I think you should make the verdict. Wirbanskia is really active and is just making excuse to prolong the case. This is unfair.

As I said before, the war with M.E.U was over before it started and I already sent him a treaty in which I am paying for the damges to him. You on the other hand did not sign any treaty, did not come up with your own treaty nor did you try to contribute to this treaty instead you sat there whining about nothing.

I declared war on Ebsotz not for "no reason" but because he was in the way of my allies and was ready to attack them.

Other nations haven't had expressed written consent, though they also haven't been told that they can't comment. The opinions of the WASC members are highly valued and you should treat those members with respect as New Rhodinia has done with you in his most recent post.
