am Paul Frederik Van Hoensbroeck-Dampierre, Crown Prince of Ermeland and this beautiful woman standing by my side is my sister, the Princess of Ermeland, Beatrice Van Hoensbroeck-Dampierre, it is a real honor for us to finally meet you.

King Friderick Wilhelm smiles, while Prince Paul and his sister are greeting him.
Then, he makes a gesture with his hand, as he wants to stop them: "Your Highness, it is not necessary to bow in front of me." then he stands up from the throne, reaching the two guests: "It is a pleasure and a honour to have you as my guests, today." he says, then he turns on Princess Beatrice: "Or maybe I am the one who shall bow in front of such a beauty. I was glad to hear about the participation of Ermeland. I am sure our two countries have a lot to share. And let me present to you my dear sister, Prince Elise Angelique."
While he is speaking, Princess Elise reaches the two guests, elegantly bowing in front of them: "Your Highnesses, it is a pleasure."


Meanwhile, Conrad Van Vinkel is speaking with Lord De Jaspers and Lady De Saba: "I hope your trip was comfortable, Excellency. Maybe one time you have to come to visit the Landgraviate. Van Janusaekstadt is a beautiful city, especially during spring." he turns on Lady De Saba: "For me, it would be a very pleasure to have you as my guests."

Prime Minister Esther Farah Rumaki, followed by two Lords, reaches Eurussian ambassador: "Your Excellency" she smiles "The King and the other ministers were fearing you would be absent, but I told them that it was no possible. I am surprised to not see Chancellor Pootin, or Her Imperial Majesty, here. But I am sure the King will not take care of such a formal note."


OOC: Farshonia, it is not possible to enter in the Kingdom with tanks...and surely not in front of a Royal Estate!
Small note: actually the orchestra is playing the Ouverture of Romeo and Juliet of Tchaikovsky (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6rL0u-8nyp4&hd=1), since it is not yet time for the valzer.

Prince Paul Frederik then says to the King of New Tarajan : As you propably noticed your exellency , my sister here is a candidate for your future wife therefore I present her for you.

The prince and his sister turn around and walk away from the king, and give a slight bow before they go away.

Queen Marina looked at the Marquetien king with a wide smile. "It's so nice to see you here, Fréderic. I think I see Henri over there! Come along," she said with a youthful smile and started heading over to her brother, Henri of the Holy Patrician States.

Meanwhile, Prince Eric sat with his mother, niece, and husband, admiring all the beautiful dresses. He saw the Eurussian Ambassador and stood to approach her. He put on a winning smile and pulled his husband Akira behind him. When he reached her, he put his hand out. "It's nice to meet you and see that Eurussia has sent a delegate here. I'm Prince Eric, I was once King of Aloia. And you are?"

Lord Alcyde De Jaspers noticed the hasty (and maybe cold) exchange of words between Prince Eric and the Eurussian ambassador. He turned to Van Vinkel and spoke to him quite informally: "Ow, my dear, the travel has been short as usual, but quite unconfortable. At my age, it is not so easy as it was before". Then he added after a short break, jokingly: "And I can't say if the invitation to Van Janusaekstadt was referred to the both of us... Ow, my! I'm going to leave you, young people, alone!". Then he winked to both of them and left.

Lord Alcyde De Jaspers moved toward Prince Eric of Aloia and said to him: "I hope you won't mind the haste of the Eurussian ambassador: he was going to be heard by the king himself. I hope that your Excellency would not consider it a sign of discourtesy. However, I'm Lord Alcyde De Jaspers, Prime Minister of the Grand Ducal Council of Casavarr. I've never had the plasure to make Your Excellency's acquaintance".

Everyone could read on Lady Joannah De Saba's face the great embarassment caused by the Prime Minister's words. She politely said to Van Vinkel: "Ehm... My Lord, you probably know Lord De Jaspers as good as I do. I think he didn't took this event too seriously...
She smiled shyly at him.

King Friederick sees the Eurussian Ambassador walking toward him.
He holds his position in front of the throne, while approached by two Tarajani nobles of the House Van Sondenburg, Prince Maximilian and his brother, Marquis Wilhelm.
They bow elegantly in front of him, before beginning to speak.


Meanwhile, the orchestra changes its music: now the guests cn hear the first notes of a valzer fllooding in the Ball Room.
Little by little, couples of the Tarajani nobles begin to dance.


Conrad Van Vinkel bows lightly when Lord De Jaspers leaves the conversation, adding: "Obviously it was for both of you, milord."
Then he turns on Lady De Saba, smiling: "Au contraire, milady. I am sure that Lord De Jaspers is taking this event with extreme seriousness. Now" he says, hearing the first notes of the valzxer: "Can I have the pleasure of this valzer with you?"

Fréderic V, Crown Prince of Marquette, greatly enjoying himself at the party while holding a glass of outrageously over-priced Tarajani wine, stops when he comes across the Emperor Akhito of Japan and his wife.

"Ah," he says with a pleasant smile on his face. "It has been far too long since I have visited our great eastern neighbor, the sublime Empire of Japan! How do you do?"
