(Resolved) Chivalry Dismissal Referendum

As the Secretary General, Eurussia hereby authorizes a regionwide referendum on the DIMISSAL OF CHIVALRY from the Court of Justice as the petitioners, MARQUETTE and HAVENBURGH, successfully achieves the needs for a dismissal vote as required under the WA Constitution.
And for transparency, the petitioners and the initial supporters are as follows: Havenburgh, Marquette, New Tarajan, Ceveztria, Shirouma, and Carriebean.

The floor is now open for votes until the 22nd of April.
NOTE: A simple majority over the total number of voting nations can put effect on the dismissal provided that there are at least 10 minimum participating/voting nations.

This is definitely not the place to announce your candidacy for the position, and it's completely inappropriate here. That's like saying you will run for mayor when the elections for mayor aren't even for several years.

The reason for removal is on the grounds of inactivity in the past few trials, which have been pretty major. They include a huge controversial program that was trying to create powerful WMD's, a trial to get someone removed from the region, etc.
We really do need the court to be full of very active people.

The UKZ firmly believes in a strong and efficient judiciary. But hopes that the nation which is absent from his/her duties is suspended temporarily.
