This is not the same case. I have brought up new issues and charges. Read it first before judging it just because you are annoyed by my pursuit of justice that you call a witch hunt.

As you have not filed a new case, this is a second request of compulsory arbitration against the same party. If you really want to pursue 'justice' you should have at least re-sued first with your new grounds, and then proceed with compulsory arbitration, it's my opinion though. I guess you can file an indefinite amount of times without going through the entire process.

Eurussia is in favor. We believe that an arbitration is the most neutral and most peaceful way of resolving the differences and disputes between New Korrea and Chackle.

Look at Number 3 of what Eurussia said, Chackle is also involved in compensating for the invasion because did wrong. If he thinks this is not true, CHACKLE SHOULD FACE HIS CASE AND NOT RUN AWAY FROM IT!
