However, it is too early to predict the outcome of the Irish Western War, as Magni Quas is an ethnically divided nation and the Irish proposal carefully considered that. We do believe that President Arman has implemented policies to create resentment among ethnicities within Magni Quas so that if it led to the country's downfall, it will be hard for any future stable transition due to the mistrust among them.

And for that, Eurussia still supports the division whether may it be temporary or permanent. And in case, if ever, Magni Quas becomes independent again, if and only if, we also support the idea of sanctioning a pacifist Constitution for that country guaranteed by our nations and will only allow the future Magni Quas, if and only if, to develop local police forces only for peace and order."

Perfect, thanks Majesty. Obviously I did not mean to insinuate anything, just a small clarification. Therefore, on behalf of Europe, finally accepted the subdivision, and commitment to my nation to ensure maximum availability in combat operations, post-conflict and reconstruction. I would say that the operations can begin, if the Secretary-General agrees.

"I am replacing His Majesty as Ambassador to this meeting as he as went home.But with surrender of Magni Quas to Irish,Eurussian, and European Forces. We must now start helping Magni Quas rebuild their infrastructure and their government. We must help them write out a Pacifist Constitution,and we must force Magni Quas to sign the Treaty of Ulan Bator, which states that theire military can not get over 50,000 soldiers.That they can not have an Airforce,Navy,Coast Guard,Special Forces,or Marine Corp. Among other things that we discussed here.I will wait for the opinions of NATO.Thank you"

We had a pre-agreement for the future of Magni Quas. It had to be gathered in a definitive manner, was to be given the opportunity to self-determination to the people, we had to make a free and democratic nation. Instead the usual imperialistic greed of certain nations has once again nipped in the bud any attempt at international justice. We had agreements, the agreements were not respected. We had made a covenant, that covenant was broken.
We fought this war with the hope of destroying an oppressive dictatorshipand warmongering, with the task of giving the people a chance of a revival with democracy, justice and fairness. Now this war has become what? Nothing more than a war of conquest, a colonial enterprise worthy of the nineteenth-century empires. Our soldiers have fought and suffered for democracy ,died with the ideal of justice, not for conquer new territories!
We did not do anything but what Magni Quas initially wanted to do with Ireland, a war of conquest.

Why Magni Quas can not start wars of conquest and instead we can feel entitled to do this? Because we are stronger? Because we have larger armies? So here it is the law of the jungle, the law of the strongest? Therefore we behave like animals behave, or am I wrong?
I thought that this organization had ideals a bit more different than those of imperialism and colonialism. We relied on NATO and Eurussia, but apparently our trust has been betrayed cowardly.
Therefore we ask Eurussia an afterthought. We are calling for a peacekeeping operation and began operation of a humanitarian assistance to the population, and in the meantime we ask that Magni Quas is created in a democratic and fair administrative structure. Magni Quas must be assembled and made independent, the population will have the right to self-determination.
Or you do so, or Europe will no longer trying to get into an organization of the imperialists and warmongers.

The agreement stands and i put down any accusation of this being imperialistic.
