In other news, Artite has extended a hand to the Empire of Russia offering assistance in fighting the communist auxiliary brigade. Crown Prince William Niston stated in a press conference directed at the imperial government of the Empire of Russia.

Artite will assist the Empire of Russia in fighting the C.A.B insurgents in Russian territory and where ever else they may be hiding. Also an investigation being led by the Artitian Imperial Intelligence Ministry will be looking into the Chinese ties or Korrean ties of the terrorist leader, Li Keqiang. If the C.A.B are recieving aid from China China or the Korreans or possibly both, Artite will take immediate action against the supporter and aggressor. A team of investigators will be sent to the Empire of Russia after approval from the Emperor of Russia is given. Hopefully this new terror group will not bring in a new reign of warfare to the WA as a global war on terror would be costly and bloody.

The National Security Agency revealed that several computers of the national database and information registration network has been shut off for several hours and investigation found out that the cyber attack came from China China. The White House has called on the communist government to stop stealing state secrets and confidential data from the US Government. On the time being, President Brush is on his way aboard Air Force One to fly to Moscow to join the world leaders in spreading democracy in DPRK.

The United Kingdoms of Apepistan has send a small group of veteran and off-duty soldiers, along with a large number of weaponry, equipment and supplies, to the Holy Empire of Artite. The purpose of this is to further increase the cooperation of the two armies by training exercises, weapon testing, and so on. The exact duration of the project is currently unknown, as the Holy Empire of Artite is free to decide about how long the exercises will last. The United Kingdoms of Apepistan hope that the two armies will develop strong bonds as brothers-in-arms.




The Council of the United Kingdoms, as the governing body of the United Kingdoms of Apepistan, have given an open statement to the public about the current national and international situation of the state; it included a message to all nations. In it the C.U.K. stated that [...]the WASC seems to be quickly decreasing to be a "lobby party", with the members only voting and discussing matters in which they can advance their nations interest. This is not only decreasing the aurthority of the WASC, but it's efficiency aswell. The United Kingdoms of Apepistan support any proposal to stop this process."
The C.U.K. also stated that "[...] nations who did not even bother to act against tyranny in North-Korreaa should stop making demands about the situation. In case they have forgotten, thousands of soldiers died to liberate the country; sacrificing their own lives for the freedom of a foreign nation. The least they could do is honor the brave deeds of these men and women before barging in to a situation they are not related to. It is also disturbing to see how some nations wish to support Kim-Jongun, the former dictator of the DPRK. They are either fooled by the tyrant, or are trying to revive a dead dictatorship. We hope it's the former, and their sight will clear soon."

New threats have emerged as Lockdownn has activated more of its nuclear missiles tonight as anti-nuclear warships head for Federation Bay in Lockdownn. CAAF experienced heavy resistance when entering the country but things are looking up due to more enrollments in CAAF. New weapons testing has risen the bar as more and more advanced weaponry hit the field. CAAF officials are refusing to comment as of right now for national security sake.



New findings have been found regarding operation black eyes in which Lockdownn has activated. It works like a virus but is much more efficient. the Carbon Alliance is looking for ways to possibly defend their people against this but have fallen short.



Michng Yorguschmich is being tracked and is expected to be detained for questioning by the end of the month. CAAF states that they have been tracking him for a matter of months and could in fact have a lead on to where he’s been hiding.



A nuclear bomb was fired at an island in which CAAF controlled but military defense ships were able to dismantle it in air by emitting an EMP blast at the weapon. CAAF officials have responded by stating “we have avoided countless innocent lives by using new technology to benefit our beliefs.”  We have yet to know when the turning point of the war will happen.

Emperor Addresses World Leaders on C.A.B

The recent rise of C.A.B to international headlines has left many world leaders concerned. Over the past few days the Ministry of Defense and other government agencies have been flooded with phone calls with questions about the C.A.B. Many countries have reached out to the Russian Government offering support in combating terrorism. Earlier today His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Charles I addressed the world on the matter of the C.A.B

Emperor Charles I wrote:"It is no fun task having to deal with terrorism. Whether it be abroad or in your own home land. It is hard both ways. Terrorist groups because we give them the chance to rise. There is nothing we can do to completely stop a terrorist group from rising. But we can slow their rise to the point here we can defeat them. That will be our mission with the C.A.B. We want to gather intelligence on their leader, important members, suppliers, etc. before we strike. We want as much info as possible. And this is what we have been asking nations. We need as much intelligence as possible. Our people can not go through the terror of communist rule and Russia does not want any other nation to see this group in their nation. The CAB is a violent extremist group. They are mad because the Soviet Regime was taken down. And they want to restore this. We however can not let this happen. We do not want to declare war on them yet. Once we have the intelligence that we need we will start a war on terrorism. I am not encouraging other nations to help us. But I feel it is my duty as Head of State to notify the world of this problem. "

* US Government requests for a meeting with China Government on spying *

The Federal government has sent a request to the China Government to discuss about spying. He said that the activities of the communist country is alarming and must be stopped. He did not say anything about the current problems of China China.

C.A.B bombs Moskva Train Depot

During the peak of Moskva rush hour this morning, ten explosions occurred aboard four commuter trains. All the affected trains were traveling on the same line and in the same direction between Saint Peter and the Atocha station in Moskva. It was soon reported that thirteen improvised explosive devices (IEDs) had been placed on the trains. Bomb disposal teams arriving at the scenes of the explosions detonated two of the remaining three IEDs in controlled explosions, but the third has not yet been found.

All four trains had departed the Saint Peter train station between 07:01 and 07:14. The explosions took place between 07:37 and 07:40.

At 08:00, emergency relief workers began arriving at the scenes of the bombings. The police reported numerous victims and spoke of 50 wounded and several dead. By 08:30 the emergency ambulance service had set up a field hospital at the Ed Defore sports facility. Bystanders and local residents helped relief workers, as hospitals were told to expect the arrival of many casualties. At 08:43, firefighters reported 15 dead. By 09:00, the police had confirmed the death of at least 30 people

The total number of deaths now sits at 191. There were victims from 17 countries which has yet to be released at this time.

At 12 noon the leader of the C.A.B came forward and claimed responsibility for the attacks.

"For far to long has the Russian Government ignored our wishes. They put our wishes aside and called us terrorist. We are not terrorists we are militants. We will over throw this government and every government on earth. We will see global communism. Every nation will fall to the might of the Communist Auxiliary Brigade. We will start with Russia and expand over time. Anew communist global order will rule the world. With the C.A.B at its head. To the Governments of Russia, Eurussia, and all those who oppose us. Know this. You will die and so will your people.We claim responsibility for this. Workers of the World Unite!"

The Emperor soon responded on national media.In a message to the C.A.B, Parliament, and nations of the world.


"Today is a day for mourning. So many innocent lives lost and so many injured. Reports say nearly 2000 were injured. The C.A.B has shown their true power. And now it is time for Russia to show it's true power. I ask the State Duma to pass an emergency resolution granting me the power to order military attacks against the C.A.B. No longer shall our nation sit around and let them do this. We must take action. To the nations of the world. Fear not. We will not let these terrorists become international. They are already threatening the daily lives of Russia's citizens. We will not let them threaten the lives of your citizens. We will take the battle to the C.A.B. And we will win. The C.A.B will collapse. The the C.A.B watch your backs we are on the way. Pray to your gods for forgiveness because you are about to be judged by the mighty fist of the Russian Military."

President Walker Brush is worried that Azotakza is building an empire of vassals in the modern world. He believes that this is a threat to America's influence in the world So he phoned the leader of Azotakza to explain its vassal New Korea. President Brush wants clarification to maintain peace in the world.

Scottish Government thinks Scouting is making dictatorship in Security Council by removing great nations and changing rules

The Scottish Government issued a press release believing that Scouting is becoming a hegemon in the Security Council by removing great countries and even forcing change of rules. This is unacceptable.

The Wirbanksian Government has denied any and all accusations regarding Scoutings alleged actions as "dictatorship". The Wirbanksian Emperor Urin Inglis, Demands that Scottlands provide proof of this claim. He also states that Scoutings and others alike have been working on reforming the Security Council utter inefficient methods on passing votes, also stating that these reforms are vital and are in no way corrupt. Scoutings decision to remove these nations is according to some a bit far fetched but indeed needed as cleaning out the Security Council of nations whose minds aren't with peace and stability but with consuming power and nobility.

Wirbanskian Emperor Urin Inglis states that "Nations that violate the new rules of the Security Council such as failure to vote on important matters and instead being absent from such activity such as Scottlands themselves, should step down and let more competent nations in. Do the job that you have signed up for or don't do it at all, governmental matters aren't a game especially if they have the power to change entire laws and the structure of a government."    

Any new actions regarding Scouting could result in diplomatic sanctions and embargoes.

Russian Government Releases List of Dead

Earlier today the Office of National Security released the official list of the dead. It has been confirmed that 191 people were killed and 2,050 have been injured. The list of dead from each nation is included.

Upon seeing the list Emperor Charles I broke into tears.

"I apologize. The Government should have put better security in place. It is my fault. I didn't think of it. I severely under estimated the strength of the C.A.B. And because of my ignorance 200 people died and 2000 were wounded. I apologize to Eurussia for your 45 dead and 150 wounded. The Russian Government takes full responsibility. I apologize to the Scouting Government for your 3 dead and 50 wounded. We take full responsibility.I apologize to MEU for your 2 dead. I apologize to Xolox for your one dead. We once again take full responsibility. I apologize to the Russian People for all those we have lost. I and this Government takes full responsibility.But it is in these times that we must show unity. We must not divide our selves. If we do that then we let the enemy win. But if we stay together we can over come all foes. I call upon the nations of the world. Out aside all differences and fight terrorism within your own country and abroad. Come together as one force and we can defeat terrorism. I will not let another attack like this happen.God Save us all. Furthermore I wish to speak on the issue of international flights. The Eurussian Government recently banned international flights from Eurussia to Russia. I wish to expand on this. All international flights are banned from coming into our air space for the next 30 days. In 30 days we will survey the situation and go on from there."

Scouting Withdraws Membership From ZAR and WEC

Following the WTU/ZAR drama, along with the failing ZAR leadership, the Scouting Government has elected to withdraw its membership from the trade organization. While the trade organization provided many great economical improvements, the Scouting Government felt that it was time to withdraw. The Scouting economy is rated "Thriving" on the Global Economical Scale. Scouting has an astounding $926,608,000,000 GDP, and $632,118,476 in Trade Net. Scouting considered the Zaristic League of Trade to be defunct ever since the Head of Court, the nation of Azotakza, vanished from the scene. Once Apepistan took over, the damage had already been done and ZAR has been nearly dissolved.


Scouting has decided to remove itself from the World Education Center on the grounds that the organization, since birth, has done next to nothing to setup education for students around the World Alliance. The Scouting Government considers the World Education Center having good means but not being able to act on them. While we regret to withdraw, there are no students to teach and therefore we feel that it would be unwise to build a University or College at this point.

Terror Ties on the Empire of Russia Nuclear (Near) Disaster? & Other WEPA News

Following the request of the Russian Government, Scouting and the WA Environmental Protection Alliance sent out a team of scientists and experts to analyze the Power Facility in Russia, Obninskaya. On December 31st, 2014, Russia, and the World's first Nuclear Power Facility, Obninskaya, experienced a minor leak in one of the reactors. Due to human error, this leak was ignored until it became a near-meltdown. Luckily, the employees of the plant were able to contain the leak and shut down the reactors before a catastrophic event occurred. After further inspection of the facility, it was found that the reactor had failed to undergo routine maintenance checks. Upon interviewing the employees, it was found that they were asked not to perform these checks by the Plant Manager. When the team investigated the Plant Manager, he said that he felt the checks were unnecessary as the plant had been running fine since it was built and it would be a waste of the employees time. Information regarding the investigation was handed over to the Russian Authorities, as terrorism is not to be ruled out in this event. The Plant Manager asked the employees not to perform the safety check and also neglected to notice when the plant nearly went into a full meltdown. Russian authorities have taken the Plant Manager into custody for further investigation into possible terror ties.

The Scouting Government Pressures Great Eurussia to Make Move on WASC Reforms

Following the Inactivity of certain WA Security Council members and constant abstentions, as well as default abstentions, the Scouting Government has been in closed door discussions with Great Eurussia to bring this "Government Shutdown" to a close. The last time the WA Security Council passed a resolution or legislature by WASC vote was December 25, 2014, Christmas Day. Scouting has convinced the Eurussian Government to take Executive Action, pending WASC approval by 6 votes, counting the Eurussian and Scouting votes. We felt that it was time to take extraordinary measures to allow the WASC to recover and continue providing for each continent's constituents. Following the failure of the Loxan Government in negotiations with Great Eurussia to revive the Security Council, the Grand Empire of Xolox resigned from the Vice-Presidency.

Scouting Mourns the Loss of 3 Lives in CAB Bombing, Thankful for the 50 Survivors

While the Scouting Government is still receiving details from the Russian Government on what exactly occurred and who the CAB is, Scouting is in the process of mourning the loss of lives. The President is expected to make a statement in front of the nation after more details are gathered from the Russian Government.

Scouting Condemns Scottlands

Following Scottlands recent Leave of Absence, Scottlands returned to immediately claim that the Scouting Government was attempting to "Create a Dictatorship" within the WASC. Clearly, this is not what's going on and we are disappointed that the Scottland's Government cannot understand that, and lacks the capability to read and understand legislature. While the Scottlands people are ranked with the same estimated intelligence level as Scouting, we've petitioned the Global Census Office to review Scottland's ranking. The Government of Scouting hereby condemns Scottlands for their outrageous and unproven accusations.
