EURUSSIA vs NEW TARAJAN

In our desire to institute a world governed by international laws and expressing our grave shock over the acceptance of this tribunal to a complaint under the case, New Tarajan vs Eurussia that despite of the lack of legal grounds much more legal basis to qualify the complaint into proceeding into a trial, specifically the absence of a citation on existing constitutional provisions nor international laws, the complaint has still given a baseless merit, with due respect to the WA Court of Justice.

Nevertheless, using the same case as a dangerous precedent, Eurussia is now obliged to defend itself, much more, all nations of the world when they are having a simple exchange of words or trading barbs against another nation despite being protected by the constitutional provision on the freedom of expression, from all the damaging statements thrown against our honourable nation by no less than, New Tarajan.

In this sense, citing the same case as mentioned above, citing its precedent, Eurussia seeks for $800 billion dollars worth of compensation and damages where each count of damaging statements shall be valued as 100 billion dollars due to its impact on our honourable nation's prestigious image before the international community. And since we have received damaging statements from high ranking officials of the Kingdom of New Tarajan, from its King, its Prime Minister, its Foreign Minister, its Admiral, its Council, and its Diet, we believe we have all the rights in seeking for a public apology.
