Commend New Rhodinia and Apepistan

New Rhodinia: New Rhodinia has been a long member of the World Alliance, an elder, we can say. But over the course of time, ever since I came into the region, I saw leadership, dignity, and pride in him. He has worked tirelessly to maintain stability in the WA, a high contributor to diplomacy in the WA, and for all of the fantastic work he has completed in the WA. I hereby announce that New Rhodinia should be commended.

Apepistan: *cries emotionally* This person...has done everything he could to achieve peace in our WA. He has hosted and taken part in several peace summits, such as the Konzbator Peace Summit, in whom he held. He has heard the cries of several peoples, such as the Koreans. Overall, I would say he is the number-one diplomatic relations creator the world has seen. And that one person is Apepistan. I hereby announce that Apepistan should be commended.
