Your Excellencies,
First, it is an honor to be back here, to represent the interests of the people of Europe, right in front of the major powers on the planet.
As well all know, Europe has always been opposed to any kind of imperialism, and we fought strenuously countries that are moving towards this kind of foreign policy. The war must be moved only for just cause, it is an extremely delicate. Many nations and many leaders think that war is just a game, and in fact continually destabilize the delicate balance that keeps the region pacific and stable. Some nations move on the international scene with unprovoked aggression, and these countries are a danger, a threat to anyone who loves peace, justice and democracy. These countries are nothing but rogue state, and should be treated accordingly.

Magni Quas falls within this category, which is why we support his expulsion from this great and prosperous organization. In addition, we support all diplomatic and economic countermeasures that were necessary, and to avoid further demonstrations of aggression, we support a military action designed to render null and void the warfighting capabilities of this rogue state. They had a chance to apologize, to cease any attempt of invasion and to carry on diplomacy. Their reasons for doing so would be heard. But they have refused dialogue, the consequences that we all know are inevitable.

However I must warn all present here not to make the mistake of downloading violence and reprisals on the population of Magni Quas. Therefore we believe that the attacks should be precise and limited military infrastructure, civilian casualties must not be tolerated, the civilian areas should not even be touched. The rulers of Magni Quas are guilty, not its population.

Majesty, certainly the people have voted for the current rulers of Magni Quas, but not for this reason we criminalize them. And, I wonder, why Magni Quas should not be allowed to undertake wars of conquest and instead we should feel allowed to do so? Maybe because we are stronger? So here applies the law of the strongest? You know true that the law of the strongest are used by animals? Personally, I consider myself more intelligent than an animal, and we all are.

So, I repeat, Magni Quas should not be split, but made ​​independent and democratic, by simply imposing barriers to reset. The subdivision shall only apply to military operations and post-conflict stabilization.

Therefore, on behalf of Europe, finally accepted the subdivision, and commitment to my nation to ensure maximum availability in combat operations, post-conflict and reconstruction. We had a pre-agreement for the future of Magni Quas. Now this war has become what? Nothing more than a war of conquest, a colonial enterprise worthy of the nineteenth-century empires. Our soldiers have fought and suffered for democracy ,died with the ideal of justice, not for conquer new territories!

Why Magni Quas can not start wars of conquest and instead we can feel entitled to do this? Because we are stronger? Because we have larger armies? I thought that this organization had ideals a bit more different than those of imperialism and colonialism. We relied on NATO and Eurussia, but apparently our trust has been betrayed cowardly.
