The government of the United Kingdoms of Apepistan and Ahet-Apep LII have expressed their concerns regarding the attack on the President of the United States of Scouting, Jeb Bush. The United Kingdoms of Apepistan have offered the United States of Scouting their assistance to help with the assassination case. Also a gift horse, as a traditional apopic diplomatic present, was hand-picked by Ahet-Apep LII himself from his personal stables, and sent to the U.S. of Scouting, to President Jeb Bush.




The Zaristic League of Trade, or ZAR, has elected the representative of the United Kingdoms of Apepistan for the position of Head of Court. Apepistan plans to solidify the trading cooperation between the ZAR nations, and will keep protecting the ZAR from external threats, like the Scottlands-Apepistan case, if needed.




The Xarax Peace Summit seems to have come to a halt. Ambassador of the United Kingdoms of Apepistan, Lord Muhtar Tenger stated that there are two major things hindering the peace treaty. Firstly, the Peace Summit is still waiting for the newly, democraticly elected president of Korreaa as a legitimate representative for their people to arrive on the summit, and sign the treaty himself. Secondly, a dispute between Artite and Xolox regarding the region of the DPRK currently under de facto authority of the Holy Empire of Artite. Lord Muhtar Tenger has also voiced his concern about Xolox and Artite discussing the fate of the said region separately from the Xarax Peace Summit.
"We can not have separate peace treaties and dealings behind the WAPF and the Korreaan people. The United Kingdoms of Apepistan keep themselves strictly to the original goals of the Artic-Korreaan war; the Xolox-Artite negotiations outside the Xarax Peace Summit hinder the final step towards liberating and rebuilding Korreaa. The right to the self-determination of nations must not be harmed.

Official reports from the Citadel state that at 8 am this morning there was a bombing in the Citadel meeting room. All those in the room including the bomber was killed with the exception of Atlantica the son of our late leader who claims it was a suicide bombing.

Atlantica later gave a public speech that stated the following, "I Atlantica son of our later leader have something to say to the nation. We must not grieve the deaths of my father and the other officials! We must turn that sadness into anger! We shall find those who are responsible and show them the pain they have cause me and our nation! I promise you that!" He was reported crying during the speech and has not since left his fathers grave but he shall return to office as leader this Saturday.

* President ordered CIA assassination of Dictator Kim Jong-un? *

A leaked tape spreading in internet has been spreading because a voice is heard talking similar to President Walker Brush ordering someone to assassinate Kim Jong-un to end the problems of its allies. The man being ordered is like the voice of CIA chief William Rotors. There is no comment from the White House about the recording neither from CIA.

Troops continue the offensive while capturing more villages and establishing forts, During which CAAF (Carbon Alliance Armed Forces) established a military fort, and closed in on a small farming village, A cargo plane was shot down over the Kukagawa Mountains forcing Lockdownn to retaliate and send troops to defend the village. CAAF (following massive casualties) pulled back while Lockdownnian forces advanced. Airstrikes have begun in Yorguschmich trying to deter Lockdownnian troops away from land troops. CAAF has sent anti-nuclear warships to defend the coastline in case Lockdownn does decide to pull the trigger.

The Republic Of Kitt has almost completed a new untested weapon that should be far more destructive than a nuclear bomb in which it will deploy if needed. James Montauk, Spokesperson for Cobalt Enterprises ® (one of the companies developing this weapon) comments on this matter, "We have entered a new era, an era of peace, and stability, but that can never be accomplished without the glory of war."

GRAND EMPEROR WELCOMES AN END TO THE PEACE SUMMIT

The Grand Emperor has released a treaty proposition that will likely be accepted by all parties, and the only obstacle to the end of the Korreaan occupation is Emperor John Wallace's absence. The administration wishes to assure its allies and fellow signatories that the dialogue between Grand Emperor Charles and Crown Prince William was short and informal, nothing was signed. The Emperor just explained why he needed Artite to cooperate, and the Crown Prince agreed once the reasons were laid out.

XOLOX CONDEMNS MUCHOS ESTADOS UNIDOS

The Loxan administration is horrified that a seemingly legitimate, civilized government would condone and even attempt to carry out the assassination of another world leader, however vilified he may be. The allegation, which has not yet been denied by President Walker Brush, has earned the MEU a condemnation. In light of the overabundance of assassinations, the Emperor wishes to warn other world leaders of the possibility that some of these assassinations and attempts at them may have more political advantages than disadvantages to the "victims".

EMPEROR UPS THE ANTE ON RED KEEP SECURITY

In accordance with rumored plans to assassinate North Korreaa's world leader, administration has seen fit to increase security measures inside the Red Keep, where it is well known that the exiled leader has been staying. Until further notice, nobody will be able to enter-or leave- without the Emperor's permission. The Emperor agrees with Eurussia's concerns about the duration of the North Korreaan people's pain, and has ordered Kim John-un to cease all political interaction outside of the peace summit, and has cut off his communications with the remainder of the North Korreaan regime.

EBSOTZ REQUESTS MARINE PROTECTION ACT

Ebsotzians have inspected the DPRK waters to the west, and found a shocking discovery. Over the course of 20 years, the oceans biodiversity has dropped by a whopping 52%. Ebsotz declares that this issue has to be "eradicated". So, Ebsotz decided to make this issue an inspiring part of the Anti-Marine Killing/Anti-Whaling Act. The Oceans are very important to the Ebsotzian People, as it gives life, beauty, and merriment to almost all of the population. As many Marine Protections Activists are saying: If the oceans die, we die. Hopefully this will be known to all of the world.

* The US Government condemn XOLOX while President Walker Brush meeting Junkin III *

The United States of Muchos Estados Unidos Government condemned Xolox instead calling it a hypocrite for hiding and protecting the life of a tyrannical and authoritarian dictator. The government refused to make any announcement or confirm the assassination orders to the dictator of North Korea. The Secretary of State even say that they will pressure Xolox to do something to the dictator they are hiding. Meanwhile, President Walker Brush has been approved to make friends with Junkin III the leader of Serenarea Islands. This will make trade and economy powerful.

A new Nation

Today word from Atlantica states that the nation is been reshaped into a more free and less oppressive government. There will be voting rights, human rights, none brutal police and much much more. This is all part of reshaping the nation into a free nation and promises not to "Go mad with power like his father" to quote him I directly.

On December 31st, 2014, Russia, and the World's first Nuclear Power Facility, Obninskaya, experienced a leak in the reactor. This prompted an un-official request from the Government of Russia asking the United States of Scouting to step in and take lead of an investigation regarding what occurred to cause the accident. In an effort to not step on any toes, President Jarno required an official request from the Government of Russia before Scouting officially stepped in.

On January 4th, 2015, Russia finally officially requested the assistance of the Scouting Government regarding the accident at the Nuclear Power Facility. In the same announcement, the Russian Government noted that the leak, minor at first, became a major leak and caused a near-meltdown of the facility. It was also noted that this would have been potentially the world's largest disaster, economically and power plant wise, worse than that of Chernobyl in 1986.

On January 9th, 2015, the United States of Scouting assembled a team with the World Alliance Environmental Protection Agency to investigate the accident. The initial investigation report was expected by the end of the weekend which would have been Jan. 11th. Although we don't know when the actual investigation report was complete, it's been 6 days since the original estimated date.

Today, we've received word from the Scouting Government stating that the Investigation is complete and that a report would be released today by the President, Jeb Bush. With the report, the President is also expected to lay out recommendations and announce WEPA's moving forward with legislation to propose that regular checks be issued on WEPA members owned Nuclear Power Facilities. We expect the press conference to occur this evening.

* President Brush signs sanctions against XOLOX *

The US Government has approved sanctions against XOLOX for keeping the dictator of North Korea and supporting it on the negotiations that is taking longer. President Brush also talked to his economic advisors to debate on making thw US Dollar an international reserve currency.

SUPREME LEADER KIM JONG-UN IMPRISONED

The Grand Emperor, in response to Kim Jong-un's refusal to cease communications with his former people, has had the former dictator imprisoned. The Emperor has not done this in response to requests made by other countries, specifically MEU, but has done it because his command was violated. The prisoner will be transferred to an undisclosed location and will not be released until a Korreaan representative is elected and the Korreaan Liberation Treaty is signed by all those involved. Even once Kim Jong-un is released, he will not be allowed to leave Xolox and will be monitored to make sure he is unable to do so.

XOLOX DISSATISFIED WITH SECURITY COUNCIL

The Loxan administration has been disappointed with the World Alliance security council's performance lately. Several vital laws have failed due solely to slothfulness. Ridiculous proposals have been put to vote and generally the Security Council has been tarnishing its own reputation. The Grand Emperor is fully on board with Scouting's cleaning up initiative and thinks that it will have a healthy effect on the Council as a whole. The Grand Emperor even questions how some of its current members even managed to obtain a seat on the council, and hopes that new members will be more carefully chosen.

The US Government has approved to vote for the proposal at the World Assembly to support the life of the disabled people.

* President Brush wants rapprochement with North Korea *

Aboard Marine One to visit Chicago, President Walker Brush said via telephone interview that with the new President of Korea, he wants to mend ties with the country to help introduce democracy and erase all kinds of terror and imperialism.

In other news, Artite has extended a hand to the Empire of Russia offering assistance in fighting the communist auxiliary brigade. Crown Prince William Niston stated in a press conference directed at the imperial government of the Empire of Russia.

"As two imperial powers we should stand together against a common foe. Though the communists have not come to our shores we feel a kinship with the Russians for we are almost same in culture and language. Artite will assist the Empire of Russia in fighting the C.A.B insurgents in Russian territory and where ever else they may be hiding. Also an investigation being led by the Artitian Imperial Intelligence Ministry will be looking into the Chinese ties or Korrean ties of the terrorist leader, Li Keqiang. If the C.A.B are recieving aid from China China or the Korreans or possibly both, Artite will take immediate action against the supporter and aggressor. A team of investigators will be sent to the Empire of Russia after approval from the Emperor of Russia is given. Hopefully this new terror group will not bring in a new reign of warfare to the WA as a global war on terror would be costly and bloody.

* US Government accuses China China of cyber espionage *

The National Security Agency revealed that several computers of the national database and information registration network has been shut off for several hours and investigation found out that the cyber attack came from China China. The White House has called on the communist government to stop stealing state secrets and confidential data from the US Government. On the time being, President Brush is on his way aboard Air Force One to fly to Moscow to join the world leaders in spreading democracy in DPRK.

The United Kingdoms of Apepistan has send a small group of veteran and off-duty soldiers, along with a large number of weaponry, equipment and supplies, to the Holy Empire of Artite. The purpose of this is to further increase the cooperation of the two armies by training exercises, weapon testing, and so on. The exact duration of the project is currently unknown, as the Holy Empire of Artite is free to decide about how long the exercises will last. The United Kingdoms of Apepistan hope that the two armies will develop strong bonds as brothers-in-arms.




The Council of the United Kingdoms, as the governing body of the United Kingdoms of Apepistan, have given an open statement to the public about the current national and international situation of the state; it included a message to all nations. In it the C.U.K. stated that [...]the WASC seems to be quickly decreasing to be a "lobby party", with the members only voting and discussing matters in which they can advance their nations interest. This is not only decreasing the aurthority of the WASC, but it's efficiency aswell. The United Kingdoms of Apepistan support any proposal to stop this process."
The C.U.K. also stated that "[...] nations who did not even bother to act against tyranny in North-Korreaa should stop making demands about the situation. In case they have forgotten, thousands of soldiers died to liberate the country; sacrificing their own lives for the freedom of a foreign nation. The least they could do is honor the brave deeds of these men and women before barging in to a situation they are not related to. It is also disturbing to see how some nations wish to support Kim-Jongun, the former dictator of the DPRK. They are either fooled by the tyrant, or are trying to revive a dead dictatorship. We hope it's the former, and their sight will clear soon."
The United Kingdoms of Apepistan is indomitable on bringing freedom and democracy to New-Korreaa.

New threats have emerged as Lockdownn has activated more of its nuclear missiles tonight as anti-nuclear warships head for Federation Bay in Lockdownn. CAAF experienced heavy resistance when entering the country but things are looking up due to more enrollments in CAAF. New weapons testing has risen the bar as more and more advanced weaponry hit the field. CAAF officials are refusing to comment as of right now for national security sake.



New findings have been found regarding operation black eyes in which Lockdownn has activated. It works like a virus but is much more efficient. the Carbon Alliance is looking for ways to possibly defend their people against this but have fallen short.



Michng Yorguschmich is being tracked and is expected to be detained for questioning by the end of the month. CAAF states that they have been tracking him for a matter of months and could in fact have a lead on to where he’s been hiding.



A nuclear bomb was fired at an island in which CAAF controlled but military defense ships were able to dismantle it in air by emitting an EMP blast at the weapon. CAAF officials have responded by stating “we have avoided countless innocent lives by using new technology to benefit our beliefs.”  We have yet to know when the turning point of the war will happen.
