The New-Zealand Government has expressed its shock over the claims by the Aloian Governmet. The Prime Minister had this to say :

I have no idea where Aloian officials are getting this information from, but it is preposterous. We are supporting a democratic Novo Canuckia. The Nationalists did not take over via a democratic process, or even with the will of the public. They simply invaded the city of Canadia whilst the New-Zealand forces were attending to the disaster in Hamilton. They seized the parliament and promptly executed the Novo Canuckian elected officials. They are a terrorist group who took over through the use of brutality and violence. New-Zealand will not stand for such an atrocity. For the second time in history, all the NZ Governmental bodies (New-Zealand, The New-Zealand Colonies, The New-Zealand Space Alliance) have joined together to forum the Allied NZ Forces which have launched a merciless attack on the Nationalist terrorists. We recommend that Aloia reconsider their stance on the Novo Canuckian civil war, for now the NZ forces will not launch an attack on Aloian forces in Novo Canuckia, but if they continue to ally themselves with the enemy, we will be left with no option other than to annihilate them in the name of democracy.

Commonwealth Spetsnaz forces stormed the building where the Spetsnaz were being held prisoner and rescued them, killing all the Articmainian soldiers present. Europe and Asia warns Articmainia that if it tries anything again it will have the full weight of the Eurasian State Army bearing down on it. It also laughs off the Articmainian airplanes following the Space Vessel, stating:

"The Shields on these ships can withstand the entire barrage of your tiny nuclear arsenal. Try anything and we'll vaporize your capital city." Rear Admiral Leopold Czwerinski was seen saying.

ALOIA SEEKING NOVO CANUCKIAN PEACE



The Aloian Ministry of International Affairs announced talks with New Zealand on a peaceful end to the Novo Canuckian Civil War. Victoria Coronette, Minister of International Affairs, said that the Aloian government has suggested free and open Novo Canuckian elections, overseen by New Zealand and Aloian officials or a mass exodus of members of the Nationalist group to Aloia.

Analysts believe that New Zealand would win a conflict against Aloia, simply though sheer numbers. The government of Aloia is mainly interested in a peaceful resolution to the conflict.

Popular support for the Nationalists has continued to decline since their takeover, and internal politics within the faction have intensified. In the last twelve hours alone three assassination attempts were made on the Bogdan Morovic, while several Nationalist officials have broken away from the main party to attempt to gain power. Several clashes between these internal factions have been reported, and the situation seems unlikely to improve.

Following the Nationalist occupation of Canadia several days ago, many of the minor factions across Novo Canuckia have rallied behind the Imperial faction, now lead by Hayley Sutherland, daughter of the former leader Sean Sutherland. Popular support for the faction has quickly recovered following the near destruction of the party a short while ago, helped in large part by the news Ms. Sutherland is now engaged to Aleksandr "Alexi II" Kamenkov, the son of the extremely popular Prezident Alexi Kamenkov.

Update: The Imperial faction has announced an alliance with the remains of the Socialist faction. The official agreement has not yet been finalized, however the rough draft was released to the media. It appears that the Socialist government, in return return for the support of the Imperialist forces, will restore the rights of the Kadnikov family and their descendants (the Sutherland family) and grant Hayley Sutherland the title of Empress. This title will come with recognition as official head of state of Novo Canuckia. However, all bills will be required to pass through an elected assembly before they can be enforced.
This compromise between the two factions has led some optimistic citizens to believe the end of the conflict may finally be in sight...

New-Zealand has announced that it will accept the Imperialist and Socialist Coalition. The Allied NZ Forces will continue to push into Nationalist territory from the south and ultimately capture the city of Canadia.

The Prime Minister had this to say :

The New-Zealand Government and its people accept and endorse the Imperialist-Socialist coalition. We will join forces with the Imperialists and together crush the nationalist armies. We trust that Hayley will infact be a great empress for Novo Canuckia and that the socialist party will act as a check and balance. Once the war is over, I will be personally inviting the Sutherlands and the leader of the Socialist party to come and join me and my family for dinner one day. We will however not spare any Nationalists, we will avenge the deaths of Jelena and the prior socialist party. We will find the nationalists, kill them, then restore order to Novo Canuckia once again. A Eurussian paper once said that NZ uses carefully diplomacy but will resort to brute force when necessary, we are past diplomacy with the Nationalists now. They now face a military with the might of 37,096,200 troops and 10.5 Trillion Dollars.

The United States of Europe will support the socialist faction in the Civil War in Novo Canuckia, start the mission "Blow-back"

Apparently the silence of Europe about the Civil War in place in Novo Canuckia is finally finished.
After the death of the former president, which took place a few weeks ago, the nation last named is in a perpetual state of civil war, in which the main factions (imperialist and nationalist) are trying to achieve dominance and destroy the socialist faction, which until then it was legitimate power.
Europe in those times was still in crisis with Eurussia, so could not afford distractions.
But now he can take the field.

The operations will continue until the end of the civil war, so they have a mandate to time indefinite.

The troops are already deployed for several days.
Units designed to transactions have been recalled from their normal positions to the main bases of the deployment site in the region, such as Seaside (New Europe) or to Eurocity (New European Islands).

The deployment should be completed by tonight.

The naval forces will amount to 3 aircraft carriers, 2 helicopter carriers 2, 5 submarines, ,6 amphibious assault ships, 12 corvettes, 14 destroyers, 15 frigates, 8 cruisers, 10 combat support ships, 22 ships logistical support.
The ships will come from the 1st and 2nd half of the fleet of colonial defense.
Air units will amount to 8 aircraft logistical support and combat support "Hercules II", 12 tactical transport aircraft C27-J, 19 fighter jets "Eurofighter Typhoon 2000" 9 F-16 fighter aircraft, 10 fighter-bombers "Tornado" and 14 STOVL fighter jets "Harrier", 2 aircraft refueling "KC767 A", 25 drones "Predator A +."
There will be oreover 30 helicopters "Ab-212", 27 helicopters "HH-139A".
The forces will come from the 3rd and the 4th Air Brigade Colonial.
There will also be support units from the Fire Brigade, Civil Protection and Emergency Medical Service (4,500 men, 1,400 vehicles) that provide assistance to the civilian population.
These forces will be equipped with various equipment, including medical outposts and bases dismantled, in addition to tons of aid and supplies.

On the sidelines of the official trip of the European President in Eurussia, the Ministry of Trade has announced that the government has lifted its trade embargo against Europe.

* All European owned assets in the country will be confiscated.
* All European citizens are banned from entering the country.
* All international land borders with Europe will be closed.
* All European made products are banned in the country.
* All European ships & planes are banned in the country.

The ministry said that all Europeans are now welcome to travel to Eurussia again; all border crossings with Europe are now re-opened for land transportation; all ports are now opened for European merchant vessels; all European owned businesses and assets recently confiscated will be returned back to their original owners; and all foreign inbound restrictions transacting with Europe are also lifted to ease business and promote further economic development.

The ministry cited the sincerity and commitment of Europe in mending ties with Eurussia.

The Eurussian Chancellor David Cameroon has announced in front of cheering crowds that the government has successfully eliminated the nation's punitive income tax policies and highlighted the country's achievement of successfully re-aligning the national budget and looking for other sources of government funds other than the hardworking citizenry.

The chancellor also cited that even though the population sits at more than 1.3 billion, the nation enjoys a stable € 43 trillion economy and a very low unemployment rate. In all these weeks, in silence, while the region was devastated by wars and political crises, the European forces deployed to the earthquake in Lonbonia have continued to work, helping people incessantly.
According to the data, European forces have pulled from the rubble of the earthquake more than 400 people still alive, including women and children.
Unfortunately, however, for other 30 people there was nothing to do, have died before they could be saved.
About 20,000 displaced people have been evacuated to safer areas by Europeans, while another 10,000 were housed in the removable base camps, where they received adequate care.

The Minister of Defense and the King of Lonbonia has witnessed today the ceremonial signing of the Treaty of Friendship Between Eurussia and Lonbonia signalling the formalization of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

The treaty also seals the alliance between the two nations and aimed at helping each other in the pursuit of their aspirations diplomatically, economically, and militarily.

The minister is scheduled to leave this evening ending his successful trip in Lonbonia.

Signed the Treaty of Friendship and Alliance between Europe and Eurussia

After several days of exhausting negotiations, both sides have drawn up a treaty of alliance and friendship economic, diplomatic and military.
This Treaty establishes close relations between the two nations, especially in the military field and in the economic sector.
This close cooperation will contribute to the growth of both nations, and marks the final overcoming of the crisis period (actually already finished several hours ago, following the abolition of embargoes).
The signing of the Treaty, operated by all the ministers of the two governments and their respective heads of state, took place about thirty minutes ago.
The state visit, however, is anything but complete.
Lacking a series of agreements aimed which should lead to cooperative projects of various kinds, not yet well specified.

Biometric National ID Cards Are Now Compulsory In The Catham Islands



The Catham Island's Parliament has recently passed legislation that will make it compulsory for all Catham citizens over the age of 15 to submit a fingerprint and retinal scan for use on a new National ID Card scheme.

The ID cards will also contain a digital encryption key that must match the National Citizen Databases. The micro-processing chip within the card stores the biometric identifier. All citizens are required to carry their card at all times as it must be scanned in order to work, make purchases and use public services etc.

The Scheme is a retaliation to increasing crime and illegal immigration within The Catham Islands and it will also be complimented with a significant increase in government spend on Law & Order; this will involve expanding and modernizing the current police force so that it is able to combat the nation's embarassing murder rate.

ALOIA OPENS BORDERS TO NOVO CANUCKIAN REFUGEES



In response to the New Zealand promise to show no mercy to the Nationalists, King Eric, in conjunction with Governor Osterreich and the High Council, released a statement welcoming anyone targeted by the New Zealand programs to take refuge in Aloia.

High King Eric had this to say: "We have sat by while foreign nations have taken control of Novo Canuckia in order to restore their peace but we will not sit by while genocide is committed to people who don't share the views of the New Zealand military. We welcome all Novo Canuckian refugees to Aloia. You will be given temporary citizenship until Novo Canuckia's government is once again stable. We believe that for peace in the Eastern Continent to work, Western nations need to stay out of our affairs and allow us to resolve our issues on our own. The fate of Novo Canuckia should be chosen by the Novo Canuckians without outside interference."

An estimated 25,000 Novo Canuckians have fled to Aloia since the beginning of the Novo Canuckian Civil War.

New Asia invites fellow nations to NAUME (New Asian universal military exercise)

New Asia sends an offer to all fellow nations to join New Asia in New Asia for NAUME a universal military exercise. This will allow countries to display their military might and countries to build on or create new alliances.

The Civil War in Novo Canuckia has finally ended. Nationalist forces have either surrendered or fled the country after the city of Canadia was captured by Alliance forces after a fifteen hour bombardment. Much of the capital city was destroyed, including the parliament building and several other administrative buildings. In light of this, the government has announced that it will move the seat of government back to the former Imperial capital of Príomhchathair. The government has announced it will begin normal operation as soon as possible, however it is likely that it will take a great deal of time before all the lost data can be restored and the ancient Assembly Building in Príomhchathair can be brought up to modern standards. A memorial service will be held tomorrow in the People's Square in Canadia for all those who lost their lives in the past week of fighting.
