"In behalf of the Eurussian Empire, I am left with nothing to say but appreciation to all Your Excellencies's kind words with each other, to us, and most especially the NATO. It is indeed a reality that we aspire for NATO to bind us together with no ill will towards one another but consistently share goals to help each other to become more powerful in many ways and gladly, not to wage war, but spread peace in all corners of the world through that power.

We are also pleased that our honourable NATO Council has unanimously approved and adopted all the proposals that were presented to us in this Summit. We hope to see that the future NATO University Network, the NATO Development Fund, and the NATO Games will become another testament for our growing and getting stronger alliance under this organization, not for any aim, but for our peoples.

AGENDA: Ceveztrian Threats to Europe & Eurasia

DEFENSE PLAN: Citing the threats posed by Ceveztria to the peoples of Europe and Eurasia, the NATO Secretary General, under the guidance of the Neutral Alliance Treaty, have decided to mobilize our 36,000-strong NATO Strike Force to be strategically deployed in the Eurasian province bordering Ceveztria and that of parts of Europe.

And with such, the de facto defense plan of the NATO to protect and secure its member states is in a DEFENSIVE POSTURE and we are informing the NATO Ambassadors of Eurussia, Eurasia, Europe, Dromoda, Ireland, Snarfia, Kansas, Atletius, Tokugawa, Magni Quas, Aloia, and Lonbonia, that within the next 24 Hours, if no governments opposes, the defensive posture of the NATO Strike Force will become an ASSERTIVE POSTURE against the dictatorship of Ceveztria.

And within the same 24 Hours, if no government opposes, Article 7 of the Neutral Alliance Treaty may then be invoked by any member state threatened by Ceveztria, obliging all member states to UNITE IN DEFENSE of our fellow member state/s harmed or attacked, with an automatic implementation by our armed forces.

* Eurussia has imposed a travel ban and withdrawal of diplomatic mission against Ceveztria. We are also preparing to enforce an economic embargo against Ceveztria along side our warnings of pre-emptive missile strike on suspicious activities targeted on the development of any nuclear weapon.

Eurussia is pleased to inform the our NATO allies that the former president of Ceveztria, Maximillian Aloysius, was captured by our forces along with his closest aides and ministers. They are awaiting for Court orders handing them over to the proper country. That signals the beginning of the end of our successful liberation of Ceveztria proving once more in the world that nationa can unite together to achieve democracy and freedom.

And with that, Eurussia moves to lift our trade embargo from the NATO Economic Community against Ceveztria for us to start helping the country rebuild again and help establish a new democratic government. If there is no opposition within thr next 24 hours, our move to lift the trade embargo will be considered unanimously approved by our great NATO Council.

"Indeed Senator Auditore, I am inclined to agree that NATO has continuously served its purpose up to this day of binding our diverse culture, politics, and nations whatever the trend in global affairs. I would also like to thank the NATO Strike Force for its swift response during the height of Ceveztrian aggression alleviating threats to a neighboring Eurasian Colony. And also that of our NATO Economic Community's decisive act to impose the world's first and largest economic sanctions ever imposed against a country which has pressured the Ceveztrian dictatorship so much that it simply fled away but later caught anyway and has been convicted appropriately by the Court of Justice.

From then on, since the Ceveztrian people has seeked our help, so much had happened and they had to endure the wrath of nature leaving thousands dead and millions homeless. And fortunately, its new leader, the then President of Ceveztria, Joe Biden, reached out to the right nation and we extended the best help we could give and took on the heavy burden of responsibility in establishing back again the foundations of a striving society. "My fellow colleagues; I am proud to be here today in he great nation of Europa, and to be representing my country in this great international organization. Recently, many things have tested our alliance, and tested the resolve of our commitment to the noble sentiment that all people in the world deserve to be safe, secure, and free. Crises in Ceveztria and abroad have allowed us to show the world our dedication to these goals, and to provide these goals to the people of the world.

I am proud that Europe and Asia can be a part of this organization, and that we can help this organization promote freedom throughout the world. I wish to commend the NATO Strike Force for its prompt and robust response to the unspeakable violence that brutally tore through Ausavia, and that the response from NATO allowed the violence to be stopped before it reached unprecedented levels. I also wish to commend my colleague, Chancellor Hillary Clinton, of Great Eurussia, in quickly brokering a deal that allowed Eurussia to administrate order in Ausavia, halting what would have been a further degradation of civil authority.

"I would personally like to think the Europe and Eurussia for welcoming us here today.Since Ireland joined NATO we have seen NATO fulfill its true purpose.The purpose to bind cultures from all over the world,to bind politics,along with many other things.We have also seen NATO try to promote peace throughout the world and with success.

The most recent example of this being Ceveztria or what is now the Commonwealth of Ausavia. When an evil dictator rose up and threatened various nations of the world.NATO took a stand a fought him.We fought him to preserve the peace of the world that we hold so dearly.But when the dictator fired missiles at Europe,NATO fought back.We fought back by sending the NATO strike force to defeat the tyrant.

After the war however many of the nations in the world tried to lay claims in Ceveztria. The first being Eurussia by annexing all of Ceveztria. Sadly I say that the Irish Government turned on the Eurussian Government and annexed lands across Ceveztria. But our alliance stood.After we annexed Ceveztria,the Eurussian Government took to diplomatic methods to get Ireland to hand back the territory into Eurussian hands.After hours of conversing Ireland handed the lands back to Eurussia. And this I believe shows the true message of NATO."

"Thank you Premier Claude Fortier and President Enda Kenny. As the Chancellor of Great Eurussia, I am moved by your appreciation on the aspirations of our neutral alliance and how got were we are today. If I may say, that we as leaders, in our bid to achieve long lasting peace, do sometime face opposing opinions, but I am more than proud to work with you all, that despite of those differences, we never tend to forget why we keep on talking and exhausting diplomacy, and that is only for our own citizens. Our peoples who entrusted us the power to represent them before the world and stand up for their rights and peace.

In relation to this, allow me to present to you the achivements of the NATO since our last assembly in Kyongdong, the People's Republic of Dromoda. First, we were very successful in conducting the NATO GAMES since we launched it. It was the first time the world have seen nations coming together to compete with all professionalism and became the stepping stone for the far reaching World Alliance Olympics.

Second is our brave and well trained NATO STRIKE FORCE which we have seen how well they peformed their mission in protecting our fellow allies in Ceveztria. Now, it possesses a 36,000 strong well experienced and trained units supported by 240 attack equipment and logistics vehicles from all our brave armed forces. In connection to this is our far reaching NATO INTELLIGENCE NETWORK that continuously provide us with real time intelligence necessary for our national security which today has 13 special commands capable of gathering information from every corner of the world with its 13 vast and massive continents.

Third, is our NATO UNIVERSITY NETWORK which is the world's first organization connecting and linking more than 217 universities around the globe spreading our cultures and promoting education as a means of strong people to people relations among our diverse nations. A testament of our determination to seek peace by all means.

Fourth, our aim to form an emergency fund in case of any economic fallout occurs upon us, we can now rely on the NATO DEVELOPMENT FUND which now enjoys a balance of more than € 524 billion euros which can be utilized anytime. And last but certainly not the least, our NATO ECONOMIC COMMUNITY which has allowed our peoples to easily visit and spend some time within our countries have greatly contributed to the movement of our peoples that boost our tourism industries. Plus, the free flow of goods and services within our free trade community where our combined economic stands at € 104 trillion euros in terms of GDP making our trade bloc, the single largest and wealthiest economic bloc in the world today.

Thus, it may not be easy to settle differences and gain common ground within our 12 member nation neutral alliance, our solidarity and will to forge a common goal allowed our NATO to achieve all of these. And for these, congratulations to us all!"
