EMPRESS ELIZABETH II VISITS SCOTTLANDS

In a historic moment in the relationship between the Republic of Scottlands and the Empire of Great Eurussia, Her Imperial Majesty, Empress Elizabeth II, arrived in the City of Edinburgh for the monarch's first State Visit to the neutral country in the continent of Polynesia aimed to strengthen the two nations' ties. President Nicola and her government warmly greeted the Empress of Great Eurussia upon its arrival on the airport with full military honours which was indeed a historic step for the republican country by welcoming a foreign monarch in their soil. Both leaders held bilateral talks at the presidential palace and met with the government ministers of the Scottish Government. This was followed by the signing of the upgraded Treaty of Friendship between Eurussia and Scottlands sealing their closer economic, security, and diplomatic ties which was witnessed by the two leaders. The two governments also inked bilateral cooperation on nuclear energy development, joint security improvements, anti-terrorism programs. In the evening, a State Banquet was held in honour of the Empress of Great Eurussia joined by Presidnent Nicola and well known figures in the Scottish Government and the Scottish society.

On the second day of the State Visit, Empress Elizabeth II visited and inaugurated the new headquarters of the NATO in Scottland with President Nicola which was built after the nation's bid to join the reclusive and neutral international bloc. They also opened the main offices of the Eurussian Institute of Friendship in Scottlands and the Eurussian Chamber of Commerce in Scottlands at downtown Edinburgh which will promote businesses and trade between the two countries and as well as strengthen cultural exchanges and programs. After the imperial address, the Eurussian monarch met the members of the parliament and had a meeting with its senior leaders. Scottish Republic files cases against Apepistan in international courts

Consistent to the neutral foreign policy of the Scottish Government, after all efforts failed to settle peace with Apepistan leader of ZAR, Lady Nicola ordered to file cases against the Apepistan in international courts to clean the name of the ALL of WTU and the Scottish Republic. Lady Nicola, named as Most Powerful Woman by certain magazines, has addressed a letter to the "President of Apepistan". As the United Kingdoms does not have a president, the government is confused what to think of the letter. On December 31st 2014 a Nuclear Power Station out side of Moskva suffered a leakage. At first the stations scientists thought it to be a minor leak. But as time went on the leak expanded and nearly sent the station into a full out nuclear meltdown. Worst than that of Chernobyl in 1986. But before anything else could happen the station was immediately shut down. The Government later contacted the Scouting Government to help investigate the problem. But the Chancellor is saying that it is most likely the station will not be reopened.

XARAX PEACE SUMMIT STALLED?

The Xarax Peace Summit seems to have come to a halt. Ambassador of the United Kingdoms of Apepistan, Lord Muhtar Tenger stated that there are two major things hindering the peace treaty. Firstly, the Peace Summit is still waiting for the newly, democraticly elected president of Korreaa as a legitimate representative for their people to arrive on the summit, and sign the treaty himself. Secondly, a dispute between Artite and Xolox regarding the region of the DPRK currently under de facto authority of the Holy Empire of Artite. A leaked tape spreading in internet has been spreading because a voice is heard talking similar to President Walker Brush ordering someone to assassinate Kim Jong-un to end the problems of its allies. Troops continue the offensive while capturing more villages and establishing forts, During which CAAF (Carbon Alliance Armed Forces) established a military fort, and closed in on a small farming village, A cargo plane was shot down over the Kukagawa Mountains forcing Lockdownn to retaliate and send troops to defend the village. Investigation Into Empire of Russia's Nuclear Facility Complete!

On December 31st, 2014, Russia, and the World's first Nuclear Power Facility, Obninskaya, experienced a leak in the reactor. This prompted an un-official request from the Government of Russia asking the United States of Scouting to step in and take lead of an investigation regarding what occurred to cause the accident. In an effort to not step on any toes, President Jarno required an official request from the Government of Russia before Scouting officially stepped in.

On January 4th, 2015, Russia finally officially requested the assistance of the Scouting Government regarding the accident at the Nuclear Power Facility. In the same announcement, the Russian Government noted that the leak, minor at first, became a major leak and caused a near-meltdown of the facility. It was also noted that this would have been potentially the world's largest disaster, economically and power plant wise, worse than that of Chernobyl in 1986.

On January 9th, 2015, the United States of Scouting assembled a team with the World Alliance Environmental Protection Agency to investigate the accident. The initial investigation report was expected by the end of the weekend which would have been Jan. 11th. Although we don't know when the actual investigation report was complete, it's been 6 days since the original estimated date.

Today, we've received word from the Scouting Government stating that the Investigation is complete and that a report would be released today by the President, Jeb Bush. With the report, the President is also expected to lay out recommendations and announce WEPA's moving forward with legislation to propose that regular checks be issued on WEPA members owned Nuclear Power Facilities. We expect the press conference to occur this evening.
