The Ecclesia is currently discussing a proposal for creating a colony on a faraway land from Corinthos, in order to relieve stress from the overpopulated metropolis, and provide people more jobs, and a fresh start. The new city is going to be named Naukratis, and people are already volunteering for their colonial passports. The Ecclesia is currently discussing the details on how the colony will be politically managed; most likely a new Gerusia Member spot for Colonies will be created, or and Neukratis will get their own representatives in the Corinthian Boule aswell, while the colony itself will be managed by a Colonial Ecclesia aswell, with limited authonomy and authority. This effectively means that Neukratis will not be a separate state on their own, but rather "a district on another continent", as Demades of Paenia, Spokesperson of the Ecclesia has said.

EAF To Begin High Altitude Reconnaissance Missions

After the recent actions taken by it neighboring country, ISIS, the EAF(Eldslandeti Air Force) has been authorised to begin high-altitude recon missions amid fears that ISIS may be build a nuclear weapon.
The EAF will look for the telltale signs of nuclear weapons testing and the building of missile silos. Whilst Eldslandet would like to send in international inspectors to view the nuclear facilities in ISIS it believes that they would not be effective and there may be materials hidden from the inspectors so it has opted for the reconnaissance.
Whilst the EAF mission is a peaceful one, if it is interrupted by ISIS or its allies then Eldslandet will be forced to retaliate with force.
Eldslandet is not completely against the usage of nuclear weapons or power however if they fall into the hands of the irresponsible or insane then disaster on a large scale is inevitable.

EU REJECTS APOLOGY FOR SCOTTLANDS

His Excellency, Chancellor Vladimir Putin himself, in a press conference at the White House, rejected the demands of the Scottish Government for the Eurussian Government to issue a public apology with regards to the statements of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs towards the King of Scottlands. The Chancellor simply dismissed the notion and stated, "They don't need such and they do not deserve such. If they will file a case, bring it on." With that simple statement, the Eurussian leader ended the discussions on Scottlands showing no importance to the topic and the threats from Scottlands.

EU CONDEMNS EMIR OF ISLAMIC STATES

At the same press conference, Chancellor Putin criticized Emir Abu Lakiptani for turning his back on the peaceful negotiations regarding the Syria Nuclear Power Plant Project when it is already on its conclusion preparing the draft for the formal agreement to prove to the world that the Islamic States is capable of maintaining a nuclear power plant. The Chancellor said that unverified reports on the possible nuclear weapons program of the country could prove the guilt of the Islamic States since it has turned back on negotiations and the militarization of Syria with the planned deployment of 10,000 troops from mainland Islamic States will also stoke further questions on the real intentions of the Islamic States Government for pushing for a nuclear technology program. EU NAVY ENFORCES 'SYRIA BLOCKADE'

It seems that Eurussia is serious with its words that it treats the construction of the Syria Nuclear Power Plant as a threat to its national security as Chancellor Putin announced the imposition of a de facto blockade in the waters surrounding Syria saying that the blockade aims to prevent the outbreak of hostilities in Syria as Islamic States intend to deploy 10,000 troops on its faraway territory. The Chancellor said that the blockade will only occur within international waters and warships are authorized to engage any hostile vessel in sight. It is not confirmed if the blockade will target ships carrying Islamic States' troops.

EU ENFORCES 'SYRIA NO FLY ZONE'

Chancellor Putin also announced as a complement to Eurussia's de facto blockade around the international waters surrounding Syria, the Eurussian Air Force will also impose a de facto no fly zone around the international airspace of Syria. But the Chancellor clarified that it is open to coordinate with friendly nations with the same aim of maintaining the peace and stability in the continent. Chancellor Putin said that fighter jets are already on stand by prepared to intercept and engage any hostile aircraft in sight and regular national security airspace patrol will be conducted. It remains unconfirmed if the de facto no fly zone will target possible cargo aircraft that could carry troops from mainland Islamic States.

EU DEPLOYS TWO NAVAL FLEETS TO ISIS

With the confirmation from the Emir of Islamic States that it will start the construction of the Syria Nuclear Power Plant and multiple reports from different countries that the Islamic State is indeed planning for a nuclear weapons program and the militarization of Syria, Chancellor Putin says that the government of the Islamic States left the Eurussian Government with no choice but to use force to protect its national security. Thus, confirming the deployment of two Naval Fleets from the Eurussian Navy towards the mainland of the Islamic States. However, SHDKZ leader, Nikolai Bardak was flown to one of the overseas colony's of Snarfia. Which are still under Insurgent rule. Snarfian forces combined with The Royal Army Corps Shahrani. is planning a massive invasion of the Colony's. The ministery of defence has not given any information regarding the invasion.

After pondering about the issue Eldslandet has decided to help Eurussia enforce its no-fly zone over Syria. Eldslandet believes that this will help prevent any future wars in the region as well as delaying the construction of nuclear power-plants in the area.
EAF will have an AWAC in the air at all times as well as an elite squadron of fighters nearby. This as well as EAF pilots on the ground in high alert will offer a quick response to any would be trespassers in the no-fly zone.

The Knights Senate have become increasingly more worried about the safety of world peace. With the Senate not having an official opinion on world events due to it not involving Atlantica, the Senate is worrying if Atlantican neutrality may not be the best approach to international events.

Some within the Senate argue that Atlantica was never truly neutral due to its alliance and large scale trade agreements with Moscow, stating that its time to change the nations international opinions. However the senate is currently more concerned on the breakdown of Isis-Euruso relations and the possible break out of war.

President Robinson is the first public official in Irish History. In what could have been a diplomatically disastrous event for Ireland while sitting at the helm of world affairs, the case filed by the government of Corinthos against Ireland has been withdrawn after the removal of former Irish President Robinson via impeachement paving the way for diplomatic consensus between the two influential nations. United States of Scouting First to Send Troops to Newly Acquired WEPA Land

The United States of Scouting has sent apprx. 500,000 troops to secure the 8 islands and the mainland territories. 45,000 troops were deployed on each island, while 140,000 were deployed on the mainland to secure borders and setup base camps for other alliance members to move in supplies and forces. Doing so has cost the Government 9 billion dollars in equipment, food, infrastructure, and other supplies for the troops. This is 4 billion above what the Government asked from the alliance. Scouting has stated that providing Military Protection will be it's primary role for the newly gained territory.

In addition, the USS Durion Jarno has been dispatched to the Muchos Estados Sea to prevent any other nations attempting to jump on the territory before it's fortified.

After an Invitation was sent by Great Eurussia, due to Eldslandet's support of the 'no-fly zone' over Syria, the President of Eldslandet as well as other officials are visiting Great Eurussia. The visitors will be discussing matters with the Eurussian government such as the growing problem in Syria and the finalisation of the Eurussian-Eldslandeti Friendship Treaty. After discussing the details of the Treaty between the two nations, the Eurussian and Eldslandeti Presidents have both agreed on the final rules of the treaty.

1) Both Parties agree to recognize each other's sovereignty.

The Eldslandeti Government has deployed some of its assets in accordance with the new treaty. The EDF is deploying two Elite Mountain Cadres, the 42nd Grenadier Battalion and the 3rd Huntsman Foot Soldier Battalion, who are trained in fighting in mountains, valleys and woodlands and are capable of taking on numerically superior forces in the harsh conditions of the Syrian Mountains. They will help assist the already present Scouting and Eurussian Troops if the situation gets hot.
The Eldslandeti navy will deploy an unspecified amount of its attack submarines to help enforce the naval blockade and will be patrolling the water with other vessels on top of that.

But that's enough about them and I want to get down to the raw matter of this last journal entry of ours, I was insufficient to leave this country I had mental issues I acted out rashly to others without thinking such things through I got easily attached to people and I made wrong decisions when I had the right intention. I was a bad leader to my country and to the World Court, the World Alliance Security Council. And I did find it very difficult at times because I as leader of my country has secluded our people in one continent and tried to avoid world affairs so that we won't end up in the same position as we were since last time. I repeat it was not or never about Isis building nuclear weapons they had no intention of building nuclear weapons. And the Russian representative there was very dead center of using violence so that they would not build a nuclear power plant and I was there with my brother Lord Logan and my sister, Duchess Jennifer, we heard those words that we will use force to you should you continue with your plans on building a nuclear power plant. Those words came out of the representatives mouth and this is why everyone is prepping to attack Isis send all this talk of Isis is building a nuclear weapon. Both my brother and my sister including I spoke to the Amir and the representative not to resort to violence, keep using diplomacy. But I began to have an episode, so I could not stay at the meeting so I left silently for your Russia and Isis to do with themselves. Scouting Government Dismisses Mysterious Signal as Interference

The Scouting Research and Development Agency has dismissed this "Mysterious Signal" as heard by the Country of Qasheer as nothing more than simple interference from Solar Flares of the sun. We further condemn the Qasheer Governement for their pre-mature posting of this 'mysterious signal' and their usage of our country's name to give their story standing. The United States of Scouting never received a signal in the first place and upon inspecting the one Qasheer received, we were furious.
