In light of the situation where the Irish Treasury and the National Exchange both said that the Irish Euro was the most powerful currency in the world Parliament has taken action. Recent events causing the government's approval rating to drop to 31% is what many think fueled the Parliament to pass the Irish Banking Act of 2015. This bill is highly controversial though. It abolishes both the National Treasury and the National Exchange which was under little government control. And replaces it with the Central Bank of Ireland. Which will fall under direct authority of the government.

Before voting on the bill began TD Gerry Adams, leader of Sinn Fein and House Majority Leader gave an address to the Dail Eireann where he stated what the bill would do and how it would solve the current problems.

"This bill is not about giving the government more power. Instead it is insuring that the government runs efficiently and we have the approval of the international community. Something we have failed to gain in recent days. With the revival of the Irish Republic we had expected more allies. But yet we feel shut off from the rest of the world. Recent events have not helped. It has raised tensions between Ireland and Eurussia to enormous levels. And we can not continue like this. We must be a national of reasonable people. We can not jump on the false fact that we have the most powerful currency in the world. Because this is not true. While we enjoy a strong economy and a strong currency it is not the strongest. And because of the National Treasury and National Exchange people of the international community no longer trust us. We can not and will not let this happen! This bill will make sure this doesnt happen."

The bill passed Parliament with 133 votes.

It was then sent to the President to be signed. The President also offered comments.

The United Kingdoms have invited a diplomatic delegation from West Phoencia in order to work out the specific details of the deal. What is already known is that the United Kingdoms of Apepistan will trade raw resources for coffee and tobacco, which is near impossible to produce in the United Kingdoms, given it's northern climate. West Phoencia will have it's economy boosted by raw materials and resources mined from the various mountainous regions of Apepistan.

The government of the United Kingdoms hope that this trade agreement is a first step towards bringing the two nations closer together, and are looking forward for any kind of future deals.

Police Arrests 12 Eurussian Citizens

[Dublin]- This morning 12 Eurussians Citizens were arrested at the Port of Dublin. They were accused of trying to smuggle drugs into the nation. As Ireland has a very strict no drug policy the police never bothered with a Warrant of Arrest. A squad of 50 Heavily Armed Police Officers swarmed the Port of Dublin Warehouse 2 immediately shooting 2 people suspected to be Eurussia, and arresting 12 others known to be Eurussian. These 14 people were accused of smuggling drugs after nearly €3 Million worth of illegal drugs were found on board their ship. Though no evidence of this had been reported to the Department of Justice.

Attorney General gave a speech to the nation on this matter.

"Good evening. My fellow Irishmen, this morning I ordered the arrests of 14 Eurussian Citizens currently residing in Ireland. The reason? They were committing a capital felony. Usually we would just send people that do this back to their homeland. But we have decided against this. When police arrived on scene 5 people started firing at the officers. After 2 of them were shot the others quickly surrendered. This will be counted as an act against the state. An unforgivable crime. They will sit in prison for a few years have a trial then serve out their sentence in an Irish Prison. Which could be life. "

His Excellency, President Miguel Fernandez of the United States of Muchos Estados Unidos arrived in the country for a two day State Visit aimed to strengthen its relationship with the Empire of Great Eurussia. Dublin-RT€ News- Earlier this morning President Burgsman spoke to the nation about the arrest of 12 Eurussian Citizens at the Port of Dublin. The Department of Justice ordered the police department to arrest of 14 Eurussian Citizens, no warrant was perused by the Irish Court of Immigration, during the process of apprehending the 14 suspects 2 were shot and killed. These arrests were perfectly legal. They knew the law and they disobeyed it. The Department of Justice was under legal obligations to arrests these criminals.

King Ferdinand sends Prime Minister to Moscow

Because of the problems created by the King's alleged plans to change the kingdom's neutrality, the King will be sending Prime Minister Lord Cameron to Moscow to tone down the tensions with Eurussian Empire who is the number one ally of the Kingdom of Scottlands. Some critics of the King say that an aggressive policy is not yet timely because the kingdom has no military and only relies only on the military of Eurussia for national security. But King Ferdinand continued to order the Scottish Parliament to review the kingdom's neutrality and to gather more allies making confirmation that the leaked documents about the King is true that was denied by the palace earlier.

Emir of ISIS rejected the explanation of Scouting and for using the reasons of out of state religious entities. He say that Artite which is a Catholic accepted the Islam because they know it will do more good than harm for their people. Eurussia which is a very very big country accepted Islam. Snarfia which is a fellow Muslim country accepted Islam. Ireland which is a royalty and democracy accepted Islam. But Scouting Government doesn't accept the same way making Muslims feel discriminated only in Scouting when they only want to have a place to research and spread the studies and teachings of Islam. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs criticized President Burgsman of Ireland for tolerating the illegal actions of its law enforcement agencies thus blatantly promoting corruption in broad daylight and worst, involving Eurussian nationals. On the other hand, the ministry welcomed the admission of the President of the United States of Ireland that the country's Department of Justice disobeyed legal procedures to illegally apprehend only suspected fourteen citizens of Eurussia, allegedly smuggling drugs, and killing two of them without any proper warrants of arrest coming from the Irish Court of Immigration. EU MULLS DRUG TEST FOR IRISH VISA

The Eurussian Immigration Authority revealed on its press conference that it is studying the possibility of requiring drug testing for all visa applications coming from the United States of Ireland following reports that the country is becoming a haven of global drug trade due to lax law enforcement and massive corruption in almost all levels of government. This was even highlighted during the controversial illegal arrest of fourteen suspected Eurussian citizens allegedly smuggling drugs where two of whom were killed mercilessly which has become the center of growing diplomatic row between Moscow and Dublin.

Scouting Responds to Eurussian Statement

We'd like to stress that Scouting as a whole has no issues regarding the right to freedom of religion. The Government has not infringed upon anyone's rights and ISIS is simply blowing it out of proportion. We allow religions of ALL kinds to practice their religion within our borders, build schools, build churches, worship, etc. However, we wish to allow our citizens to practice their religion without influence from outside governments, regardless of what religion they are, Christian, Muslim, Judaism, or what have you. There are absolutely NO tensions between the ISIS and USS Governments, if ISIS is portraying that, all of the tension is being made from their side, as we don't have any issues what-so-ever.
