The WA Peacekeeping Force is a supranational specialized agency under the Security Council.
It is based at the WA Peacekeeping Force Headquarters, Saint Petersburg, Great Eurussia.

The WA Peacekeeping Force is internationally governed by the WAPF Act.

The WAPF, under its mandate, only acts upon the authorization of the Security Council.
And as a neutral institution, it is not expected to take side in any dispute.
And it is not expected to even support any side in any conflict.

Eurussia will allocate personnel from the Eurussian Phoenicia Command to join the WAPF on the enforcement of the mandate of the Security Council over North Korreaa.

The United Kingdoms of Apepistan and the Empire of Articmainia are leading the SHAD troops together, and our victory seems inevitable. For us it seems like deploying additional troops would be basically pointless, the situation is all under control. For the cooperation after the surrender of the DPRK, contact the government of Articmainia.

The Security Council has imposed a mandate to the WAPF, regardless of the intentions of the enemies of North Korreaa, the WAPF is superior as an international body authorized by international law.

Section 5 - Funding, Membership

The funding for the administration of the WAPF shall be provided by the Security Council and all its initiatives where voluntary financing from member states shall not be impeded. All nation states of the World Alliance are member states of the WAPF without prejudice to their sovereign rights as nations and maybe subject to its policies unless otherwise with their explicit refusal.

Since WAPF is a neutral organization in nature and for the purpose of aiding the international body on its missions, all nation states of the World Alliance shall dedicate at least 100 personnel from their respective police forces to become volunteers for humanitarian operations and at least 100 personel from their respective armed forces to become volunteers for peacekeeping operations. The WAPF shall welcome additional personnel from voluntary nation states and shall ensure that the nationalities of these WAPF volunteers are confidential for their safety.

1) WAPF will takeover all nuclear military and non-military facilities.
2) WAPF will shut down all nuclear military and non-military facilities.

4) WAPF will ensure that all zones' governing authorities adhere to international laws.
5) WAPF will support and aid all humanitarian efforts of all governing authorities in DPRK.

6) WAPF will ship out all nuclear military and non-military materials from North Korreaa to WA Neutral Territories for their immediate disposal in accordance to environment laws.

7) WAPF will assist in the establishment and installation of a democratic government in North Korreaa in accordance to the will of the people of North Korreaa.

All nations states are members of the WAPF, and thus, have the right to express their views and oppositions and suggestions to these Operational Plan of the WAPF in North Korreaa.

Edit: An option would be that the newly elected North-Korreaan government would decide about them.
