And for you Mr. Wang, we deeply understand your inhibitions on the Treaty. But don't you think this document is very much much fairer rather than Eurussia, Xolox, Zanland, and Articmainia incinerate the entire Chinese nation and you as its representative has no place to call home anymore? Do you want your country to have that fate?

Another thing, why don't you want to give up your warmongering military officials? You should even be thankful that we didn't demanded to have your president, vice president, and premier? Do you wish to see them all paraded as prisoners of war? You should even be more thankful that we will just punish them with imprisonment and not death penalty!

Why not give up your nuclear weapons that killed millions of innocent Loxans? Do you wish us to use our nuclear weapons to forcefully destroy your nuclear arsenals all over China China? If this is what you wish, do you want your future generations not see China China on the map anymore?

My government is not surprised by the rejection of the “peace terms” suggested by Great Eurussia.

My government has instructed me to propose an alternative. Reparations are generally a bad idea and can cause economic problems to all nations involved.

1 That all forces return to within their original national borders once the first annual payment is made by China China. Including the removal of naval units in international waters from 200 miles of China China territorial waters.
2 That China China publically take responsibility for the conflict as being a direct result of their belligerent foreign policy.
3 That the World Alliance lend the funds needed to Xolox and Articmainia to rebuild and clean up the damage done in their countries by China China.
4 That the World Alliance determine what compensation citizens of Xolox and Articmainia injured and the relatives of those civilians killed during the conflict should receive.
5 That China China pay 3% of their GNP to the World Alliance every year until the rebuilding and clean-up costs for Xolox and Articmainia are met and continue paying a reduced sum to fund ongoing compensation payments to those citizens of Xolox and Articmainia injured during the conflict.
6 That China China sell state owned historical artefacts and works of art to fund the compensation for the relatives of those civilians of Xolox and Articmainia killed during the conflict.
7 That the citizens in an area equal to the area affected long term by the nuclear explosions cause by China China shall vote on whether they wish to be a permanent part of Xolon. This plebiscite shall be conducted by the World Alliance. If and only if the majority wish to become part of Xolon will the territory be ceded to them.
8 That China China undertake not to conduct nuclear weapon research or manufacture new nuclear bombs or missiles and allow the World Alliance to inspect all nuclear facilities to ensure compliance.
9 That the World Alliance investigate if any people should be tried by the World Alliance for war crimes and all parties to the treaty agree to transport those accused of war crimes to an area controlled by the World Alliance.
10 All prisoners shall be released within one month of the first annual payment made by China China.

Please can all parties to these conflict post if they agree these terms?

Xolox accepts all terms but 7 and 9. The Loxan peoples were not afforded a vote on whether or not they wished to be obliterated with nuclear weapons. Also; Xolox demands to personally deal with those directly responsible for the nuclear attack.
