The Ministry of Justice has announced that the recently arrested terrorist, Bashar Al-Arab, was found guilty of terrorism by a local court and was sentenced with life imprisonment. 3) Successful Operations? - The European authorities proudly said that they have curbed all the links of terrorism and found "strong" evidences that the terrorist was hiding outside their country but Eurussian authorities discovered the connections of the terrorist financer in various levels of government and was even caught in a faraway island in Europe enjoying a camouflaged and well interiored home with beautiful beaches.

While visiting Eurussia with cousin Eric, High King of Aloia, a bomb took the life of Bernard, Duke of Cadelle. The official report from the Aloian Intelligence Agency said that the room in the Imperial Palace had originally been assigned to High King Eric and Eric and Bernard switched rooms after Eric couldn't sleep. Pieces of a bomb were found in the room and were brought back to Aloia to be examined by Aloian forensic scientists.

King Eric returned to Aloia with the body of Bernard and plans are underway for an official state funeral. Bernard's widow, Rose, and the whole nation of Aloia are shocked and are demanding to know who attempted to take the life of Eric and ended up taking the life of a beloved Duke.

This is the official end of the Eurussian state visit. The House of Nordahl has expressed their wishes to someday return to Eurussia, but only after the investigation is completed.

EUROPEAN LYING CRISIS WORSENS

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs downplayed the recent series of allegations from Europe citing no profound evidences to prove their lies are truth at all. The ministry called on Europe to respect the decision of the nation's efficient justice system and rejected the document provided by European officials on the issue of the international arrest warrant and reminded them that the said document was their proposal and never called for a majority vote which nullifies their claims.

Furthermore, the ministry said that the recent embargo measures by Europe against the country are nothing new but simple desperate acts to show their strengths in the middle of their international lying crisis.

Chancellor Joseph Charpantier has announced earlier today that an invite-only conference of nations will be held in the capital city of Eznurf on April 26. He invited the following nations: Aloia, the Holy Patrician States, Yellasia, Dromoda, Europe, Planita, and the Catham Islands. Mr. Charpantier has yet to announce why the leaders of these nations are being invited to Marquette, but he has hinted at wanting to propose something rumored as, "The Eznurf Pact".

IN OTHER NEWS:

Conservatives and Liberals continue to clash over the Gay Marriage bill that is on the table for Parliament's Lower House. As with all bills, it will be quite a long time before it is passed, if at all. Moving through each house of Parliament takes about three weeks, then it moves to the Senate. The Senate debates the bill for about a month when it decides to pass it or not. Once it makes its way to the Chancellor, he must approve it or veto it. If he vetoes it, it goes all the way back to Parliament's Lower House, thus restarting the process.

Liberal Party members are worried it will even make it to Senate, as the Conservative party holds the majority in both the Senate and the Upper House of Parliament, as well as the Chancellery.

The Lower House of Parliament is set to vote on the 25th of April, the day before the big conference of nations is set to take place in the capital. The whole nation is watching Eznurf in wait to see if the bill will move on. Even the Archbishop of Marquette has flown in to the capital to rally for support against the bill.

ALOIAN GOVERNMENT FACES MAJOR CHANGES

The Aloian system of government, criticized the world over for being inefficient, is finally being changed. The High Council passed a law today, merging the office of Governor General with Chancellor of the High Council of Lords. The Chancellor of the High Council of Lords will serve as head of the executive branch of government, while also being a voting member of the legislative branch. The King will also remain as an observing member of the High Council of Lords.

As it is now, Aloia is led by a separate governor general and High Council of Lords. The High Council of Lords is joined in the legislative branch by the Senate. Critics of the Aloian model have said that the office of Governor General is redundant and has all the same jobs as the Prime Councillor. This law will merge the offices. The office of Chancellor will be nominated by members of the three Aloian parties, the Liberals, the Conservatives, and the Greens. After three candidates are nominated, the Aloian people will vote.

This law will move the focus from federal government to principality government. The Principality Councils will have more autonomy and more say in how they are governed. Laws will now have to start in either the Senate or a Principality Council before moving to the High Council of Lords.

However, the law doesn't go into effect for another three years, the end of Governor Osterreich's term. Many observers believe Mrs. Osterreich will seek election to the office of Chancellor when it comes up.
