The flag carrier airline of New Tarajan, the KLM (acronymn of Koninklijke Luchtvaart Maatschappij, Royal Company Airline), announced today in a press release the new plan for expansion.
"Our company is one of the majors of the sector" commented a spokesperons: "And for this reason, we cannot lag behind."
The main goal of the new expansion plan is to provide an increase link between few, selected hubs (also under infrastructural expansion, like Alleskandberg, Eindhoven and Merlberg, with Astana still playing the main role as HQ of the company) and foreign countries. Particularly, KLM wishes to open a whole new series of routes with the main airport hubs of Mnemosyne (Velikogolkva, Erifort, Paris, Nanoga, Crown City) and with the main foreign partners of New Tarajan (New-Zealand, first of all).
This is possible thanks to the incredible capital increase KLM is enjoying recently: thanks to the possibility to fully exploit the Tarajani market (incredibly profitable thanks to the high level of tourism flows in the country), KLM had the possibility to become rapidly one of the most important companies in the world, partly owned by the government (as prescribed by the Tarajani legislation on the air transportation market).
But the company wishes also to increase the quality of the overall service: an entire new fleet has been programmed to achieve this goal.

This second goal will particularly see a strict cooperation between KLM and the majors of the aeronautic sector (one of the most advanced in the world) of New Tarajan.
Amjad-Heemskerk, which is recently trying to upgrade its presence in the civilian market, announced that it will participate with the construction of the new AMH-780 Star Crosser, the spearhead of the company in the sector of civilian transportation.
Strenghten by its recent expansion in the foreign market (particularly in Planita), Amjad-Heemsker, and, consequently, the Eindhoven Space Industries Consortium (ESIC) is pointing on the new programmes by KLM to improve their capabilities about civilian transportation.
"The new Star Crosser will be the masterpiece of aerospace technology applied to civilian transport" commented an engineer of the company: "It will provide a safe and reliable airplane, with all the comforts and luxuries that is possible to imagine on board."
The airplane will be produced in many versions (depending on the different requests of customer companies), also implementing bedrooms in the first-class. However, it will not be "the most massive airplane on the market. Our idea is not to focus on dimensions: quality is always better then quantity."

But Amjad-Heemskerk and the ESIC are profiting from their recent increase in capital not only through an increasing share on the civilin transport market, but also on the more "traditional" military sector.
After the recent joint Tarajani-European project of the Eurofighter-Gripen, wich involved the Amjad-Heemskerk and Van Peeuw Aeronautics, the latter has decided to implement a new project: the VaP-65 Protector. As the name implies, the goal of the new project is to provide for a fifth-generation air interceptor to protect the skies of the Kingdom.
Implementing all the most recent technologies and advanced weapons, tools for electronic warfare, and renewed engines, the Protector will probably constitute a new bright step forward for Tarajani aeronautics. Van Peeuw stated that a particular version of the aircraft will be reserved for export to foreign countries, thus confirming the intentions of the Tarajani companies of the sector to increasingly give attention to possible foreign customers. The Tarajani aerospace sector is one of the most advanced in the world, and this fact could give it a good advantage on potential competitors in the global market.

As the comments of the spokesperson of the Amjad-Heemskerk about the AMH-780 stated, New Tarajan is focusing its energies more on quality than quantity.
"Many countries are building massive ships and airplanes" said Prof. Oliver Van Blanchard, economist of the Royal Tarajan University: "The Tarajani answer to these moves can be summarized in one simple word: quality. New Tarajan has been always in the frontline of the luxury sector, thanks to its historical and cultural heritage, its financial sector, and the tourism flow in the country. Why not taking advantage of this?"
And indeed this is what's happening. The Royal Shipyards of Alleskandberg, one of the major ship construction companies of the world, seem to have learned this lessons incredibly well, looking at the most recent projects: a new series of luxury yachts. Not big as a cruise ship, but far more advanced in terms of technology, and with all the luxuries imaginable.
The first one is the Selene Super Yacht: capable of hosting around 30 persons, it's equipped with all the desirable tools for the perfect luxury cruise.



Far more advanced and ambitious is the second project undertaken by the RS: the New Diamond Super Yacht. Capable of hosting a maximum of 20 persons on board, but with one swimming pool, one special jacuzzi, many facilities for relax, and even a place for a small helicopter, the New Diamond will surely be the first and foremost wish of every milionaire of the world.
"Looking at this wonderful design there's only one thing you can say: I want it" commented one of the engineers of the project: "And this was exactly our main idea, while designing it. The New Diamond will excite the most wild fantasies of yacht passionates."

The European banking and financial world is in fibrillation, after the announcement of the approval by the European Parliament, one of the most important bills of this legislature, the Glass-Steagall Act (named after members of parliament who have proposed).
This is the law more "Taxpayers-friendly" and more "Finance-Enemy" that has been approved in recent years, and perhaps even more.

Before we start talking about the law, however, we have to give a slight glimpse at what is today the banking world. Until now there has always been a special type of bank, the so-called universal bank, or a credit institution which has both commercial characteristics (thus granting of loans to households and businesses, investments in the real economy, credit activities), and business characteristics (ie speculation on the stock exchange). Of course, such speculations are made with the money of depositors, with the money that the bank should keep, and these "toys speculative" have very high risks. If the bank fails speculation and accomulates too much debt, dragging and with it collapsing the entire production system (ie household savings, corporate loans). That's why every time a big bank is likely to fail, the state should intervene to save the banks, obviously with taxpayer money.
This is the concept of "Too Big To Fail".
The public guarantee favors from the banks the so-called "moral hazard": the bank engages high-risk speculation (with the money of depositors, by the way), because to it, if the operation goes well, match high gains. But if the transaction goes wrong and the bank is likely to fail there are no problems, because the state should intervene with bailouts billionaires. In short, the bank always wins, and in the meantime, the state continues to lose hundreds of billions of public money, and investment away from the real economy to go to get into speculation.

But let's get to the content of the new law.
It operates on the principle of separation of banking, a kind of wall between commercial banks (ie those which collect deposits and extend credit to households and businesses) and investment banks (ie banks that lead to speculative activity).

First, there is an absolute prohibition on the part of commercial banks to carry out their banking business and vice versa. So the commercial banks can no longer make speculative investments in the stock market, but only invest in the real economy and keep the savings of households. Investment banks instead can not have any connection with the real economy, and they keep the money of depositors.

Commercial banks and investment banks should be completely separated from each other. So the two types of banks can not make agreements of any kind, nor hold any interest in each other, and not even do head to a single company.
This means that the directors, members, shareholders and even the mere employees of any investment bank can not in any way hold leadership positions in commercial banks. And the opposite is also true, that the members of the commercial banks can not have positions in the business banks.

To enforce these rules will be deputies the supervisory bodies of the European Central Bank. The sanctions in case of violation of these rules, will be very heavy, and will include heavy fines and, in serious cases, revocation (for an indefinite period course) of the authorization to banking activity.

All banks have 18 months to comply with the new regulation, and thus to separate the commercial side from the business banks and end any relationship between the two.

The effects that this law will have are many.

Firstly, greater stability of the banking sector, as commercial banks, being now entirely foreign to the world of speculation, will have remote possibility of going bankrupt.
This means that there will be no public bailouts, and that the state could save hundreds of billions of Euros, which can then be reinvested in the real economy.
In addition, commercial banks, being free from the risks of speculation, may reactivate the credit to households and businesses, creating new economic growth. Meanwhile, the deposits of citizens will enjoy greater security.
Also, being reduced banks which play the stock market will decline even consistency speculation and derivatives exchanges, and resources can be redirected toward the real economy.
All this will bring more stability and unprecedented economic growth.

But what will the investment banks, now that they will be completely separate from the activity of credit and deposit? Simply continue to speculate on the stock market, but this time they will do with their money (and not with those of depositors) and without warranty of any kind by the state. They will not have contact with the real economy, and if they're going bankrupt, there will no longer the risk of contagion to the rest of the economy. If these banks fail, will not be saved, because there is no reason to do so.

So, who benefits from the new law are the taxpayers, who no longer have to pay the money to save the banks, and in fact the population is in favor of the new law.
The state also take advantage of it, and in fact the European Government has already ruled in favor of the new legislation, which will be immediately applied.
The same Manuel Barroso, Minister of Economy and Finance, said:
"The Government fully supports this bill, which will benefit the entire population. Immediately will implement the new rules, without any hesitation. Now is the time that finance goes back to being what it was, the servant of the real economy,and we are working to make this happen. Sharks of finance should resign, the free ride is over,now is the time to take responsibility and repay the nation".

The financial world instead, greedy and hungry for money, that with this law will significantly decrease their earnings, is already in revolt.
The largest banks in the country have announced the appeal to the European Constitutional Court, to denounce the "alleged unconstitutionality" of the law, and then lock it.
We'll see, the game is not over.

Military exercises in the south
New military research center announced

The Ministry of Defense announced, in the early morning, the start of military exercises in the south area of the country, near the Province of Balcary, home of the 4th and the 5th Army Group, composed by mechanized divisions, air group, special forces, heavy tanks and missile defense vehicles. The exercises arrives with the news about the decision of the Government to take part to the embargo activated on Regornia, a new state born from Texania long the south border of Antanares and, for now, considered an element of instability for the area. The Ministry didn't release any comment about, but for the analysts the numbers suggest the volition of the Federation to reassure the population about the safe of the region.

Eastern Chernarusia, Near Pulkovo
  A massive military drill has been launched by the 1st Chernarusian Army Group stationed near the town of Pulkovo in Eastern Chernarusia. The 410,000 men of the Army Group began drills throughout the mountains and plains in the Pulkovo Region where conflicts with Lonbonian Nationalists have been escalating. These drills included Armoured Assaults, Town Clearing, and Combined Arms operations. Rumors have been that the other Army Groups of the Eastern Theatre have been holding similar drills, the 8th and 5th Army Groups which are based out of Athens in the south and Novi Sobor in the North near the Chernarusian-Lonbonian Border.
Some of the Local Lonbonians fear the worst as they claim that Chernarusia is gearing up for an invasion. General Victor Pokrovsky of the Eastern Theatre claims that it is just annual drills that are held each year. A military Document was leaked showing the status of the Eastern Theatre claiming that they are "READY for OPERATIONS". Many locals, in particular Lonbonians,  claim that the 1,300,000 men are far too many for a routine drill, they claim war is coming.

Irish Military Drills


The 41,160 member Imperial Military has started its 1st Half Military Drills of 2014. Led my Major General Conor O'Boyle the Imperial Irish Army started drills in the mountains at 6 AM they are set to stop at 6 PM.The drills are happening about 100 KM from the UEC-Irish Border and extends about 10 KM North.The drill only happens 2 a year and are very tough. President Eamon de Valera in 1949 passed the Military Regulation Act stating that all active military personnel must under go 2 military drills a year to remain ready for war.

Sultan Harischandra Jayaraman of Bharatpur and his administration have released news today that they are planning a complete overhaul of the healthcare system in the Sultanate of Bharatpur.

The nation, which has long been found near the bottom of of lists relating to public health, has recently doubled its efforts in maintaining the health of its people, and hopes that, with the help of bigger and richer countries, can have a healthcare system to rival that of even New-Zealand and its neighbor, Novo Canuckia.

This comes with recent efforts by the Bharatpuri government to improve the standard of living among its people and modernize the country, while still keeping roots in the fundamentals of Islam.

So this means that from now the People's Republic is an constitutional people's republic with an monarch who is not in the position to rule but is still a symbol of the nation. like a saint he can't use political power but he is able to bear the full responsibility of the nation if necessary.

The people's republic is not a one party state anymore but has now a simular congress in Macao.

The Congress is not able to make laws anymore but its only use is to discuss if a law may pass or not.

The National Year is a series of events that happen every 4 years in The UKZ beggining with college festivals in October and ending with The National States Award Ceremony where the kingdoms of the UKZ are awarded for advancemet in various fields. The events also include The National Games.

The Games of The 16th National Olympiad occured in December 2013. The kingdoms are divede into 4 clans namely, The clan of Arrows, The Dog, The Tree and The Crown.
