During an open forum in a national conference about global diplomacy at the University of Windsor, where students were allowed to freely ask the Chancellor of Eurussia, a sensitive international issue was asked by a brave student regarding the most recent plans of the newly founded country in Asia, the People's Republic of China China, regarding nuclear testing in Articmainia Sea, and how the Eurussian Government will react on it after the successful official visit of Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Beijing last week. Without directly referring to China China, Chancellor Putin said that Eurussia, being a responsible nation holding the Presidency of the Security Council and knowing its status in the world stage, have been closely watching the proper enforcement of the said nuclear test ban to ensure peace in every corner of the world. He also said that Eurussia will not hesitate to bring any country before the Security Council to face the punishments of the world for not following a very important international law aimed on ensuring and maintaining world peace. International analysts say that whether the question and answer part of the open forum is intentional or not, the implications of Eurussia's tacit warning to China China is significant as it can be noted that Articmainia, Snarfia, and Xolox, which are having issues with China China, are all members of the powerful WA Security Council and has strong ties with the Eurussian Empire which reportedly witholding its endorsement to China China that is preventing the latter to obtain a seat in the Security Council of the world.

After the Snarfian Government publicly called for aid and help from the WA Humanitarian Organization, seconded by an urgent request from the Eurussian Government, the Secretary General of the WAHO immediately ordered the deployment of humanitarian teams based on the WAHO Command Center at the WA Asia Neutral Territory in the Asian Continent. Their primary duty was to search and rescue refugee boats of Snarfians from China China and provide temporary shelter, food, and medicine at the facilities of the WAHO in the WA Asia Neutral Territory. According to the Secretary General, the Snarfian refugees will be documented before bringing them by plane to the Empire of Snarfia.

Other than the usual diplomatic nature of the State Visit, analysts also took notice of strong signs on the possibility of future inter-royal connections between the two royalties as the Imperial Household Agency confirmed that the Targaryen Royal Family will still be staying in the country for a week as vacation. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, when asked about the unsolicited proposal from the Muchos Estados Unidos Government on the possibility of an international meeting in Washington DC about the current events hounding the international community, hinted on the notion that the Eurussian Government doesn't close its doors in diplomacy shedding light on the possibility that Moscow might soften its stance nor harden it further to deter the People's Republic of China China from furthering advancing its strategic objectives that is harming and threatening the peace of the Asian, Micronesian, and Olympian continents. According to international analysts, despite having no direct trade relations between Eurussia and China China, the latter has limited trade with its partners such as Zanland and Xolox who have recently publicly declined to support the Chinese on their actions which at the same time enjoys growing economic ties with the Eurussian Empire. Thus, giving Moscow the edge to use this case against China China to crash its economy by way of making businesses and companies in Zanland and Xolox to choose which country to trade with between Eurussia and China China since the Eurussian Government could restrict and ask its own businesses and companies not to conduct trade with foreign companies that deals with any businesses or companies based in China.

As the Chinese Government continues to escalate the tensions in the continent by way of the recent deployment of its People's Liberation Army from its naval ships docked near the Olympian canals, the Ministry of Defense also raised the stakes higher, as aside from the naval patrols and aerial surveillance flights around China China by the Eurussian Asia Command, troops from the Eurussian Army were now announced to be deployed near the vast land borders of the People's Republic of China China. According to the ministry, these troops will be constructing 'temporary bases' in strategic locations outside the Chinese land borders. The move is expected to infuriate Beijing further as it is already pressured by external and internal factors and trying to avoid humiliation in the face of the wary Chinese people.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Defense published photos of its surveillance missions above the Olympian canals showing the movement of troops of the People's Liberation Army near the recognized canal zones. Aside from these, four EUN Ticonderoga Class Guided Missile Cruisers of the Eurussian Navy are still patrolling the waterways respectively to ensure the freedom of navigation in the area. The ministry issued a stern warning to the People's Republic of China China, that if any of its troops or military assets in the area tries to block any Eurussian ship from passing any of the two Olympian canals, the world should not be shocked and surprised from any armed retaliation by the Empire of Great Eurussia.

As tensions skyrocket further in the eastern continents of the world, in the heart of the Magnesian continent located at the southwestern part of the world, the Estados Unidos Government has successfully convened an international meeting of governments aimed on bringing peace and broker a possible diplomatic solution on the growing tensions at the world stage. The Eurussian Embassy in Washington DC confirmed that Eurussia will be attending the World Meeting for Peace which will be represented by Her Excellency, Caroline Kennedy, the Ambassador of the Empire of Great Eurussia to the United States of Muchos Estados Unidos. Other foreign dignitaries have been reportedly starting to arrive in the country.

Premier Petrenko has ordered three battalions of troops to the Olympia Canals in order to counter the Chinese landings there. Fighting will not commence however Zanlandian forces will retaliate if the Chinese attack.

His Excellency, Chancellor Vladimir Putin openly rejected the request of President Xi of the People's Republic of China China to meet him in Moscow and hold bilateral talks to discuss the deteriorating situation in the Asian, Olympian, and Micronesian continents. He said through a press conference at the White House that the Eurussian Empire never closes its doors towards diplomacy most especially in finding a diplomatic solution to the growing and unprecendent aggression of China China. However, he believes that meeting President Xi would not do any thing as the Chinese continuous to provoke several nations of the world to advance its interests. He also repeated the earlier warning of the Ministry of Defense that if the Chinese People's Liberation Army blocks any Eurussian-flagged ship in any of the two Olympian canals, the country would consider it as an act of war.

Chancellor Putin also said that the build up of Eurussian troops around the land borders of China China are non-stop and continuing with the support from the military of the Grand Empire of Xolox. He said that the troop buildup is necessary as precautionary measure for any possibility of escalation of hostilities. He also said that the Eurussian Asia Command will intensify their surveillance flights and maritime patrols around China China.

Chancellor Putin also revealed that despite the landings of the Chinese People's Liberation Army at the Olympian canals, the four EUN Ticonderoga Class Guided Missile Cruisers of the Eurussian Navy are continuously passing through the two international shipping water ways to ensure the freedom of navigation in the area. He also said that the Eurussian Olympia Command of the Eurussian Armed Forces are closely monitoring the developments in the Olympian continent.

On the other hand, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a statement regarding the economic situation of the Republic of Georgia in the Phoenician continent saying that the country is studying the possibility of extending a multi-billion financial aid to the newly founded state to help in reviving its economy and boost its development to reverses its downward trajectory of economic growth. This is to ensure that the economic collapse in Goergia would have lesser impact on the global economy.

His Excellency, Chancellor Vladimir Putin welcomed the withdrawal of Chinese People's Liberation Army troops from the two canals at the Olympian continent after intense pressure and unprecedent military deterrence from the Eurussian Government. Furthermore, in response to the Chinese declaration of war against the Empire of Articmainia, Chancellor Putin announced that through the Ministry of Trade, all foreign companies and entities that conduct business and trade with the People's Republic of China China will not be allowed to conduct trade and business with all companies and entities in the Eurussian Empire. He said that the trade embargo aims to bring intense pressure not just to the government in Beijing but as well as to the common Chinese people which in return will pressure back their government as commodity prices in China China will surely increase due to extremely limited trade with the rest of the world who already enjoys growing trade with Eurussia.

Premier Petrenko held a meeting with his top marshals, they have decided to support Xolox with any conflict that arises. In the meantime, Zanland prepares her military for combat.

Zanlandian troops in Xolox have deployed to the Eurussian-Loxan line to support Zanlands allies.

The Grand Emperor was appalled by China China's disrespect. The Loxan navy has been ordered to engage all ships deploying troops into Articmania and a small contingent of troops were sent to aid Articmanian forces. The Emperor has ordered troops to attack on all fronts and is contemplating the release of The Bull into the Chinese² countryside. An army of five million has been left in defense of Xolox. The Emperor has stated that Xolox's number one objective is to seize Beijing in retaliation of the horrendous attacks on Artips.
