(Dismissed) Browera vs WA

This thread will be the court case between Eurussia and Browera.

I have been accused of using a puppet to vote for me in the recent security council election. I was unjustly stripped of my position and considered guilty before I even had a chance to respond. I have not been given any reasons as to why Eurussia thought this but I am willing to give up and information that proves my innocence. OOC: Whether it be facebook pages, emails, pictures of the two of us etc etc.

Good sir the court asks if you have information to prove you are innocent? a picture and face book may be accepted.

With due respect, I believe my case should be handled first to find out if what Eurussia did was even legal, also shouldnt the prosecution go first

The court has found these true,now we wait for eurussia to respond to this.

Eurussia woud like to inform this honorable Court of Justice that our government is more than willing to participate in this due process referred to as "WA vs Browera/Galesatum."

We had pushed for a change of referred case name from "Browera vs Eurussia" into the present one since we believe that we are not charged here as a nation but rather as the sole authority in supervising the elections in behalf of the World Alliance.

We also like to humbly request that we compel Galesatum to join this case since he is also a concerned party which has paramount role the same as Browera in this case. We would also like to humbly request that we wish to express our arguments after the court has exhausted all the arguments of the all the prosecuting party to this case.

I am offended to be accused of playing as a puppet. I am my own nation and make my own decisions. Yes Browera and my nation are good friends but we are not one and the same. I want it to be clear that we make our own decisions and Galesatum is an independent nation.

There is no rule that states I cannot have a representative from another nation help my case. If you want to bring in someone than you are free to do so. Now please refrain from pointing out anymore problems you have with the case and post the evidence that you claim to have so it can be refuted.

If no evidence is given soon then there is no point in continuing this.

We agree that there are no rules but with respect to existing practice even outside Nation States, as sovereign independent states, both parties should agree to the terms before both proceed voluntarily into an arbitration like this. Since, nations are involved.

Anyways, your designated lawyer is free to advice you privately. If you insist on getting other nations involved other than the Court members, Browera, and Galesatum, we will just withdraw from these proceedings.
