Ireland recognizes Magni Quas
After the Peoples Republic of Magni Quas declared itself independent,President Enda Kenny gave a speech in which he said.
"I send my official congratulations to President Takoon Jinping.I also  send my congratulations to the Government of the Peoples Republic.I wish you well in running your country.If the Peoples Congress votes yes to independence from the Commonwealth of the Empire of Ireland, then I shall grant it.You are most likely going to be a free country free from our control.We congratulate you."

Up to now, the decision to appoint a new Prime Minister, marking the birth of a new government, made by King Friederick Wilhelm at the dawn of the Regornian Crisis, mainly had its effects on the field of international politics.
But now the new wind is coming also into the sphere of domestic affairs. And it's a wind of changes, definitely.
After a long meeting of the Royal Council, Prime Minister Van Sondenburg-Sorenberg announced, in a special press conference at the Palace of Government, that New Tarajan will undertake an overall plan of reform in every major sector.
The main goal is to "reshape the Kingdom picture, improving our strong points and strengthening our weaker ones" as PM said to journalists: "New Tarajan needs to enter a new era: an era where peace, stability and order will come hand to hand with new economic growth, wealth, prosperity, with renewed commitments in the field of security, the spread of our glorious and ancient culture, supporting research and education both in sciences and arts; an era where corruption is wiped out from the everyday life of our citizens; an era where all the enemies of New Tarajan are crushed down, and all threats are destroyed."




The first point the Prime Minister handled with was economy.
"Our plan is to combine strategic partnerships, both inside and outside our country, with a renewed, strong focus on private initiative." PM said.
Translated into facts, the government is planning to increase the aids for all those companies which decide to work closely with internal or foreign partners. Outflows of foreign direct investments (FDI) will be particularly supported. The intention is clear: to increase the quantity and improve the quality of the presence of Tarajani industries and companies in the world.
But also the domestic sector will have its own importance: the government will help the creation of special partnerships between Tarajani enterprises.
"Unity it's the key" commented the PM: "By increasing cooperation between our own enterprises, New Tarajan will face the challenges of the future with a more solid, strong ground."
Private initiative will be supported with a series of new waves of privatizations in every sector, and with the creation of a new Special Anti-Trust Committee, with the specific aim to favour competitiveness inside the Tarajani market, eventually identifying and deleting all the obstacles.
The financial sector, spearhead of the economy, will see a complete new legislation, which will allow increasing investments (both inside and outside the Kingdom), increased liberalization for capitals, and new possibilities for banks and holding groups.

Tourism will benefit from new infrastructure projects: from the new tourist docks of Alleskandberg and Merlberg, to the High Speed Railway (HSR) project, successor of the line already connecting Astana, Van Janusekstadt and Velikogovolka.
Aerospace and defense, two other core sectors, will see an increased focus on cutting-edge research (see below).
Luxury market, which already enjoys a considerable prosperity, will be supported through a careful balance of State aid and investments from the major holdings of the financial sector.


While living the new liberalization wave, some major elements of the energy sector will remain in the hands of the government, which will define the new guidelines of such a critical sector for New Tarajan.
First of all, export: "New Tarajan is a major exporter of shale gas, and liquified natural gas. Many foreign markets depend greatly from New Tarajan for these elements. But these are not our only strong points" said Prime Minister Van Sondenberg-Sorenburg: "Our Kingdom has been always on the frontline for the achievement of green, eco-friendly and sustainable energy. We will continue on this path."
In few words, New Tarajan will increase its research effort, and its commitment toward international cooperation in the field of sustainable energy. Already founder of the RESEGI, New Tarajan will continue to invest greatly in the OSAP (Orbital Space Array Project, n.d.r.), preparing economic plans for export of energy to many countries as possible.
High-tech energy production is "our core interest." The Kingdom will achieve complete energy independence in the next two years, thanks to the most recent projects (OSAP included), while increasing its share of world export.




One of the main plagues of the Tarajani system has been always corruption.
"The rank of New Tarajan in the most recent global surveys on corruption is embarassing" admitted the Prime Minister: "This is a shame for everyone who loves our country, not least for myself. I swear that we'll fight, and destroy this plague once and for all."
And indeed the Royal Council has very ambitious projects: the critical pillar of the reform will be the birth of the Royal Commission on Corruption (RCC). Composed by experts (outside the political world), the Commission will report directly to the King and the Royal Council, also advising the Landsraad and the Diet when requested; it will coordinate the action of the newly-created White Collars Crime Section of the Royal Federal Bureau of Justice (the RFBJ) and the new Special Team on Corruption of the Royal Federal Police.
The punishment for crimes related to corruption will be significantly increased (with the introduction of death penalty in case of crimes which lead to the death of people), with also a particular procedure for members of the Landsraad, the Diet or the government which will be found guilty.
But the government is particularly aiming at handling with this difficult task through liberalization, privatization, and a complete stremlining of statal participation in economic life (with a significant decrease of bureaucracy).

Public order sector will see an increase in the number of policemen.
Moreover, new punishments will be introduced for serious offenses: feminicide will be punished only with life imprisonment and death penalty, together with rape and crimes related with sexual violence. Incitement to suicide will be judged at the same level of manslaughter (with a precedent already created by the Royal Court of Eindhoven, in the famous Eindhoven Case, which saw the execution of four teenage boys who caused the suicide of a girl of their same age).


Culture and education have always been two core pillars of New Tarajan. And the new governments wishes to continue on this path: "There's no growth, no order, no security, without culture." said Prime Minister.
The new plan created by the Royal Council provides for two main ways: the first one, is international promotion.
Through the creation of Cultural Centres attached to every Tarajani Embassy in the world, the organization of conferences, seminars and exhibitions, the creation of a new International Cultural Exchange Fund, and many other initiatives, "New Tarajan will bring its culture to the world." The government will subsidies a special fund for foreign student who want to study in New Tarajan, the study of foreign languages will increase, and every University and major education institution will be obliged to provide a complete series of facilities for foreign students and exchange programs.
The second way is improving quality: the Minister for Education and Research will handle with the task to re-design the tests for teaches and professors, at the same time creating new infrastructures, and new research centres.

Armed with cutting-edge weaponry, able to easily destroy any kind of target with incredible efficiency and accuracy even at great distances (differently from the limited arsenal of the previous model of skycarriers), the Skycarriers Mark II will link together the firepower of a flying battleship with the capability to project forces typical of a carrier.
But the new units are only the spearhead of a more wide project, codename HARDENED (acronymn of Hazard Advanced Response, Defence, ENforcement and Enemy Determination): a completely new satellite web-system will coordinate RHIELD operations in every corner of the world, with a real-time capability to deliver informations to the HQ. Combined with the power of the skycarriers and the incredible and lethal efficiency of field agents, this will virtually make the RHIELD able to intervene immediately against any threat any moment.

Del Sol is one of the states of the Spanish Coast that is experiencing high tourism this season, and this high tourism has led people to the internationally-acclaimed festival. It is the largest hot air balloon festival in the world, a feat event organizers and Albuquerqueans are very proud of.

After months of debate in the parliament, the bill has finally been approved! The reason to ban the penny was due to the cost to make them. It costed 2.7 cents to make one, while only being worth 1. Not only was it a drag on the economy, but it slowed down worker prodution, and may have costed Texania 2.3 Billion dollars in wasted time last year.

SAN FRANCISCO, Aloia == The Royal Mint has announced plans to stop production of pennies and nickels by November 2014. They cited rising costs of the metals that make the coins and and inflation as key reasons to stop production. This comes after Eurussia decided to keep their expensive coins and Texania decided to abolish their expensive penny. Prices will now be rounded to the nearest ten cents. Some people have said this will decrease charitable donations and hurt the economy, but it hasn't damaged the economy in any way in nations that have already implemented this strategy.

The Pacifican central valleys have always been known to receive massive amounts of rain during the summer, especially during the month of December at the beginning of Summer, but it has hit record-breaking amounts this year, and concerns are growing over the threat of flooding spreading.

Local and provincial governments in the area have warned citizens to stay indoors, as traveling on the wet roads may be unsafe.

Sebelius's husband, Gary Sebelius, is a judge and was born and raised in Norton. Norton is located on Sunflower Bay and has a population of approximately 300,000.

"Norton is a great community and I really love spending time here," Sebelius said. "I truly consider it my home." Sebelius is the head of state of Kansas and has her official city of residence listed as the City of Norton, Norton County, even though she was raised in St. Francis, Cheyenne County, after her parents immigrated to Kansas. This has made some St. Franciscans angry.

The new European missile defense system,named Ballistic Missile Defense System,officially came into operation this morning, with the activation of all the new radar systems (including satellite) and the strategic positioning of the defensive batteries, which cover the entire national territory.
From now on this huge work, which required high investments by the European Government and the private sector, which saw the participation of dozens of businesses and thousands of specialists, equipped with advanced technology, is ready to defend Europe against any air and missile threat.

The system is composed of a series of technologically advanced radar and sensors based on land, at sea, placed on aircraft and ships, with the support of highly advanced new satellites. All integrated with a variety of fixed or mobile missile batteries, the result of an important technical advance, strategically placed on the ground, mounted on ships and aircraft.
The coordination function is entitled to a number of operational centers, recently opened, equipped with sophisticated technologies, throughout the national territory.
The management of this complex and expensive system is up to the Missile Defense Agency, the institution the Ministry of Defense which is responsible for conducting research and testing of missile systems, in addition of course to manage the investment and the participation of companies and of various research institutions.

In addition to the mere military strategy given that with this system of Europe may be declared completely safe from any kind of air or missile threat, and that the nation has expanded its military capabilities, there are important economic repercussions.
The project, funded by billionaire investment, both public and private, was attended by dozens of companies, including SMEs, which have thus been able to expand and grow, expanding its technological expertise and know-how. It has also been possible to secure new jobs, many of which are highly specialized, and of course the expansion of the capacity of universities and research institutions that have participated in mass to the project.
Soon the new technologies developed will certainly be transferred to the civilian sector, creating new major industrial and employment.
Not just an expense only for military purposes in fact.

It all started with the approval by the European Parliament of the National Missile Defense Act, which then led to new government investments in this sector, and ultimately the creation of the new defensive system.
Here the fundamental purpose, taken from the text of the law:
It is the policy of the United States of Europe to deploy as soon as is technologically possible an effective National Missile Defense system capable of defending the territory of the United States of Europe against limited ballistic missile attack (whether accidental, unauthorized, or deliberate) with funding subject to the annual authorization of appropriations and the annual appropriation of funds for National Missile Defense.

But let's go to the operation of the system.

The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications Centre (C2BMC)  is the integrating element of the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS). It is a vital operational system that enables the President of the Repubblic, the Minister of Defense and Combatant Commanders at strategic, regional and operational levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations, to collectively see the battle develop, and to dynamically manage designated networked sensors and weapons systems to achieve global and regional mission objectives.

C2BMC supports a layered missile defense capability that enables an optimized response to threats of all ranges in all phases of flight. C2BMC is the force multiplier that globally and regionally networks, integrates and synchronizes autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations to optimize performance. C2BMC is an integral part of all system ground and flight tests which verify and exercise all current and future BMDS capabilities.
Through its operational software and networks, the C2BMC program provides redundant connectivity and enables on-site operations and sustainment for global combatant commanders.

C2BMC is an operating center equipped with sophisticated and highly advanced technologies, able to get in contact with all the components of the defense system in real time, monitor these components, and is able simultaneously to effectively manage in a overall manner the whole system.
It has an extensive network of local operations centers, with the same operational capabilities,scattered throughout the national territory.

The Upgraded Early Warning Radars are solid-state, phased-array, all-weather, long-range radars. They are scattered over the country, placed in strategic positions. They are able to detect objects within a range of over 3000 kilometers.

The radars provides integrated tactical warning and attack assessment.
These radars and provides alerts to the Combatant Commands estimated launch and impact points.
They support the space surveillance network, classifing reentry vehicle and other space objects.
They provide coverage for midcourse Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS), detect or sea-launched intercontinental ballistic missiles, Provide real-time information to BMDS command and control nodes.
Moreover They provide threat ballistic missile tracking data to commit the launch of interceptors and to update the target tracks to the interceptor while the interceptor is in flight.

The COBRA DANE Radars are traveling wave tube fed phased-array,all-weather,long-range radars. They are able to detect objects within a range of over 2000 kilometers.

The upgrades improved midcourse Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) sensor coverage by providing acquisition, tracking, object classification, and date That can be used for cueing, launch of interceptor missiles, and of course updates interceptors while retaining the site's legacy intelligence and track space missions. These structures cover the entire national territory, and are placed in strategic locations. The European Air Force is responsible for the COBRA DANE Radar system operations, maintenance, and sustainment.

In particular the radars detect sea-launched or intercontinental ballistic missiles and classify reentry vehicle and other missile objects. Also provide real-time information to Fire Control and provide tracking of threat ballistic missiles sufficiently accurate to commit the launch of interceptors and to update the target tracks to the interceptor while the interceptor is in flight.

The Sea-Based X-Band (SBX) Radar acquires, tracks and discriminates the flight characteristics of ballistic missiles. The SBX provides an advanced capability to the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS), increasing the Missile Defense Agency’s ability to conduct operational and realistic testing of the BMDS,while providing an operational capability to the Combatant Commands.
There are several examples strategically placed in the nation.

The SBX is an advanced X-Band radar mounted on a mobile, semi-submersible platform that provides the BMDS with an extremely powerful and capable radar that can be positioned to cover any region of the globe. Its ocean- spanning mobility allows the radar to be repositioned as needed to support the various BMDS test scenarios.

The vessel is based on a fifth-generation semi-submersible oil drilling platform. It is twin-hulled, self-propelled, and stable in high winds and turbulent sea conditions.

Operationally, the SBX provides an advanced radar capability to obtain missile tracking information while an incoming threat missile is in flight, discriminates between the hostile missile warhead and any decoys, and provides that data to interceptor missiles so that they can successfully intercept and destroy the threat missile before it can reach its target.

Larger than a football field, the main deck houses living quarters, workspaces, storage, power generation, bridge, and control rooms while providing the space and infrastructure necessary to support the radar antenna array, command control and communications suites, and an In-flight Interceptor Communication System Data Terminal which provides missile tracking and target discrimination data to interceptor missiles.

The Missile Defense Agency operates the Space Tracking and Surveillance System (STSS). STSS constellation consists of ten satellites orbiting at 1350 km, 58 degree inclination, with 120 minute orbital period.

Using sensors capable of detecting visible and infrared light, STSS serves as the experimental space layer of the Ballistic Missile Defense System.
The mission Objective is provide accurate tracks of midcourse re-entry vehicles to the shooter.
The satellites boosting targets detected by acquisition sensor and continuously scans visible earth in short- wave infrared band and provide 3-D tracks reported to the Ballistic Missile Defense System.

The Army Navy/Transportable Radar Surveillance and Control, or AN/TPY-2, is a transportable by truck,air,ship and rail X-band, high-resolution, phased- array radar designed specifically for ballistic missile defense.
There are dozens of radar scattered strategically throughout the country.

The AN/TPY-2 is capable of tracking all classes of ballistic missiles and identifying small objects at long distances. In the forward-based mode,this radar plays a vital role in the Ballistic Missile Defense System by acting as a forward based sensor for the system, detecting ballistic missiles early in their flight and providing precise tracking information for use by the system. Use of multiple sensors provides overlapping sensor coverage, expands the BMDS battle space, and complicates an enemy's ability to penetrate the defense system. In the terminal mode, the same radar provides surveillance, track, discrimination and fire control support for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) weapon system.

Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) is the naval component of the Missile Defense Agency’s Ballistic Missile Defense System.
Currently most of the fleet, in particular frigates,destroyers,submarines and cruisers, is equipped with this advanced system. The remaining ships should be updated in the coming months.

The Aegis BMD ships patrol,detect and track ballistic missiles of all ranges,including
intercontinental ballistic missiles,and report track data to the missile defense system. This capability shares tracking data to cue other missile defense sensors and provides fire control data to control centers and to the ground defense.
The units are also able to directly engage the missile threats using the radar system.

The Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) element of the Ballistic Missile Defense System provides Combatant Commanders the capability to engage and destroy limited intermediate and long range ballistic missile threats in space to protect the United States of Europe.

Ground-based Midcourse Defense is composed of Ground-Based Interceptors and Ground Support & Fire Control Systems components.
- The Ground-Based Interceptor is a multi-stage, solid fuel booster with an EKV payload. When launched, the booster carries the EKV toward the target’s predicted location in space. Once released from the booster, the EKV uses guidance data transmitted from Ground Support & Fire Control System components and on-board sensors to close with and destroy the target warhead. The impact is outside the Earth’s atmosphere using only the kinetic force of the direct collision to destroy the target warhead.
- Ground Support & Fire Control Systems consist of redundant fire control nodes, interceptor launch facilities, and a communications network. GMD Fire Control (GFC) receives data from satellites and ground based radar sources, then uses that data to task and support the intercept of target warheads using Ground-Based Interceptors. The GFC also provides the Command & Control, Battle Management & Communications Centers element with data for situational awareness.

There are dozens of launch sites strategically located in the national territory.

The most mature hit-to-kill weapon system of the Ballistic Missile Defense System, the Patriot Weapon System using Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) missiles, is now operational and fielded by the European Army.

Patriot Weapon System provides simultaneous air and missile defense capabilities as the Lower Tier element in defense of European deployed forces and allies.
Works with THAAD to provide an integrated, overlapping defense against missile threats in the terminal phase of flight. Jointly, these systems engage the threat by forming a multi-tier theater defense against adversary missile threats using peer-to-peer engagement coordination, early warning track data, and battle management situational awareness.
Contributes to the entire system’s situational awareness by transmitting precision cueing data to other theater elements while simultaneously protecting system assets against short-range ballistic missiles, large-caliber rockets, and air-breathing threats.
For homeland defense, Patriot provides detection, track, and engagement of short-range ballistic missiles and cruise missiles. These engagements are further enhanced by networked remote sensors that supply early warning data to increase the probability of success.
Patriot has added Upper-Tier Debris Mitigation capability to mitigate the excessive radar load and potential missile waste caused by debris from upper-tier intercepts.

The Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) element provides the Ballistic Missile Defense System with a globally transportable, rapidly deployable capability to intercept and destroy ballistic missiles inside or outside the atmosphere during their final, or terminal, phase of flight. Rapidly deployable by being globally transportable via air, land and sea.

A THAAD Battery consist of four main components:
-Launcher: Truck-mounted, highly-mobile, able to be stored; interceptors can be fired and rapidly reloaded.
-Interceptors: Eight per launcher.
-Radar: Army Navy/Transportable Radar Surveillance (AN/TPY-2) transportable X-band Radar in the world searches, tracks, and discriminates objects and provides updated tracking data to the interceptor.
-Fire Control: Communication and data-management backbone; links THAAD components together; links THAAD to external Command and Control nodes and to the entire BMDS; plans and executes intercept solutions.
