In a surprise announcement that brought wild cheers from students, the Eurussian Chancellor Vladimir Pootin said, in a forum with thousands of students in Bavaria State University, that the government is already working hand-in-hand with the Parliament to pass a legislation implementing a universal access to college education for all Eurussians.

The chancellor also detailed the contents of the plan that under the proposal, all students that finishes high school regardless of grades, status, or academic prowess will be admitted to any university in the country and with the major condition that these students must maintain good grades and behavior. He said that even though ducal governments have the power over the nation's education system, the central government will fund the program.

The academic community has expressed their gratitude to the efforts of the government to provide importance to the nation's education system and the program will surely push the nation's academic status higher in the world stage. Some commentators noticed the venue where the announcement was made which was the Bavaria State University that was placed in the headlines a few months ago due to the controversy of refusing a student application due to ethnicity grounds. The refusal caused heavy criticisms against the university administration that lead to the intervention of the national Ministry of Education which resulted to the total reshuffle of the university administration and policies.

Foreign Affairs Minister Robert Baird today announced that the Royal British Canadian Navy will be sending a task force consisting of a joint support ship and necessary escort vessels. As well the Naval Base at Shearwater will be opened to service international warships engaged in operations in Aloia.

"While British-Canada will not be placing boots on the ground in Aloia as we are not directly aligned with the legal regime the government of British-Canada supports the preservation of order and security on the international stage and as such would like to support other nations efforts of doing so." The Minister of Internal Affairs, Vladimir Kolokoltsev announced the imperial proclamation declaring martial law on the Duchy of Yakutsk citing the growing civil unrest in Aloia following the recent coup that toppled the kingdom's monarchy ruled by King Eric of Aloia.

The minister said that the proclamation of martial law is the government's preventive measure to secure the territory from any dangers or repercussions from the nearby Aloia. He also said that the Imperial National Guard were already deployed in the island to secure the territory via air and land forces while the Imperial Coast Guard were ordered to deploy ships to surround and patrol the island duchy to secure the coastlines.

The minister made no mention of the government's position towards the downfall of the royal government in Aloia nor any plans of the government if refugees tries to cross the channel towards the Duchy of Yakutsk or plans to recognize the new military led leadership in Aloia.

The Eurussian Empire has no formal diplomatic relations with Aloia.

Europe helps Aloia, operation starts "Breaking the oppressors"

The Ministry of Defense and the European Government, through inter-ministerial decree adopted by the Parliament in a session flash, have authorized the start of a military mission in Aloia, to eliminate the government created after the coup yesterday.

State funeral for the soldiers who died because of terrorism

Today, in the city of Rome, it was raining.
The plane containing the bodies of those soldiers who died valiantly during the military operation "Clean House", and those who died during the vile and cowardly terrorist attack, it came with extreme punctuality.
The military airport today, was closed for a state funeral, but it was still full of people.
Fellow soldiers, friends and family looking on, in tears, coffins wrapped in the flag (the Italian flag, the soldiers who died were all Italian), resisting the urge to get caught up in despair.
Next to them, the journalists, the highest offices of state, the highest military authorities, the president himself looked on, tendando to console the families of the victims.

The New-Zealand Government has expressed its intention to send in unmanned drones instead of living foot soldiers. The mottos of the protests have been "Every Life Is Precious" and " It's Not Our War". So far no nz soldiers have died in the conflict, but nonetheless the public still believes that we should not risk NZ lives in a war that does not have a affect on us. The government however has no intention of "ditching" Aloia, and will continue to fight for Aloian freedom through the use of precision air strikes and drone combat.

The battered nation of Novo Canuckia has formally declared their support for the Royal family of Aloia. However, it seems unlikely, given the state of affairs in Novo Canuckia, that this will amount to anything more than a symbolic gesture. Novo Canuckia's economy has once again collapsed, following the seizure of all private companies which had moved into the country during the civil war. Reconstruction has progressed slowly, and government officials have been bogged down trying to recover and/or replace old government policies and edicts. It is likely to be some time yet before Novo Canuckia is fully ready to resume it's place in international politics.

Despite having no formal diplomatic relations with Aloia, the Interior Ministry has announced that the government has now opened the Aloian Refugee Zone at the Duchy of Yakutsk which has just been placed recently under martial law. The ministry cited the worsening civil unrest throughout Aloia after the downfall of the monarchy replaced by a military dictatorship.

The ministry said that the refugee zone is a vast grassland near the coastline facing Aloia which is estimated to hold millions of people and noted the non-stop pouring of relief goods and supplies from hundreds of humanitarian organizations in the country to provide supply of food to the Aloian refugees. It also highlighted the continuous efforts of private companies in providing funds to build more tents to provide shelter from the escaping refugees in Aloia.

The ministry has confirmed local news reports that huge numbers of refugees are trying to escape Aloia by boat everyday and Aloian military forces are preventing escaping refugees from leaving the country by force. It has also notified the WA Humanitarian Organization to utilize its funds and resources in helping the Aloian refugees in the Duchy of Yakutsk.

KING ERIC AND QUEEN AETRA FOUND ALIVE, KING ALEKSANDER EXECUTED

High King Eric and his mother, Queen Mother Aetra, have been revealed to be in Moscow, Eurussia. Chancellor Georgia Osterreich was also rescued. The Royals and the Chancellor were rescued by the Eurussian Secret Service. Unfortunately, the Secret Service wasn't able to get Eric's husband, King Aleksander, from the rebels. We've discovered that Aleksander was executed by General Libero himself. A source has told us he died singing Aloia Rise, the national anthem of Aloia.

A representative for the King said that the Royals are now planning to head to Corelie, Holy Patrician States, home of Eric's brother, Henri. Eric's brother is married to the Holy Patrician Empress. The Royals are very thankful for the international support, and are planning to set up a government-in-exile in Corelie.

Aloians have started migrating north and southeast to Yakutsk and the neutral territory south of Articmainia. Many trying to escape have been shot by the rebel military.

For the first time, the Eurussian Government has made its position on the on-going Aloian Crisis, when Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced that the government condemns the unconstitutional transition of power in the Aloian Government and called for immediate cessation of hostilities to avoid further bloodshed. He called on all parties to hold peaceful talks and settle their differences for the good of the citizens of Aloia.

The minister also confirmed reports that the Aloian Royal Family is in Moscow after the successful rescue efforts of the nation's secret agents and refused to provided further details on the said covert operations. He also announced that the government recognizes the Aloian Government-in-exile of King Eric that will be established in Corelie, Holy Patrician States.

Furthermore, the minister said that Eurussia will closely communicate with both parties to restore a constitutional democracy and peace and order on the crisis-torn Aloia.

Updates from the front in Aloia: reduced military operations, increased military contingents

On the strength of what happened in New Zealand, Europe has also decided to temporarily suspend military operations.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Defence has announced the arrival of additional 6,500 men and 4,600 vehicles from the same brigade units already present.
Air units will increase, with 6 "Hercules II", 6 "AC-130", 4 air tankers "KC-767A", 6 hunting "F-22 Raptor" fighter 4 "Eurofighter Typhoon 2000" ,5 fighter "F-35 "20 drones and" Predator B ".

Yellasian withdraws troops from Aloia- begins accepting refugees

Yellasia withdrew its troops from the region surrounding the Aloian capital. Yellasia has now applied for WAHO membership, and has not given up on its traditional ally.

Yellasia has accepted 45,000 Aloian refugees since the conflict began, putting some strain on Yellasian communities. Four of Yellasia's fleets have been moved to the area, which have evacuated citizens.

Yellasia's current plans remain unknown.

EUROPE AND ASIA ORDERS HALT

Commonwealth military contingents pushing forward toward the Capital of Aloia have been ordered to halt by the Supreme Military Command, and are currently holding their positions pending further update from Premier Weber.

Europe and Asia has officially opened up its colony in the World Alliance to the refugees from Aloia, and promises that any fleeing towards commonwealth lines will not be turned back. It is unknown what will become of captured enemy prisoners.

ROYALS TRAVEL TO CORELIE, ESTABLISH GOV'T IN EXILE

After a short stop in Moscow, King Eric and his mother, Queen Mother Aetra, traveled to Corelie, Holy Patrician States, to be with Eric's brother, Holy Patrician Emperor Henri. Upon arriving in Corelie, the Royals traveled to the Patrician Capitol Building and Eric delivered a speech before the Patrician Parliament.

"I'm here to show the world that order will be restored in Aloia," the King said. "My people may be under the control of an evil man, but we won't be kept from freedom for long. We've all lost a lot and now we will rise from the ashes like the phoenix and be stronger than ever before. I declare the true government of Aloia still rests on the shoulders of myself, Chancellor Osterreich, and the High Council. We may be in Corelie for the time being, but we're still Aloia."

King Eric is working closely with the generals of all the nations committed to restoring peace in Aloia. He said that now is not the time for nations to pull out of Aloia, but instead "we need to keep fighting for freedom in Aloia. Because if we don't freedom won't win anywhere else."

The Ministry of Education has announced that the government will be providing subsidies to different concert halls and performing arts theaters in the country once the Parliament appropriates the necessary fund for the cultural development program of the government.

As the Aloian Crisis escalates into an international refugee crisis and as its government-in-exile in Corelie loses control of its country, another tension escalates north of Aloia at the Yakutsk Channel. The armed forces of the dictatorship are reported to be chasing refugees crossing the channel towards Yakutsk heavily guarded by the Imperial Coast Guard.

Minister Sergey Shoygu of the Eurussian Defense Ministry has warned the Aloian Dictatorship of immediate naval offensive if any of its naval assets deployed in the area will be damaged. He also warned that invasion may be inevitable.

The Eurasian State Air Force has commenced brutal psychological warfare against the Aloian Dictatorship, aimed at breaking the resolve of the government and aiding in the capture of the city.
