The situation in the international arena looks worse, with the new rise to power of former Chancellor Putin, who already proved himself not of peaceful intents in the pursuit of his own policy, and a firm enemy of New Tarajan. And his most recent statements and actions already confirmed these previsions.
Thus, with an official speech to the Landsraad, King Friederick Wilhelm, as Head of State of the Kingdom, while illustrating the progresses of Tarajani policies both domestically and internationally, also underlined the position of New Tarajan toward the most recent developments on the field.
First of all, the Second Orenburg Crisis, after the decision of Putin to host there the Eurussian Air Show, with a massive presence of military aircrafts. The words of His Majesty about this decision are strong, and clear: "Mr. Putin is trying to joke with us. We understood, although with skepticism, the need for an emergency preparedness exercise; but how this new move could be justified?"
The answer is simple: "The new Chancellor wishes to provoke us: he wishes to demonstrate to the world that he can ignore the warnings of the International Community while getting unpunished. Of course, in his own mind, he hopes that this will anger us at the point we will react violently."
These words have been welcomed by a long applause, before His Majesty could proceed further: "Now, if he really underestimates us so much, he's clearly wrong. But if he hopes that we'll stay silent, he's wrong as well."
"Our answer is simple: first point, Eurussia must immediately withdraw all the military aircrafts participating to the Air Show. Second point, Eurussia must immediately announce that it will not proceed with further military movements for no reasons. Third point: our 4th and 5th fleets will be deployed right now, and they're already en route, near the coasts of Orenburg, to closely monitor the situation and the execution of the first two points I listed."



After another applause, King Friederick Wilhelm continued: "What Eurussia seems not to understand, is the ground of our position. They keep going on with their own, unjustified and childish propaganda about alleged "flip-flop States" (and, honestly, the term itself is ridiculous), maybe thinking it could harm us some way, without paying the necessary attention to our reasons: we are not backing Ireland; we are avoiding a military escalation. Why are we acting only against Eurussia? Simple: because Eurussia is the only side which did not recognize the need to self-restrain itself. If Eurussia will cease to act like flipper, we'll cease our warnings too, it's obvious and natural." Then the King also praised "the decision of Ireland to demonstrate once again its peace-loving intentions by lowering the tensions over their claims. What we are curious about, is why Eurussia did not do the same before."
After talking about Orenburg, His Majesty then spoke about the other news from the world. First of all, the Dromoda-Kennyland Crisis. About this delicate issue, which sees New Tarajan on the frontline against imperialism, the words against Eurussian deployment of missiles in Dromoda are strong: "This move is unacceptable. Eurussia is playing with fire.", citing also the facts that Operation Wave Breaker, the greatest military operation in history, which has the goal to protect Kennyland against any aggression, is still underway and that any military provokation "will be seen without doubts as an act of war against the entire Shraman Pact."
His Majesty also spoke about the incoming Olympics in Astana. While reiterating the great effort "of New Tarajan as a whole to really make this event memorable" he also took the occasion to add that "In the name of sport, New Tarajan will make a kind concession to Eurussia, not to extend the prohibition to enter the Kingdom, which we imposed to the officials and ministers of the old government, to the new ones too, during the period of the Olympics. We hope that now, they will be keen to demonstrate us their true commitment to the ideals of the Olympics, which are peace and friendship: thus, we would be very glad in accepting their public apologies for what they have attempted to do against us, New-Zealand and Eurasia."
This decision, not to extend the prohibition to enter the Kingdom, is extremely significative, particularly considering who's now the new Chancellor in Moscow. It's a demonstration of the sincere commitment of New Tarajan toward peace, and, of course, of its moral superiority on warmongering, aggressive, and blind countries.

The Tokugawa warned nations involved in the crisis on Saturday to halt destabilising actions in the region.

Using unusually strong language, Tokugawa Defence Ministry Yamazawa Nato told an Daegu forum that the Tokugawan Federation was committed to its geopolitical rebalance to the region and “will not look the other way when fundamental principles of the international order are being challenged”.

Nato said the Tokugawa took no position on the merits of rival territorial claims in the region, but added: “We firmly oppose any nation’s use of intimidation, coercion, or the threat of force to assert these claims.”

The UKZ completely aware off the international community's objection, especially the nations of the Shraman Pact to the EU's airshow has decided to participate in airshow making it an air force joint exercise. The UKZ has done this in an attempt to relax tensions and put doubts and grievances of other nations to a rest. The message made clear by the ministry of defence is ‘we trust the EU and there is no covert agend to this'


The ministry of Home Affairs and the ministry of rural and urban development have praised New Tarajan for their developed cities and wishes to build the UKZ on similar lines.
Ministers are to travel to the nation on a study tour and are looking looking forward to Tarajani cooperation and parternership on developing the villages and cities of the kingdom.

As already foreseen by many, with the new rise to power of Chancellor Putin, Eurussia is continuing to bottoming out and marginalizing itself in the International Arena, keeping going on with its unjustified aggressive intentions against New Tarajan and its allies.
Thus, after the long and comprehensive speech delivered by King Friederick Wilhelm to the Landsraad, Moscow even tried to use the Tarajani-created South-Western Security Organization, or SOWESO, to attack Astana, accusing it of undermining the stability of the Continent.
The response of New Tarajan has been quick, and clear: the Tarajani delegation, indeed, demonstrated that Eurussia is indeed the sole responsible of the violations (and many other ones)  charged on New Tarajan, thus literally blasting out the publicized intentions of Eurussia.
But another news comes from the Palace of Government: following the lack of any response of Eurussia to the SECURS, which requested to comply with the request of public apologies to New Tarajan, Moscow sees now itself expelled by the powerful alliance of royalist countries.
"The entire fact is very simple" commented a spokesperson of the Organization: "Eurussia violated the word and the spirit of the SECURS Charter and did not answer to our requests. So, it is now expelled by the SECURS."
A move which risks to further undermine the already poor credibility and international position of Moscow.




Talking about the recent creation of the State of Israel on the ashes of Magni Quas, publicized by Eurussia has a great sign of its anti-imperialist stance, Deputy PM Van Hagen simply said:" Please, don't make us laugh. Eurussia had no right to retain the former territories of Magni Quas. They are trying to downplay once again their responsibilities." A response for the last piece of Eurussian propaganda "which is honestly beginning to sick us with its complete lack of any credibility."
By the way, he said also that "New Tarajan will strongly support the new State of Israel."
Van Hagen also reiterated that "New Tarajan, Eurasia and New-Zealand are still waiting for official and public apologies from Eurussia and that, until they will not come, we must consider any act of Moscow as possibly hostile against us."


And while Eurussia strongly criticize the presence of Tarajani and Eurasian fleets near the coasts of Orenburg, a spokesperson of the OMNI Enforcer, the Imperial military, announced that all the forces deployed in loco "will participate in a massive joint military exercise together with the Eurasian forces." with an invitation extended also to Antanares, which has fleets deployed in the area too. The massive exercises will last for many days, maybe a week, and will cover the entire sphere of aerial and naval operations, thus greatly increasing the cooperation capability and inter-operability of the Eurasian and Tarajani fleets.
But the exercises, obviously, has also another goal: "to demonstrate to Eurussia that, while the actions of Ireland made it possible to resolve the crisis over Orenburg, its aggressive stances, which greatly undermined the stability of our Continent, will not be let unpunished."




After the news that the Zackalantis Government will follow the Tarajani way-of-development in order to develop further the urban organization and development of the United Kingdom, Astana decided to commit a great amount of energy and resources in order to help it achieving its goals.
New Tarajan will indeed send many advisers and experts in the field of urban development, architecture, engineering and infrastructure organization. Moreover, the New Tarajan Investments Authority will also increase the amount of investments in the urban areas of Zackalantis, together with the International Businsess Group and the Royal International Bank, which has also decided to open the first of a series of branches in the UKZ, namely the Zackalantis Business & Saving Bank, which will greatly help the new projects of the UKZ government, while also providing all the expertise of New Tarajan in the banking sector to Zackalantis citizens.

Tarajani diplomacy is on the move also about the recent events in Talanzaar: after the mysterious disappearance of President Davidovics, New Tarajan indeed offered to Talanzaar "all the necessary aid" through investigative expertise, shared intelligence, and even the sending on the field of special agents, to help the local authorities solve the mystery.
At the same time, the Tarajani Government also decided to strengthen its ties with Talanzaar: "We would be very glad to welcome Acting President Ehrlichman in Astana, in order to discuss the signing of new treaties and agreements between our countries." Imperial Tokugawa has conducted a massive military exercise in the high altitude Shishimuri Planes at Sekigahara.

The Tokugawan Army Airforce Air Force have conducted ground attack training over the Shishimuri Planes, the "first operation of its kind", official media here reported.

The great day finally arrived.
In the capital city of the Kingdom, everything has been carefully prepared to host the first Olympics in WA history, and particularly to create the most memorable opening ceremony for them, and the final result do not delude.
The ceremony took place in the newly-built Olympic District of Astana, and in the Hedyat Taher Olympic Stadium particularly.
But let us start from the beginning.



The ceremony has been opened by the arrival of the Olympic torch, from its last stage in Antanares. It has been brought to the Olympic Stadium by the famous Tarajani gymnast Ahmed Hudavend, welcomed by a crowd of joyful people and "escorted" during the last phase of the transfer by a body of one hundred young Ajanic dancers, who offered to the participants an incredible show of the Arezoo Dance, a tradition of Ajanic people.
Arriving in the Stadium, under the eyes of 90.000 people, the torch has been finally put in the Cauldron, a wonderful monumental structure specifically designed to be visible from every corner of the District.
The Arezoo Dance continued during this topical moment and soon after it, when all the one hundred girls exhibited in another traditional Ajanic dance, the Flight of the Fire.

The ceremony continued with a concert of traditional Ajanic music.
Played by Kamran Naiem and Sanjar Eghbal, the two major Ajanic musicians of our times, the concert has been a major success, introducing the spectators to the most wonderful and poetic sounds of the ancient Tarajan and its legends: through their instruments and the dancers, indeed, supported by an highly-sophisticated use of 3D and visual technologies, the Stadium has been transformed in the old Palace of Padishahs, where the ancient myths and legends of the Ajanic people took place.
An incredibly suggestive and inspirational moment, during which the spectators felt themselves as part of the stories of Shraman and Jahan, Shalimar and the Wizards, Kalihaan and Mahvash, interpreted by the most prominent actors of the legendarily-famous theatrical school of the Opera Theatre of Astana.



After Naiem, Eghbal and their exhibition, it was the moment of the Royal Symphonic Orchestra of Astana, which played two marches of the famous Tarajani composer Van Elgar. The music was accompained by a spectacular parade of the Royal Guard Corps, which escorted, step by step, King Friederick Wilhelm dressed in his ceremonial uniform, to the stage for the opening speech.


Soon after the King reached the stage, it began the long procession of the athletes participating to the Games.
In a rigorous alphabetical orders, all the teams, headed by their own flag bearers, paraded all around a fictional volcano in the center of the Stadium.
The final result was that the top of the mountain was crowned by the flags of all participating countries, while suddenly from the central crater a series of fireworks erupted, composing in the sky the form of the Olympic rings: a metaphor, to indicate the unity of all countries and people coming from the true spirit of the Olympic Games themselves.




After the parade, King Friederick Wilhelm delivered his speech, firstly by welcoming all the spectators to the First World Alliance Olympic Games.
Then, he addressed the athletes convened for the games, wishing them "the blessing of the Gods, but, more importantly, the blessing of your own honour and passion. Because if victory is important, if playing is important, the most important thing is to do what we do with passion and good heart."
The King also mentioned the actual international situation by citing "the long-lasting disputes, tensions and crisis which are plaguing our world" wishing that "these Games could be the occasion to reforge friendship and, with it, a stable peace and order."
So, exactly as expected from such a person as the King of New Tarajan, no political propaganda nor attacks against any country: the speech has been, in the words of a commentator "an incredibly well-crafted piece of moderation, diplomacy, and good-will." which probably will disarm any possible adversary better than any other things.
And a long applause followed after King Friederick Wilhelm finally said: "I hereby declare open the first World Alliance Olympic Games."




The final words of the King's speech marked the beginning of the fireworks show over the Stadium.
Fifteen minutes of the most spectacular scenery which is possible to imagine: firstly, the fireworks, coming from the borders of the Stadium, covered the skies over the center, while little by little composing the colors of all participating countries.
Then, the national colors of New Tarajan erupted from the volcano, before a final round began, covering the Stadium once again.
But fireworks were exploded also in the entire Olympic District, strictly coordinated with the Stadium ones, in order to provide a wonderful show of colors to the spectators.



In few words, a truly momentous opening ceremony.
Under the eyes of billions of people, and at the presence of Heads of State and Government ad dignitaries from all around the world, New Tarajan literally stunned the World Alliance as a whole with a show that, while obviously telling, through musics, dances and legends, of the Kingdom itself, did not forget a fundamental point: that the Olympic Games are universal for their own nature. And, in this sense, New Tarajan also demonstrated its incredible ability to leave behind, when needed, even the most hot tensions, in the name of sport, peace, and friendship.
A lesson, this is the hope, others will learn, possibly making profit of such a wonderful occasion.

High level Officials have deemed the group to not be a threat though.

Finally, the first World Alliance Olympic Games of history, saw their final, closing ceremony to be held in Astana, capital city of New Tarajan and the city hosting these historical Games.
After the stunning opening ceremony organized by Tarajani authorities, which was praised in every corner of the world, it was fair to expect the same level of wonders (and success) for the closing one.
And such expectations did not go disillusioned.


The first phase of the ceremony was the huge parade: crossing all the corners of the Olympic District of Astana, all the participating athletes gathered in the Olympic Stadium, holding torches with lights representing the national colours of the respective countries.
Once gathered in the Stadium, the flag bearers exchanged their flags with those ones of the others in front of them. The symbolism was clear as, once again, the peace-bringing significance of the Olympics.




After the parade, a new concert was held: this time, it began with a performance of the Royal Symphonical Orchestra, which this time played a number of pieces of classical music coming from all the participant countries.
After this, one of the most famous singers of the Kingdom, Gustav Van Heeren, performed a wonderful choral version of the Olympic Singing Poem, composed as a sort of hymn of the Olympic Games by many Tarajani composers.






And, of course, it was not imaginable without fireworks. And, also this time as during the opening ceremony, the results were stunning.
Once again, the center of the show was the Olympic Stadium but, differently from what seen during the opening ceremony, this time it was also brought from the entire District, and even from the Royal Palace and old Ajanic Citadel, in a wonderful, colorful, mix which lightened the night sky of the Tarajani capital city.
The fireworks, beginning in the Citadel, proceeded along the river until they reached the District, where they "expanded" covering its borders and then reaching the Stadium, where they erupted in an imaginific show of colors and sounds.





So, at the end, what is the outcome of the first Olympic Games in the history of the World Alliance?
Apart from the medals and the other sportive achievements, there's one thing these Olympics demonstrated to the world: the prestige New Tarajan achieved in the World Alliance.
From the opening ceremony to the ending one, passing through all the competitions, New Tarajan showed its ability to stun the world audience. But, more important, it demonstrated how it is able to overcome the differences and tensions of foreign policy for the sake of sport, and the principles of peace and friendship.

Her Majesty Queen Janice Munrow, on Thursday made her intentions of building a zach empire known to the international community. The PM has not responded to this intention of hers but sources say that he will agree.
The ambitious Queen said that the kingdom is capable of much more and hopes that it uses it's capability to the fullest extent. She went on to say that the zach policy of neutrality must go away, this policy she said was one for a weaker UKZ but it is now time to abandon it and possibly go after a more ambitious and progressive policy.
She also said that Eurussia is a nation that can help us with such a foreign policy.

After a rough and exciting week of the Olympics, the 200 Irish Athletes have returned home with joyful smiles. One athlete was qouted with saying "Even though we didnt win we ha d alot of fun." And that is the way most of Ireland feels, even though Ireland did not win the Olympics the 200 athletes reprsented us on the International Stage.

Later on the athletes met with Prime Minister Enda Kenny, where he congratulated them on their fine work in Astana. After meeting with the athletes, the Prime Minister adrresed the United Kingdom.
"To the people of the United Kingdom and  of our Empire. Today is great day for Ireland and for these athletes. The athletes that reprsented us in the Olympics this year have retuned home. These 200 men represented Ireland in the very First Olympics Games. So even if we didnt win they have made Ireland proud."

The yearly tax rebate has caused outrage among the wealthy "elite" class of New-Zealanders, with many taking to the streets to protest over what they perceive to be unfair treatment of their community. This years yearly tax rebate was far higher than ever before, driven on the back of a strong NZ Economy, with a solid performance from the government's SOE's. Overall, the average New-Zealander payed a net yearly tax of 36% after the rebates, and 58% before. However, the progressive nature of the tax system, and particularly the rebate system, is what has many "privileged" New-Zealanders up in arms. For example, the bottom 10% of NZ Citizens payed approximately a 5% net tax rate this year, while the top 10% payed a 60% net tax rate. In summary, the total income inequality between the bottom 1% and the top 1% comes in at just about 1:14, while this may seem like much, it actually means that the poorest earners in the country walked home with around $25,000 this year, while the richest earners in NZ walked home with around $350,000 (The Prime Minister himself walked home with around $180,000). Now when we consider the fact that the man walking home with $25,000 had initially earned around $27,000 while the man who walked home with $350,000 had initially earned $770,000 it's quite easy to see why the upper class is up in arms over this "injustice". 

The protest however, was mostly orderly, though it often encountered slander from certain members of the general public, with many calling the protesters "Capitalist Pigs" and "Greedy Bastards". When we interviewed some members of the middle class over the issue, majority seemed to align with the government on the issue, stating along the lines that the tax and rebate system worked out fairly for majority of the population, and maintained a sense of equality whilst allowing high earners to have a few luxuries. One particular member of the public, who identified himself as being a product development manager for Haswell Technologies (Earning quite a hefty salary of $200,000), said that "I personally am in support of the system as it rewards hard work whilst ensuring those at the bottom don't get left behind. For example I have a rolex, and he has a Casio, but we both can afford warm houses and decent clothes. Noone lives in poverty, but some of us can afford a few extra luxuries. Seems perfectly fair to me." 

However, when we asked our finance column editor, she stated that the protests themselves may not be about the tax returns, or the progressive nature of the income tax system, but actually a build up of many other issues. For example, this year the government increased the inheritance tax from a hefty 55% to a unfathomable 75%. This combined with the rise of capital gains tax to 68%, which I might add wasn't covered in the yearly tax rebate, and strong government pressure against the "playing" of the property market (To prevent the driving up of house prices) and the government being the kingpin tycoon of the stock market. It's in her expert opinion that the elite class feels that they are being hard done by the government, who is simply not giving them any room for investments in order to grow their financial base. Take the stock market for example, this is really the only highly profitable investment, but before any private investors are able to buy up shares in any successful companies, the government's already there and sporting a far healthier wallet. Buy low, sell high is really the backbone of the governments tertiary earnings now, and the elite is simply not able to compete with the government, thus their growing resentment which finally climaxed today. And then there's the last nail in the coffin, these people feel trapped because the reserve banks emigration policy only allows people to take a maximum of $600,000 out of the country, every dollar after that carries a 70% tax. 

Really there isn't much to say. Many people around the world will undoubtably sympathise with the plight of the elite. Unfortunately, or fortunately, the average New-Zealander doesn't seem to be one of them, myself included.

Army platoon accidentally marches into Antanares

Today, an army platoon performing a military exercise near the border accidentally marched into Antanares, marching into a small border town, before being notified by local police that they were in Antanares.

Texanian officials have announced that they are terribly sorry for this altercation, and has been asked to be forgiven by Antanares.

Cornershot Rifle Developed for Special Forces.

Today, the development of a new Rifle, called the "Cornershot", Has been announced as completed. The Rifle can be folded to a 90 Degree angle for each side, and then can be fired without exposing the soldier shooting. It's development started as a way to lessen casualties in operations. Projected casualties when using this Rifle are 40% lower than with a regular rifle
