Union of Empires Summit

Invitations have gone out to The Empire of Articmainia and The Empire of Ebsotz. This meeting will be exclusive to only these two powers and the Holy Empire of Artite. The topics discussed will range from trade to dicisisions on what to do with The Empire of Wirbanskia. Imperial Guards and V.O.K.G will deal with security operations for this summit. The Union of Empires Summit will be hosted at the Imperial Palace in Rofinta in approximately twenty four hours and will last as long as it needs to. His Holy Imperial Majesty, Emperor Constantine Avarius the III hopes to establish long lasting relations with these two powers and improve the Artitian image in the World Alliance after the China China-Artite War. Imperial Air Force fighters will escort the respective representatives of these two powers to the Rofinta International Airport where they will be escorted by mechanized infantry to the Imperial Palace from the Airport. We hope to see Ebsotz and Articmainia soon with in the great reception halls of Artite.

"Greetings Emperor Constantine it is a pleasure to finally meet you in person."

Emperor Cedomir Zadravic arrives at the summit.

As the armored convoy pulled up to the Imperial Palace, out walked Emperor John Wallace of the Empire of Articmainia along with Emperor Cedomir Zadravic of the Empire of Ebsotz. A large company of Imperial Guardsmen of the 8th Imperial Guard Regiment stood at perfect attention and the officers raised there sabers in a salute. Emperor Constantine smiled as he walked down the steps and bowed before Emperor Wallace and Emperor Zadravic.

"The pleasure is all mine Emperor Wallace and Emperor Zadravic, welcome to the Holy Empire of Artite. I do hope the trip was easy and pleasant. Now we are missing one other. I believe Xolox has yet to arrive, but none the less we must get out of the cold. I have prepared suites for both of you and any of your personnel who may have come with you please follow me"

As the three Emperors walked up the steps a lone V.O.K.G (Vatican Order of the Knights of God...or Vatican Knight) stepped forward and bowed low before the three powerful men, he remained silent however.

The Grand Emperor of Xolox has arrived, with his son and heir,Charles Robert, in tow. There was an obvious juxtaposition between the two. The Emperor, visibly stressed and agitated by the current events, seemed to be at an all time low, covering himself with an extravagant cape and was showing many signs of old age, the revered ruler was now, against all expectations, beginning to seem frail. His son, however, the epitome of virility, eagerly taking up his father's aptitude for charisma and charming, was simply radiating power and control. The contrasting pair made their way up to their allies in the upcoming conflict and the Crown Prince explained that he would be speaking for and with the advice of his father, the Grand Emperor.

The Vatican Knight looked down on the two men from Xolox and bowed his armor clinking a little. His voice was gruff as he addressed the two men.

"Will their Imperial Majesties follow me please, His Holiness is inside with the other guests I will take you to him. If his Majesty requires assistance moving about, I can have a group of slaves bring a chair for you." The Vatican Knight stood tall at six foot seven inches and merely started to walk into the Imperial Palace while slaves in modest and respectable cotton clothing held the doors open. The Vatican Knights answered to God first, the Pope second, and the Emperor third. In their own right they were kings themselves.

The two members of the Loxan royal family readily followed the Knight. The Prince respectfully denied the offer of support, intending to help his father himself.

Emperor Zadravic's son was murdered by an unknown society. We suspect it was a Wirbanskian spy. Someone in our waters. Today we found him with two rifle shots in the chest and head, and a knife stuck in his left lung. He will be missed. His position in the Ebsotzian palace was the head of the Ebsotzian Royal Guard. We will avenge him. We are deeply saddened.

It all happened so fast, Mr. Bozic reported. I was working at my workshop, then all hell broke lose.

About half a million soldiers stormed Podgorika, a major city in Ebsotz. I managed to knock-out one of the soldiers. I was shocked at what flag I saw on the soldiers right arm. It was a Lockdownn flag. I managed to climb the hill near the countryside. I saw thousands of people dead. Few survived the siege. The mayor survived, but guards were beheaded. In public. Then I saw a few Lockdownn ships. I read the dispatch that the government gave us, to watch out for 5 BATTLE SHIPS. That was exactly what I saw.

15 million lives were lost on that faithful day. They took control of the city. We need to get it back.

We need your help. Today I am speaking for the Holy City of Podgorika.

The group of men arrived at one of Emperor Constantine's many studies where a table was positioned in the middle. It was set with several glasses of water and empty wine glasses. Emperor Constantine motioned for them to sit, he smiled when the Loxan Emperor and Prince arrived.

"It is good to see you two, please come in" A look of concern as he saw the Grand Emperor in his current state, however they were all assembled and the meeting officially started.

"my fellow Emperors and Prince, it is in great regret that we can not meet in much more peaceful times...However, with The Empire of Wirbanskia and the Dictatorship of Lockdownn preparing their forces to bare down on us from what they call a Rain of Fire. We all know how these hostilities started yet they were quickly solved by The Freeland of the republic of Kitt and myself through negotiations where we agreed on a non aggression pact. Wirbanskia has defied this pact and broken the peace. I am now at liberty to declare war on Wirbanskia who has sent two warships into Imperial Waters. This is a clear declaration of war, along with them massing troops to attack Ebsotz. I am afraid that Ebsotz will be the first front that we fight on to get rid of any resistance in the Empire of Ebsotz."

turning to look at Emperor Zadravic,

"My friend, you do not have the sufficient men to launch an offensive and prepare for a defensive war. Artite and any one else here willing to, will send enough troops to help defend your country from invasion. Those of us with superior numbers will be able to launch a counter offensive on Wirbanskia and Lockdownn if need be. Though I am putting this on the table now to get it out of the way and to answer any questions before they are asked. No nuclear weapons will be used in the initial attacks against Wirbanskia. Yes we want to defeat them but on the other hand we wish for them to be intact when we leave them as is. Once the war is coming to a close then we will discuss what we shall do with Wirbanskia, but for now I am asking for the mobilization of all active duty personnel in your armies to quickly defeat the enemy."

Constantine poured a glass of wine and took a small sip, before turning on a projector and slides of large Inquisitor Class battleships appeared on the white wall.

"the 2nd Imperial Battle Fleet has been mobilized and sent to the Sea of Artite to quickly deal with Wirbanskian warships in Imperial Waters. Artite has begun a major air campaign against Wirbanskia and bombing will begin in approximately twenty four hours. Military installations and government buildings have been targeted. I would like to say that there will be no civilian casualties however I can not really say that, everyone will be affected by this war, so do not get upset if some enemy civilians are killed accidentally in the cross fire."

We must protect the Osijev Canal, which is the biggest canal in the World Alliance. IF they attack it and loot it, the economy will suffer in Anatolia and Eurussia.

I also agree on the part that we should keep Wirbanskia a bit intact.

If we rebuild their country after we "invade", they will hopefully be loyal to us. They could have a chance to reform/redeem themselves after what they have done. But I also have this feeling to completely obliterate their country after what they have done to the Union of Empires.

OOC: As RP moderator, I'm going to have to ask Ebsotz to modify or remove any post that that forces Lockdownn to attack or takes actions for him. The rest of us should just disregard casualty/atrack reports.

Yeah, but also alter the post dealing the assault of your capital city. You are not allowed to control the enemy's army in any capacity. OOC means out of character.

After quickly discussing Emperor Constantine's statement with his father, Prince Charles Targaryen spoke up," We have decided to send around one and a half million soldiers, roughly over 1/5 of our total capacity, to Ebsotz to help reinforce their defenses. The soldiers should be more than enough, equaling more half the two enemy countries' military potential combined." He smiled at Emperor Zadravic, attempting to let the ruler of the militarily weaker nation know that he would not leave an ally undefended. Turning back to Constantine, the Prince continued, "We have mobilized and boarded the majority of our army onto ships, only leaving one million of our best soldiers to defend their homeland. The Loxan navy will be sent towards Lockdownn, the more highly developed and dangerous our of enemies, when this summit decides our forces should strike, to begin non-stop naval bombardment and to make landings into enemy territory."

OH SHOOT LOCKDOWNN DROPPED BOMBS IN THE CANAL!!! NUCLEAR ONES! THEY CONTAMINATED THE WATER! SOS! WE NEED HELP, ASAP!!!

We are immensely thankful for the troops. We are sending about 1.3 million of our own troops to Lockdownn, because they sent 3 B-2 bombers and bombed the Osijev Canal. This is a serious blow to our economy, and maybe Eurussia's. Thank you again.

Nodding, Constantine clicked to another slide of a map of the World Alliance.

"The Empire is greatly concerned of Wirbanskia's sudden movement in our sub region of Arcadia. We will counter this offensive when or if it happens with full might. Now with Xolox taking care of Lockdownn, Artite shall lead a coalition into Wirbanskia itself and head directly for the capitol. I have authorized the mobilization of only two million Imperial Troops to lead the invasion, the Imperial Navy shall also bombard key targets with in Wirbanskia and if the Empire of Xolox wishes, I will detach some warships to assist in security and bombardment of Lockdownn as well."

Walking towards the map and clicking the button again to change the slide to a map of Wirbanskia (just imagine something) and using a red laser pointer began to describe the battle plan to the other Emperors.

"In order to achieve a swift and easy victory, I will invade from the North and the South of Wirbanskia spreading their forces thin on two fronts and push towards the capitol with objectives such as destroying the enemy, capturing key cities and towns along with key points of infrastructure. Now the Church is pushing for an Inquisition where Vatican Knights would go ahead of the main invasion force and operate in complete darkness. Their missions will range from planting misinformation, sabotage, assassinations, guerrilla harassment, and liquidation of small villages. Now this information is sensitive to most and is considered black by all. That is why perform I stop trying to persuade the Church not to allow an Inquisition I wish to know your thoughts on the objectives of the main invasion forces and the mission of the V.O.K.G in Wirbanskia"

Constantine looked seriously at each and every Emperor in the room, awaiting their responses.

Emperor Zadravic answers,

"Shall I be part of at lease one? Can I support and take back Podgorika? Can I invade Lockdownn? What will I do? We have a military plan intact."

Zadravic awaits responses from the committee.

Incase nobody has replied, we are going to begin Operation Holy Sun.

This is yet both a naval and army invasion of the country of Wirbanskia and Lockdownn. I am going to focus on Wirbanskia first. Then if I have spare troops, I will destroy Lockdownn, along with Xolox. The Naval invasion is simple. We will lure the Wirbanskians on the coast, and then, the troops, already on the coast, will go for the kill. When we say, "Hail!!!" The troops will clear, and we will finish them off. Then the army part begins. We will have a "so-called worker", and he will go in the engineering sector of Wirbanskia. He will destroy every pipe, and place a bomb for the reactor in the central of the city. When that explodes, the military will destroy the capital.

It will still keep it intact with a few repairs here and there.

Emperor Constantine shook his head and let out a deep sigh.

"Ebsotz does not have the man power to launch and invasion of its alone against one nation let alone two. Xolox, Articmainia, and Artite will handle the brunt of the war, and you will defend your nation against invasion. Artite has begun the war against Wirbanskia by conducting air raids. Your forces are too small. You may want to begin on decontaminating the canal. I do not think it is used for potable water but it is used for commercial trade, and ships moving to and from places may further contaminate the waters of the WA."

An Aide burst through the doors of the study and bowed before rushing to Constantine and whispering in his ear while handing him an envelope. Reading it, Constantine smiled a little.

"Gentlemen, our first attack on Wirbanskia has commenced and been deemed a success,"
