Shahrani to Help ally Snarfia

After the news the Snarfia terrorist group is still in the Snarfian colony's. King Mark Kuokkanen ordered Immeditiate deployment Of the Royal Army Corps Shahrani. The RACS als named Task Force Lion, sended 4 battalions of the Royal Marines and 7 C-130 airplanes with Shahrani Paratroopers.




With Shahrani's allies Eurussia and Snarfia wanting to push onto the last major SHDKZ stronghold the RACS also sended the 3rd Mountain battalion to aid the Eurussian armed forces and the SAF in there offensive

Apollonias of Corinth, and Demetrius of Pharos, have made a public announcement together, asking for the "Nuclear Issue" to be finally closed peacefully. The following speech was given by Demetrius, and was authorized by Apollonias:

"Great nations of Gaia!

The Gerusia of Corinthos, city of Poseidon, has long discussed the conflict and discord which was born from the Islamic States' intention of building a nuclear power plant, in order to supply the needs of it's own people. But who are we to you, if not just faraway Corinthians whose words are like dust in the wind?

Let me tell you why, our state and our people, the Republic of Corinthos, is concerned about a matter seemingly unrelated. As I mentioned, this issue of energy has created tensions and discord between nations, who otherwise live in harmony together. The whole cosmos has it's order, and we, Corinthians, can not suffer to see the blessings of Eirene be shattered and broken. It is known to all men, whichever god or gods they worship and pray to, that those who have high merit, value peace above conflict, and negotiation above fight. For only a fool chooses to fight above a thing that could be reasoned for otherwise, and none of you are fools, honorable nations of the World Alliance!
The issue of nuclear power is also present in our state, as it is the only avaliable option we have in order to supply our people with one of their most basic need in modern times, electricity. Our lands are too few for the endless fields of wind turbines and solar plants that we'd require; we're also given uranium by the gods, and it would be foolish not to accept a gift given to us. Thus, we understand the Islamic States' need for a nuclear power plant.
But all coins have two sides! We are also aware that the Syrian power plant is a potential threat to Great Eurussia, and Trinity Sector, and that these nations are very well concerned about their national security. Nobody can blame them for these, for just as it is the duty of a man to protect his family, the government must protect it's citizens too!

What is to be done in such a situation? Is there no solution if both sides have their valid and strong arguments?
The Gerusia of Corinthos, even though uninvited to the talks, but as you can see, very much involved in the issue, would like to propose that if neither Great Eurussia nor Trinity Sector trust the Islamic States enough to allow them build their own power plant; let the power plant be built in the Duchy if Trinity, on Eurussian soil, where it can be protected as they see fit, but in order to provide for the Syrian people, the Islamic States would provide for the nuclear plant, both it it's build and upkeep, as the three nations see fit, and would get a fair share from electricity, which would be enough for their people.

I ask you, great nations of Great Eurussia, Trinity Sector and the Islamic States, to consider our proposal, to achieve the friendship again, that was once so fruitful between your nations!"


On other news, a new free trade agreement was signed with the The Knight's Senate of Omega Atlantica, by Senator Wilhelm Steinberg and Apollonias of Corinth. The flag of Omega Atlantica was raised above the commercial port of Corinthos. With this new agreement, Corinthos has now 4 trade partners, significantly boosting the city state's economy, however, the Republic of Corinthos is still looking for more and more trade partners.

Emir thanks Corinthos for supporting nuclear power

The Emir ordered the government to thank Corinthos for supporting the plans of ISIS to build its first nuclear power plant and help build it. For the mean time, only planning is happening for the construction but no buildup has started yet. The Emir is studying all options for the people of ISIS and good relations with all nations. But the Emir condemned Great Eurussia for making indirect threats of war against ISIS just because of the nuclear project.

Scottlands will help ISIS build nuke

Because of the lists of aggressions of Great Eurussia in Ushten Island dispute, the crisis in Scottlands because of the cut of supply of money, the threats of war against ISIS because of building a nuclear power plant which is his right anyway, King Ferdinand told Emir of ISIS not to listen to Eurussia but do what is good and right for his people. King Ferdinand is willing to help funds in building Syria power plant to supply electricity in Syria ISIS.

First Foreign Base to be opened in Togana

The alliance with Togana has never been stronger. The King has approved discussions to build the first foreign base of the Scottish Royal Forces. This is now far from the neutrality Scottlands has before because of changing times and repeated aggressions by the hegemonic Eurussia. Togana will also be allowed to run its own base in Scottlands as part of the alliance and strategy to have the best military in the world. Togana is becoming a powerful country together with Scottlands. My kingdom will not be pushed around by anybody - King Ferdinand.

KANSAS CONCERNED ABOUT ISIS NUCLEAR POWER

Governor Sam Brownback held a press conference today to discuss the growing possibility of a nuclear power plant being built in ISIS-controlled territory.

"Nuclear power is a good, clean resource, but it can potentially be turned into a weapon. From what we've seen of their foreign policy, we're not confident that ISIS can be trusted with such power," Governor Brownback said.

The governor went on to praise Eurussia's mediation in this dispute.

"As always, we're seeing some world-class leadership out of Eurussia. The folks in Moscow have proven time and again that they're very level-headed people and truly pursue what's best for our region," Brownback said.

King William of the House of Snyder, better known as King Bill, hasn't commented on the situation.

ISIS is not building a nuclear weapon

ISIS gOvernment is shocked and denies all allegations that it is building nuclear weapons. We only plan for nuclear power plant and not nuclear weapon. Whatever this Kansas is saying are wrong and just hearsay. ISIS assured that negotiations is continuous with its neighbors to prove its peaceful intentions.

Due to the recent actions of certain countries Eldslandet has imposed a ban on the transportation of nuclear materials through Eldslandeti waters or over Eldslandeti air space. This is due to the hazardous nature of the substances involved and any accident in the territory of Eldslandet involving nuclear material may affect the environment and people of Eldslandet for many generations to come.
The Eldslandeti Navy will search every ship from Scottlands and ISIS as well as the ships of any other nation trying to build nuclear powerstations, any cargo air craft travelling to nations that are trying to build nuclear powerstations will be directed over the countryside and are subject to random searches.

Presidential Approval Ratings Drop Below 50%

Today the National Newstation Raidió Teilifís Éireann(RTE) released a poll showing that the President's approval ratings had dropped below 50% for the first time since taking office. The Office of the President refused to release a statement other than "Every leader goes through hardships. To suggest that President Robinson is the only one and wont recover from this is preposterous."

The House Minority Leader Theodore Garrett also had something to say "While this possibly brief dip in the President's popularity must not be taken out of context. It does raise questions. Are the people finally fed up with the failed policies of President Robinson. Do people want to see serious action here in Dublin? I think it is time for the President to either step up and take action or step aside, call for a referendum, and resign. I personally have had enough of this President and it is time for him to go."

Call for a Referendum?

As protests for a referendum continue all throughout the nation a recent poll has shown that 84% of people support a referendum on whether a new government system should be installed in Dublin. The President nor the ruling party has yet to respond to any of that statements but so far 500 protesters have been arrested in the past week.

"We demand the release of these 500 prisoners. They were only exercising their right to free speech in showing their dissatisfaction with this Government. Is this how this Government wants to respond these kinda matters? Just crush all opposition. To hell with personal freedoms and to hell with our international image. I have served the nation of Ireland for 13 years. I have gotten closer to the people than any other person in this chamber. Me and my party are the party of the people. We are constantly asking the people what they want to see happen. And right now what they want is a referendum! But has the ruling party done such a thing? No! They don't give a damn! They only care about themselves are serving the needs of the corporations. Our people are making a loud demand and this Government has done nothing but oppose them." With a rising nuclear threat from ISIS, Islamophobia in the Islamic Kingdom of Lonbonia has begun to dramatically rise from it's other religious minorities. While the Ministry of the Inner Development of Lonbonia tries to assure the population that Lonbonia is prepared for any aggression, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs views the ISIS threat as potentially dangerous and disguised.

"We are well aware that the Islamic State is claiming to only build nuclear plants." stated an officer working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. "But with the relations that ISIS has with the rest of the world, we will not take any chances, and our guard must be up. It is already quite stirring some of the populace in Lonbonia, and nothing good will come out of it.

On the other hand, the Ministry of Inner Development assures the population that there is a misunderstanding with the release of the international views, and tries to ensure that the population of Lonbonia remains steadfast. However, small-scale protests build up by Christian and Jewish communities, associating the Royal Family of Lonbonia with that of Wahhabi Islam, which is not true. The protests would be dispersed eventually by police officers, but the threat of large protests resulting from Islamophobia is very likely, and the riot forces are put at high alert.

The Royal Family was asked to address the situation. The King, Leon XI, has stated in a nation-wide broadcast:

We have nothing to worry about. The likelihood that a nation like ISIS will strike us is very low. We have the influential advantage over our enemy, and should anything happen to us, the friends of Lonbonia shall immediately assist all of us. God bless us all."

King Ferdinand supports Togana

In the middle of the economic crisis, King Ferdinand has received outpouring support from other nations especially Togana which is now acting like a counterweight to Great Eurussia's hegemony in the region. King Ferdinand said that small nations should not allow a country like Eurussia to push us around we need to stand up for our rights. King Ferdinand says that he is not giving up the territorial claim on Ushten Island despite all the efforts of Eurussia to avoid negotiations and use destabilization tactics on Scottlands. The Kingdom will prevail - King Ferdinand.

Togana And Scottlands Finalize Base Deal
  The deal to allow joint bases in each nation has been finalized. Togana will station army forces in bases throwout and have a preposition force with all associated equipment to react to any problem in the area. For the navy Togana will station a large part of their navy in a base in the north of the nation. A Togana class carrier and escorts will be stationed at this base as well two of our fleet submarines. Nearby the base will will be a base used by our air-force. The air-force will have a fighter/attach group and a transport group for the preposition force.
 All bases will be opened to all Scottish forces and Toganese forces will follow all laws of host nation. If any forces are found to be breaking laws they will not only be subject to Togana's criminal system and the justice systems of the host nation as well. In the deal both nations will hold joint training missions to better integrate our forces. Also if under the request Toganese forces can be used to allow Scottish forces to use, but under that it has to be taken under advisement; we dont want to be forced into a international conflict. Togana is very much looking forward to the relationship both nations can build.

Togana is Moving Forward to Finish Nuclear Plant
  Togana is moving forward on the construction of our first nuclear power plant. The two  AP1000 reactors are being built at Vogel. Each reactor will be able to put out 1250 MW, with a plant total of 2500 MW. The plant is going to be the first nuclear power station in Togana. We hope to construct up to 4 different plants in the next 10 five years. Togana is looking at making nuclear power a large percent of our electricity capability. We are looking at ways to lessen our carbon footprint and shut down our oldest coal and oil plants. All of Toganas nuclear stations are going to be run by our national energy agency. Still at this point Togana is looking into ways to control the waste after its used. Unknown if it will buried in a deep hole or given to another nation.

Togana Gives Warning to Eldslandet
  As Togana has heard of the news that Eldslandet will move to inspect cargo on civilian ships of nuclear nations. Togana is giving a warning to Eldslandet that if they move to inspect Toganese vessel in international waters it will be taken as a sign of aggression. All of Togana's Nuclear equipment is for civilian power purpose and radioactive is not moved on any civilian ships or planes. Also if Eldslandet moves to inspect cargo vessels then we will stop any trade between the nations. Togana stresses that they do not want to cause problems but they will not sacrifice the safety of the crews to please others.
  Also there will be consequences if ships headed to Togana are stopped in international waters.

First Archon of Corinthos, Periandros, has announced that the Republic of Corinthos has, after negotiations, closed a deal with the Kingdom of Scottlands. Corinthos will invest in the public sector of Scottlands by buying state bonds and stocks, in order to help the trade partner stabilise its economy after the financial crisis, which can be observed since Great Eurussia broke it's relations with Scottlands. Eldslandet will and can assure Togana that its ships won't be searched or stopped in international waters. Commercial ships in Eldslandeti water that belong to Togana will not be searched either however military ships of Tagana's navy that are carrying nuclear material must obey and adhere to the guidance of Eldslandeti Ship Traffic Control.

Snarfian Special Forces uncover Terrorist ammunitions supplier

Mosnarf, Snarfia

After an unkown ship entered Snarfia waters and got through a Naval blockade, the armed forces sended a Snarfian made Ghosthawk with a 6 man Naval commando team to the ship.



The ship with Toganian registration number 52775 was an arms shipment from the Togana National Armaments (TNA) to the SHDKZ.

Several armed men (some SHDKZ and more unidentified men) stood resistance against the Commando's, but they maneged to kill or capture the men before the nearest Snarfian ship. the "Worst nightmare" could arrive on scene.



The goverment has not yet commented on the situation but is sure to take appropriate action.

Emir Abu Lakiptani evades assassination attempt

To the shock of the Islamic States, Emir Abu Lakiptani was attempted to be killed by still unknown group after leaving the meeting he attended with the representatives of Eurussia and Trinity Sector about the nuclear power plant in Syria. While driving in the middle of a suburb forest multiple shots were fired on the convoy of the Emir. Unfortunately, the culprits were not caught because of the forest except for two suspects who later shot themselves after being cauught by the security police. The ISIS is still investigating on this but they say that this could be done by the enemies of ISIS abroad because of the powerful image of Emir. Despite the assassination attempt, Emir Abu Lakiptani greeted his people the next day.

End of An Era

Dublin(RTE News)--Albert Reynolds the 9th Prime Minister of Ireland was confirmed dead this morning at the age of 82. Reynolds served as Prime Minister from 1990-1994. During his controversial term he oversaw the longest economic down turn in history(1990-1992), he saw taxes raised from 20% to 70%. And he put in motion the secession of the United States of Ireland(from the current Empire of Ireland) in 1994. But he as regarded as one of the best Prime Ministers in history. After the economic downturn the economy grew 53.85% from €455,000,000 to €700,000,000,000. And he oversaw the stabilization of the Government along with the growth of the military and first balances budget since 1933.

"Reynolds was a great leader. It's not about what happened during his term it's about how left Ireland after he left office. And he left office with Ireland better than he found it. Reynolds oversaw the rapid growth of our military which now sits at over 10 Million. He saw the rapid growth of our economy and thanks to him we were capable to go from having the 27th largest economy to the 2nd largest. Not only did he improve the military and economy. He saw unemployment fall below 20%. He saw the rich-poor divide get smaller. Along with the amount of homeless people drop. He also fought for human rights. Much of what Ireland is today wouldn't of been possible without him." said President Robinson in a statement today.

Garret Seeks International Help

Theodore Garrett, House Minority Leader, has recently took the stage at the Conservative Party Conference with a call for help. He has called on international leaders to stand behind he people of Ireland in demanding a referendum that could decide the fate of the Irish Government.

"Leaders of the world. I come to you with a simple request. A Request for support. This support requires no materials. Just words. Recently as you may know the people of Ireland have grown tired of the government and have demanded a referendum to help set up a new governmental system. But the Government has refused the calls of the people. So we feel that if international leaders joined us in the fight maybe the Government will listen. A new Government would not only lead to a better Ireland but to a better international community. We already have the support of the Corinthos Government but we need more support. We need to make the Government listen!"

President Robinson Condemns Corinthos

The Office of the President released a statement in which the president condemned Corinthos for standing behind Theodore Garrett he accused Garrett of being a terrorist and called Corinthos a state sponsor of terrorism.

"My Fellow Irishmen. Recently the Corinthos threw their support behind Theodore Garrett and his terrorist cronies. I condemn them for these actions. Garrett and any who supports him are terrorists. And Corinthos supporting him only shows that they sponsor terrorism. We do not negotiate with terrorists. I want to let the people of Ireland know hat there will never be a referendum while I am in office. My main concern is for the United States of Ireland. Not some terrorists demanding "change". It won't happen. This morning I ordered the arrest of House Minority Leader Theodore Garrett, and the Corinthos Ambassador to Ireland. This is in the best interests of the Government of Ireland. I want to take this time to warn anyone that supports this referendum. If you publicly come out in support of it you will be arrested. This also goes for international governments we will arrest your ambassadors. "

First Archon of Corinthos, Periandros, has publicly condemned President Robinson for moral slander against the people and the Republic of Corinthos, by calling the republic "a state sponsor of terrorism". The First Archon has said that neither the Gerusia, nor the Boule has cast even a single vote against stepping up against such moral slander.

The President of Ireland is inprisoning anyone who speaks against him and cries terrorism, when in truth, these people are seeking democratic, civilised ways to change that, which is wrong, and keep what is right. Periandros also announced that if President Robinson will not release Themistocles Agricos, Ambassador of the Republic of Corinthos, the Republic will bring this case to international court.

Scottlands economy is growing - Trade Department

With the help of investments from Corinthos and defense deals from Togana, Scottlands is recovering from the crisis caused by Eurussia. King Ferdinand is very happy on these development showing that Scottland is doing the right thing for standing up against a hegemon like Great Eurussia that refuses to negotiate on returning the Ushten Island which is historically Scottlands territory. The government is also providing financial aid to those who lost their jobs caused by the financial crisis and can be repaid after returning to work. The government is also not closing its doors on the possibility of using force to retake Ushten Island if all diplomatic moves fail to get the island back for the Scotts people. But clarified that this is not an official plan but are small suggestions from advisers.

President Robinson Gives Freedom to Kuwait

When Kuwait seceded a few months back President Robinson took immediate action. But after 1 month of fighting President Robinson called for a cease fire and began talking with Emir Sabah of Kuwait. After a month and a half of deliberation it was agreed that the Irish Government would give independence to all lands claimed by Kuwait(1/5 of Ireland), the Kuwaitis shall have full independence, the Irish Government would provide a one time payment of €250,000,000,000 and a monthly payment of €15,000,000,000 to help support the state.

"There is no sense in fighting. We know what it's like to want freedom. When we fought for freedom nearly 100 years ago against Eurussia. You know what they called us? Terrorists! But it turns out they were the terrorists and still are to this day! Me and Emir Sabah IV have been in talks for over a month and we have finally come to a deal. We shall give them full independence and we shall also provide them with €250,000,000,000 along with an annual €15,000,000,000. This is in order to help the state succeed." Those were the words of President Burgsman after the announcement of the deal.

Emir Sabah IV soon gave a speech.

"Fellow Brothers of Kuwait. We have done it! We have gained independence! Full independence. Today brothers is a day to celebrate. For Allah prevailed and has given us our greatest desire. Freedom. The Irish have given us everything we wanted! We are the true victors. Death to Ireland!

President Robinson Orders Execution of Corinthian Ambassador

This Morning the Department of Justice released a statement saying that the Corinthian ambassador to Ireland had been executed. This comes after the Corinthian Government continued to voice their support for the referendum. The President has made no further comments.

After the execution of the Corinthian ambassador to Ireland, His Serene Majesty, Junkin III himself, denounced the action as unwarranted. In His Majesty's monthly address, he publicly called out President Robinson for unnecessarily raising tensions. His Majesty stated that he hopes this conflict can be resolved peacefully but if tensions continue to rise, Serenarea will defend Corinthos, it's close ally, if needed.

Emir Abu supports Emir Sabah

ISIS is happy to see another Islamic state born in the region that truely represents Islam and the people of Allah. He wants to visit Kuwait as soon as possible and hopes that the past will not become a problem and building friendship between Islamic States that should unite as one and spread the word and the faith.
