CAUCASOID DECLARES INDEPENDENCE

An area, called Caucasoid in the kingdom of Chelyabinsk has declared independence form the UKZ. This is not the first time they have done this, back in 1947 they declared indpendence , but then just like now the UKZ government never really took them serioulsy.

The Region of Caucasoid, has a distinct culture from the rest of the kingdom of Chelyabinsk which lead them to place a plea for getting a seperate state in the UKZ, but this plea was ignored by the Queen, due to the minute size of the Caucasoid region, and hence the impracticality of making a new state. So in 1947 they declared independence and called it The Republic of Caucasoid and even elected a President, but the government back then never took them serioulsy and continued to carry out it's functions and administrative duties in the region, This angered the 'government' of Caucasoid, and they declared war upon the UKZ. Not having a military force they thought that the government of the UKZ would ignore this too. Cititzens of Caucasoid would throw bricks, glass bottles and flaming torches into the zach sid. but the zach government marched troops into the region and began eliminating all forms of resistance, until the 'President' of Caucasoid was captured and put under arrest. Following that, the movement slowly died down.

Now they have declared independence again and have called their nation The Fedral Republic of New Caucasoid, Prime Minsiter Reginald Potter has said that 'These claims are not to be taken serioulsy at all and are only way to get international attention'

However President of New Caucasoid has another story, 'The Governemnt of the UKZ has ignored us long enough, it is our right to have our own cultures and traditions, distinct from the rest and an ability to be able to showcase it proudly. We have been ignored and denied development by the kingdom of chelyabinsk also. ASTANA CONCERNED OVER ZACKALANTIS

Meanwhile, news from Zackalantis and the proclamation of independence from the secessionist Federal Republic of New Caucasoid are causing some concerns in New Tarajan.

Premier Fortier and Prime Minister Enda Kenny of Ireland announced today that Eurasia and Ireland had signed a mutual friendship treaty and strengthened ties with one another. This is a far cry from the two nations relations several years ago, when Eurasia placed Ireland on the watch-list following some high level corruption allegations in Ireland. The treaty outlines the two nations commitments to peace and to friendship, as well as allowing for increased trade and the waving of visa restrictions on between the two nations citizens. The 114th and 123rd Mechanized Infantry Divisions have conducted exercises this week in the disputed territory of Judlyn. The Eurasian military has had around 200,000 troops stationed there, reduced from the original 400,000 due to a decrease in tensions, since the announce of Dromodian attempts to send military forces to build a city for the Dromodians there. The exercises included faux amphibious landings and helicopter insertions, mainly in preparation in the rare chance there is an invasion of the island. The Minister of Defense has downplayed the idea that there will be an invasion. The Minister said: "While the Dromodian government is famously unpredictable, we don't expect an increase in tensions any time soon."

History has a way of repeating itself. Just like back in 1947 the territory of New Caucasoid has declared war against the UKZ. However unlike 1947 they have managed to organize themselves into a militant group called the New Caucasian People's Liberation Army (NCPLA).

As the first step towards the country's transition from an isolationist foreign and domestic policy, the President of the Muchos Estados Unidos, Baracks Omama, arrived in Moscow for a State Visit to the Eurussian Empire. He was greeted with full military honours upon his arrival by His Imperial Highness, Crown Prince Naruhito, who accompanied him to the Imperial Kremlin Palace where Their Imperial Majesties, Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko, formally welcomed the President of the Estados Unidos to the country.
