I have one question: Why?

Yeah definitely. It's a great shift for those interested and make use of their puppets. I really don't know the ins and outs of defending a region so I just have to trust Planita with this one lol

Yes. But since there are interested in having the WA become a DEFENDER REGION, and it will not produce a bad image for the region, we should not stop them from doing so. Instead, we should provide strict guidelines for its proper implementation.

Much better. Where every plan must be approved first by the Council before the WA Defending Team commences with their plans. Thus, the leader of this team will have the privilege to directly submit requests for permissions in this Council (ofcourse creating thread)
Provided that every region that will be liberated must be used through a CODENAME when presented in the Coucil and the real names maybe divulged via TG or PM. So as to protect the security and strategy of our liberating teams.
