Aloian fighter jets scrambled today to block Articmainian aid for the Imperialist faction of Novo Canuckia. The official Ministry of Defense report states that the jets didn't fire any weapons, but cut off Articmainian planes loaded with soldiers and weapons. The Aloian 3rd Fleet also blockaded the mouth of the Ivania Sea, preventing Articmainian ships from reaching Novo Canuckia.

Analysts believe that Aloia has been supporting the Nationalist faction since the beginning of the crisis and view this as their official "coming out" in support of the Nationalists. In the past, the Aloian government has referred to the Imperialists as "terrorists" and their leaders as "tyrants".

The Aloian army is continuing to station more soldiers along the eastern border and the fleets that were defending the Canal Zone have moved off the coast of Articmainia. Aloia claims they're only trying to be prepared for war if the Articmainians make a move first, but critics view the positioning as warmongering. Aloia's military funding is far past the regional standard and many believe that a war between Aloia and Articmainia would go very well for the larger nation, as long as other nations don't intervene.

Queen Aetra has not commented on the rising tensions, as she is in Corelie, HPS, with her daughter-in-law, son, and grandchildren. Governor Osterreich has not commented on the situation either.

Governor General Georgia Osterreich addresses the nation with her family and Lieutenant Governor at her side.

Their army actually only consists of 8500 active personnel and our Iron Dome system could easily shoot any of their missiles out of the sky before they could get within 200 miles of Talos Eri. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed the government's concerns over the worsening civil war in Novo Canuckia that has dragged the entire continent again that involved Aloia and Articmainia which is now locked in a military row against each other.

The ministry also disclosed that they have notified the Novo Canuckian government of its willingness to hold a peaceful dialogue among the parties concerned.

Commonwealth Oceanic Naval Vessels announced and initiated their blocking of the Articmainian fleet bound for the Imperialist rebels. The commonwealth warns Articmainia that continued attempts to aid the rebels will result in commonwealth invasion if their country.

The Greater New-Zealand Armed Forces (NZ and NZC), have continued to fight to return order to the streets of Novo Canuckia. The military has successfully secured the capital, Canadia, and is planning to push into surrounding cities. The NZ govt. has also announced its plans to support the Canadian socialist government led by Jelena Gribochev. The NZ prime minister explicitly called Novo Canuckia "A brother in need" and claimed that "We will not let Novo Canuckia fall into anarchy". The plan as of now is for Jelena Gribochev to act as a beacon for order and prosperity while the Allied NZ Ground Forces (New Zealand and The New-Zealand Colonies) are to act as the fist of justice that shall slam down upon the anarchists.


Update : The NZ Defense Minister has told a press condense that victory for NZ and the NC Govt. is inevitable. He claimed that the only thing that he was uncertain about is just how far these terrorists [anarchists], are willing to go inorder to prolong their defeat.
