North Korreaa

Preamble. The Democratic People's Republic of North Korreaa is an authoritarian nation that has received respect from various sovereign states as a sovereign nation despite vast opposition on its internal policies since it is their inherent right as a country. However, its government has also been involved in widespread alleged conspiracies and actions that resulted to threats to its neighbors and other countries in the world, the international community is a witness to such history. And recently, border skirmishes erupted between North Korreaa and the Slidell Colony of Articmainia that resulted to a full scale armed conflict among their respective sympathizers and allies making the innocent lives of ordinary Koreans the victims of these irresponsible actions of the authoritarian government. And most recently, the regime in Pyongyang activated its nuclear arsenals and threatened other countries and conducted a series of nuclear tests for clearly military purposes, proven by the international community, which is a very clear violation of international law.

Article 1. The DPRK, particularly its authoritarian government, shall be considered a threat to international security due to its persistent threat of its nuclear missiles to intimidate other sovereign states that are for peace and stability.

Article 2. The DPRK, particularly its authoritarian government, have been proven to have conducted nuclear tests that are violations of  Section 1 of the WA Nuclear Test Ban Act which states that, "All political entities, nations, countries or institutions are prohibited to carry out any nuclear weapon test explosion or any other nuclear explosion in any place or any environment."

Article 3. Thus, the Security Council shall empower the World Alliance Peacekeeping Force to intervene in North Korreaa, with support from armed forces of other sovereign states, and enforce Section 2 of the WA Nuclear Test Ban Act which states that, "All political entities, nations, countries or institutions are prohibited from causing, encouraging, or in any way participating in the carrying out of any nuclear weapon test explosion."

Article 4. The Security Council is authorized under international law to carry out this Resolution by virtue of Section 3 of the WA Nuclear Test Ban Act which states that, "The Security Council of the World Alliance is empowered to enforce the provisions of this law."

Article 5. The primary objective of this Resolution is to disable the authoritarian government of North Korreaa to further enhance and conduct nuclear tests and nuclear development for military purposes. And thus, the authoritarian government shall allow the Security Council, through the WA Peacekeeping Force, to initiate the provisions of this Resolution with their assistance to ensure the maintenance of peace and stability in the world by virtue of Section 1 of the WA Security Council Act which states that, "The WASC shall have the primary aim of ensuring, promoting, and developing the peace, security, and stability of the World Alliance and among its nation states."

Article 6. With the deteriorating state of peace and order in North Korreaa, the Security Council hereby declares a state of Global Security Emergency in North Korreaa which shall effectively activate Section 7 of the WA Peacekeeping Force Act which states that, "A Global Security Emergency is an official declaration of the state of the international security of the world or in any part thereof from the Security Council upon the recommendation of the WAPF on its will or by request of a member state. Under a Global Security Emergency situation, the recommended actions of the WAPF to eliminate a particular threat to the international security of the world or any part thereof are authorized by the Security Council to be enforced to certain or all member states. Furthermore, under a Global Security Emergency situation, WAPF Funds may be utilized to aid certain or all member states to achieve the aims and objectives of the WA Peacekeeping Force." Thus, the Security Council empowers the WA Peacekeeping Force Act, with the support of other sovereign states, to utilize the resources of the organization for the purpose of eradicating the threats in the stability of North Korreaa.

Article 7. With the deteriorating state of stability in North Korreaa that afflicts the lives of millions of its innocent citizens, the Security Council hereby declares a state of Global Humanitarian Emergency in North Korreaa which shall effectively activate Section 6 of the WA Peacekeeping Force Act which states that, "A Global Humanitarian Emergency is an official declaration of the state of the humanitarian conditions in the world or in any part thereof from the Security Council upon the recommendation of the WAPF on its will or by request of a member state. Under a Global Humanitarian Emergency situation, the recommended actions of the WAPF to eliminate and alleviate a humanitarian crisis to all nations of the world or any part thereof are authorized by the Security Council to be enforced to certain or all member states. Furthermore, under a Global Humanitarian Emergency situation, WAPF Funds may be utilized to aid certain or all member states to achieve the aims and objectives of the WA Peacekeeping Force." Thus, the Security Council empowers the WA Peacekeeping Force Act, with the support of other sovereign states, to utilize the facilities of the organization located in all WA Neutral Territories but particularly at the WA Phoenicia Neutral Territory, the WA Atlantis Neutral Territory, the WA Anatolia Neutral Territory, and the WA Magnesia Neutral Territory for the purpose of its humanitarian missions.

Article 8. Any sovereign state or any entity that will hinder the execution of this Resolution of the Security Council shall be considered as well as a threat to international security and stability and shall be dealt with accordingly under international laws. And if such is a member state of the Security Council, violations of this Resolution shall be ground for its immediate removal from the body. Otherwise, shall be penalized accordingly.
