I cannot make a map picture but it is easy to find. I want to expand just south east of my country that borders Scouting. Feel free to adjust it according to the maximum size of expansion allowed thank you

FIRST, where is your link to your news post?
SECOND, one location for expansion only.
THIRD, a capital city outside your national territory and within international lands are not allowed unless otherwise approved by the Security Council. I think this is under the WA Neutral Territories Act.
