Excuse me, the Republic of New Korrea is only defending itself from your invasions and illegal attacks and forceful manipulation and martial law of my country. It has not only been proven once but twice and I expected it to be proven by my case against you and Zanland. Instead of opting to shame, why not simply follow the verdict of the international court and let us see who is more deserving to be in WASC. None of your proofs change the fact that you are in a state of war. The clause does not specify whether that war need be offensive or defensive. As such, you are subject to it.

Is there a proof that I declared war against any country? I am only defending my county against your own wars that you created and declared against me. IN fact I have the right of self defense under the law. Read the World alliance Security Council Act.

It is not stated there that if I am defending my country against your imperialism I am not qualified anymore in WASC. It only applies to candidates to WASC and I am not a candidate so stop trying to change the law in your favor since that is not possible.

No. There is no proof. There doesn't need to be. You are in a state of war. It does not need be declared by you. You have the right to defend yourself, but not as a member of the Security Council. That is according to the law, at least.

It exactly states that. "Security Council members may be eligible for candidacy for a seat at the Security Council if they are not... [in a] state of war." You may not be at war. It doesn't not matter if you are defending. It does not matter if the war is based on imperialism. If you are not eligible for candidacy, how can you be eligible for the seat itself? I am not trying to change any laws, I am just trying to ensure that the established laws are followed.
