Re: (Dismissed) Green Lunar Act
I think Parliament should set up a separate committee to deal with all international space proposals. I would volunteer to chair this commission/committee.

Re: (Dismissed) Green Lunar Act
The idea of the Committee is interesting, even if maybe we could find some practical difficulties in implementing it.
However, I believe we are going now off-topic. We should discuss such matters in other places.

Re: (Dismissed) Green Lunar Act
Aloia will vote AGAINST this bill, and if any nuclear weapons are shot at the moon, the Aloian Royal Star Armada will simply shoot it of the sky, and the Aloian government will officially declare war on Stirva, or any other nation shooting at the moon. This is our formal warning.
Re: (Dismissed) Green Lunar Act
Its impossible to blow up the moon.... unless you have 30 TRILLION MEGATONS worth of nuclear warheads laying around.
What would happen if we blew up the Moon?

We wanna build a new one. Our current one is going further away from earth so we wanna see how the moon was like in the dinosaur era.

"The technology would strictly be solar panels that would cover the surface of the illuminated side of the moon (with the suggestion of moon colonies that would be be accounted for)."
This should sum up the problem with solar panels only on the "illuminated side of the moon"

Re: (Dismissed) Green Lunar Act
There is no illuminated side of the moon. If you demand proof then here http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=7mb3AQmhTKoHusqvarnia wrote:"The technology would strictly be solar panels that would cover the surface of the illuminated side of the moon (with the suggestion of moon colonies that would be be accounted for)."

The ring is necessary for energy production the whole year.
