The Secretariat of the World Alliance, lead by the Secretary General from the Empire of Great Eurussia, is inclined to publish its unofficial tally, counted and verified thrice, due to the changing results, considered official, published by the Speaker of the Parliament. Hence, we seek Members of the Parliament to scrutinize all the official and unofficial tallies available.

With these, if the Secretariat's published unofficial tally is considered reliable and credible, the Secretariat sees no reason to hold a tie breaking election on the 7th Seat among Eurussia, Europa, Planita, and Havenburgh all WADSP members.

Hence, the 7th Seat will become a tie between Eurussia and Europa, both WADSP Members. Therefore, if the Secretariat's unofficial tally is considered reliable and credible, Eurussia, as a Member of Parliament and a member of the WA Democratic & Socialist Party, the same as Europe, relinquishes its right to contend against Europe on the 7th Seat under consideration and leave the seat to our trusted ally and partymate, Europa.

Composition

WADSP (3) - IGP (3) - WARP (1)

With no opposition from the Speaker of Parliament, the Election Tally from the Secretariat becomes official therefore resulting to the aforementioned Council composition. The Council, as a whole, can exercise all executive powers over the region (AT WILL) provided that these are not prohibited by the Constitution and by pertinent laws. Its term of office is based on the over all confidence of the Parliament which may, at any time, may call to dissolve the Council and elect new member states among the current Members of Parliament.

The Council may create ministerial positions within itself (as it is an executive power) and exercise any form international interventions (collectively approved) such as military intervention, as it is the successor of the defunct Security Council, lead by the President which may not serve the same office for the next term of the new Parliament.

As provided for by the Constitution, the Council has the right to exercise all executive powers, any where, any how, and any time, unless otherwise explicitly prohibited by the Constitution and other pertinent and existing laws of the region. Good Luck!

The current Parliament's term will end on February 2014. But now, you can join existing political parties, sitting in Parliament so if ever they could allot you a seat when there is vacancy. OR form your own political party and form a coalition with other parties so you could still push your agenda for the region even not sitting in Parliament.
