"Indeed Senator Auditore, I am inclined to agree that NATO has continuously served its purpose up to this day of binding our diverse culture, politics, and nations whatever the trend in global affairs. I would also like to thank the NATO Strike Force for its swift response during the height of Ceveztrian aggression alleviating threats to a neighboring Eurasian Colony. And also that of our NATO Economic Community's decisive act to impose the world's first and largest economic sanctions ever imposed against a country which has pressured the Ceveztrian dictatorship so much that it simply fled away but later caught anyway and has been convicted appropriately by the Court of Justice.

From then on, since the Ceveztrian people has seeked our help, so much had happened and they had to endure the wrath of nature leaving thousands dead and millions homeless. And fortunately, its new leader, the then President of Ceveztria, Joe Biden, reached out to the right nation and we extended the best help we could give and took on the heavy burden of responsibility in establishing back again the foundations of a striving society. And now, the Commonwealth of North and South Ausavia is born and I thank our allies, particularly yours Senator Auditore, the same for President Xi Jinping, that of Irish President Kenny, and for Eurasian Premier Hartford, for continuously dedicating yourselves in assisting us in our bid to provide help with all the people in need, like in Ausavia.

"My fellow colleagues; I am proud to be here today in he great nation of Europa, and to be representing my country in this great international organization. Recently, many things have tested our alliance, and tested the resolve of our commitment to the noble sentiment that all people in the world deserve to be safe, secure, and free. Crises in Ceveztria and abroad have allowed us to show the world our dedication to these goals, and to provide these goals to the people of the world.

I am proud that Europe and Asia can be a part of this organization, and that we can help this organization promote freedom throughout the world. I wish to commend the NATO Strike Force for its prompt and robust response to the unspeakable violence that brutally tore through Ausavia, and that the response from NATO allowed the violence to be stopped before it reached unprecedented levels. I also wish to commend my colleague, Chancellor Hillary Clinton, of Great Eurussia, in quickly brokering a deal that allowed Eurussia to administrate order in Ausavia, halting what would have been a further degradation of civil authority.

"I would personally like to think the Europe and Eurussia for welcoming us here today.Since Ireland joined NATO we have seen NATO fulfill its true purpose.The purpose to bind cultures from all over the world,to bind politics,along with many other things.We have also seen NATO try to promote peace throughout the world and with success.

The most recent example of this being Ceveztria or what is now the Commonwealth of Ausavia. When an evil dictator rose up and threatened various nations of the world.NATO took a stand a fought him.We fought him to preserve the peace of the world that we hold so dearly.But when the dictator fired missiles at Europe,NATO fought back.We fought back by sending the NATO strike force to defeat the tyrant.

After the war however many of the nations in the world tried to lay claims in Ceveztria. The first being Eurussia by annexing all of Ceveztria. Sadly I say that the Irish Government turned on the Eurussian Government and annexed lands across Ceveztria. But our alliance stood.After we annexed Ceveztria,the Eurussian Government took to diplomatic methods to get Ireland to hand back the territory into Eurussian hands.After hours of conversing Ireland handed the lands back to Eurussia. And this I believe shows the true message of NATO."

As the Chancellor of Great Eurussia, I am moved by your appreciation on the aspirations of our neutral alliance and how got were we are today. If I may say, that we as leaders, in our bid to achieve long lasting peace, do sometime face opposing opinions, but I am more than proud to work with you all, that despite of those differences, we never tend to forget why we keep on talking and exhausting diplomacy, and that is only for our own citizens. Our peoples who entrusted us the power to represent them before the world and stand up for their rights and peace.

In relation to this, allow me to present to you the achivements of the NATO since our last assembly in Kyongdong, the People's Republic of Dromoda. First, we were very successful in conducting the NATO GAMES since we launched it. It was the first time the world have seen nations coming together to compete with all professionalism and became the stepping stone for the far reaching World Alliance Olympics.

Second is our brave and well trained NATO STRIKE FORCE which we have seen how well they peformed their mission in protecting our fellow allies in Ceveztria. Now, it possesses a 36,000 strong well experienced and trained units supported by 240 attack equipment and logistics vehicles from all our brave armed forces. In connection to this is our far reaching NATO INTELLIGENCE NETWORK that continuously provide us with real time intelligence necessary for our national security which today has 13 special commands capable of gathering information from every corner of the world with its 13 vast and massive continents.

Third, is our NATO UNIVERSITY NETWORK which is the world's first organization connecting and linking more than 217 universities around the globe spreading our cultures and promoting education as a means of strong people to people relations among our diverse nations. A testament of our determination to seek peace by all means.

Fourth, our aim to form an emergency fund in case of any economic fallout occurs upon us, we can now rely on the NATO DEVELOPMENT FUND which now enjoys a balance of more than € 524 billion euros which can be utilized anytime. And last but certainly not the least, our NATO ECONOMIC COMMUNITY which has allowed our peoples to easily visit and spend some time within our countries have greatly contributed to the movement of our peoples that boost our tourism industries. Plus, the free flow of goods and services within our free trade community where our combined economic stands at € 104 trillion euros in terms of GDP making our trade bloc, the single largest and wealthiest economic bloc in the world today.

Thus, it may not be easy to settle differences and gain common ground within our 12 member nation neutral alliance, our solidarity and will to forge a common goal allowed our NATO to achieve all of these. And for these, congratulations to us all!"

And now, going to the Agenda of our Summit, I am honored to present to you the newly adopted policies of the NATO, which was unanimously approved by all members of the NATO Council through their respective governments' concurrences:

Establishment of the NATO PARLIAMENTARY ASSEMBLY

Under this framework, the NATO Council has agreed to have our respective legislatures to have their own regular consultative meetings by sending their representatives and leaders to discuss state policies in line with NATO principles and even work out national legislation to harmonize our domestic laws with the spirit of the NATO.

Establishment of the NATO ARMED FORCES NETWORK

Under this framework, the NATO Council has agreed to conduct international and regular war games, military drills and exercises among our armed forces to ensure inter-operability and enhancement of capabilities on disaster preparedness and combat readiness. We have also agreed to link our military bases together to be utilized on strategic missions of an allied state/s as a solidarity with each other.

Establishment of the NATO NUCLEAR SHARING SYSTEM

Under this framework, the NATO Council has agreed to obliged one another to maintain the secrecy of their respective nuclear arsenal for the purpose of national security and solidarity with this policy so as to ensure that any allied nuclear armed state may extend a nuclear weapon to another allied nuclear armed state or another allied non-nuclear armed state to ensure their utmost protection of the alliance. We have also agreed to maintain the utmost secrecy of this policy for our own benefit and of the alliance. Although, we have hopes that such necessity will never take place and remain as last resort for any aggression against anyone of us.

As we now further commit ourselves for the good of the Neutral Alliance Treaty Organization, and with the unanimous adoption of our new international policies, I extend my thanks and appreciation for each and everyone's contribution to the NATO! With these, we have kept the alliance stronger together and bonded under common goals. Thank you."

Greeting everyone of the NATO. i am sorry i am late but we had some problems with getting here. nevertheless we are here and we want to thank Europe for hosting this meeting in honor of the NATO.

The People's republic also wanted to announce that this is the first time that a Dromodian leader ever went to Europe and that this is a wonderful experience to see the culture and to meet European people and building trade relations.

We also wanted to thank the Eurussians for making this possible and setting our alliance on our top priority list.

In order to make NATO a fair organization, acceptance must be voted on by the members of the organization. The nation applying for NATO must receive at least a 75% support rate to be accepted into NATO. The Empire of Great Eurussia will no longer have the power to accept or deny people to NATO without the NATO Acceptance Council voting on the matter.

This will make acceptance into NATO a more fair of a system.Thank you for your time"

To President Kenny, I appreciate your considerations and we wish to guide your government to review Article 11 of the alliance which already serves the purpose of your proposal. But in anyway, I am pleased to see how our alliance evolved and how are we capable of reaching a unanimous agreement on all issues that benefit us all. Nevertheless, this is the strength and the source of unity of our neutral alliance.

And now, as we come to the conclusion of our NATO Summit in New Strasburgo, allow me to thank again President Auditore for this wonderful occasion that bind us stronger together. "Your Excellencies, Ambassadors of the Member States to the Neutral Alliance Treaty Organization, I have called this very urgent emergency meeting of the NATO Council upon the endorsement of the Eurussian Government, following a request from the Irish Government.

As you were aware, the Confederacy of Magni Quas has surprisingly declared a unilateral war against the Kingdom of Ireland during its time of weakneas still in recovery after its devastating earthquake. I do believe that stirring dispute, much more a war against a fellow member state is a ground for expulsion under the Neutral Alliance Treaty.

As a fellow member, we do not also wish to see Magni Quas expelled from the NATO as doing so, the country will perpetually be banned from the NATO. As such, we hope we could find a peaceful solution before an ample number of votes are achieved and we hope that both Parties will exercise maximum restraint while this emergency meeting of the NATO Council is going on.

Our government has already condemned the declaration and made its position to be in favor of defending Ireland, at all cost, if the situation requires such. Hence, below are our official agenda on this meeting:

We want to peacefully find a solution to this sudden declaration of war, but we are not afraid to use force if it becomes necessary. "Your Majesties and Your Excellencies, thank you. We have heard the grievances of Magni Quas and that of Ireland. I do believe that Magni Quas has its own reasons, the same with Ireland, and they both have legitimate historical differences and for that, we must continue talking, here.

However, I cannot stress how important to maintain the status quo, and having convened this Session, we have asked Ireland and Magni Quas to maintain the status quo. Unfortunately, Magni Quas blatantly defied it.

Hence, within the next 24 Hours, as requested by Ireland, and by virtue of violations of Article 1 of the Neutral Alliance Treaty, if no member state opposes, the Confederacy of Magni Quas is effectively expelled from the NATO, removing any obligations and legal hurdle from any of us to defend/ protect Magni Quas. On top of this, we also move to impose a unilateral international trade embargo against Magni Quas where the NATO Economic Community will stop trading with the Confederacy of Magni Quas.

However, despite all these, the NATO Council requests all member states and all third Parties to refrain from taking any military maneuvers to give way for this peace talks to allow Magni Quas to take the peaceful path in resolving this. Unless otherwise Magni Quas takes again another offensive action, the NATO Council won't stop any self defense act.

The Eurussian Government also informs Magni Quas that if it is expelled from the NATO, without assuring us it will not make any more unilateral military moves, our government will suspend its Treaty of Friendship with Magni Quas.

Although we are ready to continue to talk, if Magni Quas chooses to, the NATO Council will also not hesitate to take collective and united action to defend Ireland under Article 7 of the Neutral Alliance Treaty."

"Your Majesties and Your Excellencies, with no opposition from any member state of the alliance, I do hereby declare that the Confederacy of Magni Quas is hereby expelled from the Neutral Alliance Treaty Organization citing its blatant violations of Article 1 of the Neutral Alliance Treaty. And as part of this, that nation shall not enjoy the benefits and advantages of being part of our neutral alliance anymore, and as per the Treaty, under Article 10, the Confederacy of Magni Quas may not be granted future membership anymore.

Also, as part of this expulsion due to its aggression against the Kingdom of Ireland, the NATO Economic Community, composed of all its member states, has imposed a unilateral international trade embargo against the Confederacy of Magni Quas prohibiting all kinds of trade and economic activity with the said country.

Furthermore, as invoked by Talanzaar and Ireland itself, Article 7 of the Neutral Alliance Treaty has been invoked thus all member states are obliged to unite and act as ONE, under the flag of the NATO Strike Force, with the full support of the NATO Intelligence Network and the NATO Armed Forces Network, to act in self defense as recognized by the WA Constitution, and solely in defense of our co-member state, the Kingdom of Ireland.

Lastly, as announced by the Eurussian Government, as the expulsion takes effect, our nation has decided to suspend its Treaty of Friendship with the Confederacy of Magni Quas, effectively recalling our Ambassador in Ulan Bator and as well as send back home their Ambassador in Moscow. And officially ends our formal relations with the said country.

The Eurussian Empire further commits itself to the defense of Ireland.
