The Eurussian Government officially requests the WAAF to act as the supranational body for the Empire of Snarfia, whose leader is now killed by the terrorists that resulted into unrest in the country and more terrorist attacks due to links within the Snarfian Government, to collaborate the foreign military forces that will intervene in the (9) Designated Areas to stabilize the country and maintain order in those respective areas until a new democratically elected government is installed in the Empire of Snarfia.

New Tarajan supports the proposal.
However, we want to point out two important things:
1)The implementation of a democracy is not a goal the WAAF should be carry on in Snarfia: the head of their government was killed by terrorists. To take advantage of this situation to impose a new form of regime could only help the terrorists by describing the international coalition as invaders.

2)We don't see any reasons why New Tarajan, which is the second country to have intervened in Snarfia, did not receive any area in the preliminary Eurussian plan as declared by their news networks.
We sincerely hope that the WAAF will change that plan accordingly to the work done by our troops and their experience in the field.

The Eurussian Government rejects the insinuation and selfish acts of the Tarajani Government that since Snarfia has no credible government in power, who else will guide them into a stable government? A lone foreign power? Which would definitely be seen as an opportunist state? The Council? Which until now is not yet been in placed?

In fact our government has taken the risk to face international outcry for leading a full scale effort in intervening in Snarfia to help the country be brought back on its feet before it gets fully infiltrated by terrorists which in turn the Operation Enduring Freedom has been trying to eradicate with a reasonable success yet still not enough.

Hence, we see no basis to the grounds provided by the Tarajani Government that WAAF might be seen as invaders where in fact our government has always promoted WAAF as a primary peacekeeping organization in every corner of the world in which it has enjoyed that image since its inception. We believe that it is much a credible peacekeeping force.

Therefore, Eurussia rejects these claims of New Tarajan.

1) Regarding permission to interference of this organization, I believe that action is required.
Not only because, in the absence of a government, the system Sarfia likely to collapse, and there is a high risk of terrorist infiltration.
All this would not be beneficial to the population of Snarfia, and may also generate a humanitarian catastrophe if we act now.
This would not help even to international stability, as the terrorists, being in possession of sophisticated weapons of Snarfia, including nuclear weapons, would become a threat to all.
The question is no longer local, it has become global.
Moreover, the government's technical WAAF, which must be recognized by Parliament Snarfian, will have temporary mandate, until the Parliament itself will be able to elect a new government policy.

2) There is no risk of being seen as invaders for various reasons.
The people of Snarfia is not stupid, he knows that the terrorists are mercenaries, criminals without ideals, which kill innocent people just for money.

We appreciate the clarification of the European government.
Also, we would clarify on our side that the hypothesis of the WAAF seen as "invader" was provided only in the case of the "forced" instauration of a democratic regime not supported by the population, not to the entire mission.
We are fully supporting the WAAF intervention, since we depply trust its capability in peace enforcing and peacekeeping missions. New Tarajan will always be ready to cooperate with every mean to the success of its missions.
We accept also the decision of the European government to proceed with the installation of a provisional government, since its statements provide a full resolution of our doubts.
We will support every further move of the WAAF in Snarfia, as we have always done.

One last remark to my Eurussian colleague: I didn't see any clarification about the fact you did not include our country in the mission and area division, even after all the experience we have in WAAF and peacekeeping missions, and particularly in Snarfia. We have to assume that this lack of explanation derives from a clear lack of true reasons behind that decision.
And after this remark, we want to reaffirm our commitment toward strong collaboration.

Eurussia believes that this is an OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE as Farshonia requested all the help necessary, most especially the WAAF, which is the the legally authorized military arm of the WA Government.
