The World Alliance Security Council may ask us to provide the funds to protect the land that Trinity_Sector is willing to transfer ownership to us. If so, We may need about $5,000,000,000 to provide maintenance, military protection, and other environmental personnel to secure the new land. We're asking that members of the WEPA, including ourselves front this money in case if the WASC asks us to.

Please let us know of your thoughts.

To make it more efficient in the administration of the territory which could also be used as a staging ground for WEPA's conservation experiments and researches, Eurussia suggests that a special committee be established to exclusively manage the affairs of the territory which we could initially and informally call as the 'Trinity Conservation Zone' whose funding could initially be taken from the regular funds of the WEPA.

And for other critical necessary funding we could temporarily utilize the following:

- TCZ Maintenance Budget - from the regular funds of the WEPA

- TCZ Security - from the assigned units from members of the WEPA which can secure the TCZ on rotating basis eliminating the necessity for WEPA to allocate funds for security purposes. But it is still the duty of the special committee to issue the guidelines for this.

We are not against the proposal of Scouting but we do feel that the initial fund required is too huge and for a fact that the Security Council has not yet approved the petition to take over the sovereign territory of Trinity Sector.

perhaps we could split the funding in between nations. Each nation pays a specific amount. Which wouldn't be too big or too small. And if we are still shy of the projected amount. Which s something we need to figure out. Then we could do a donation system type of thing.

Congratulations! Our first major legislation piece in the WASC has passed, we as an organization have acquired land in the North Estados Unidos Sea! To advance this land acquisition, I've already sent troops to the area to secure the border until other forces from our alliance can reach the area. Currently we need to setup a base of operations in the capital which is currently located on the largest island. From there, we need to setup outposts on each island including the mainland and begin a survey of the land to know exactly what type of environment we're dealing with here. Let me know when you've sent troops to secure the borders.

The rule below has been added to the WEPA organization rules to conform to our newly gained land.

Land Ownership

Land owned is strictly for the environmental preservation of said land. No citizenship will be granted and access of the land is only for citizens of WEPA member nations. There will be a small number of cities in preserved land, mostly for the citizens of each nation to have a place to stay, eat, and organize tours of the preserved land. Each WEPA Member Nation may own one city. Each city will be governed by the laws of the owner nation, and once outside of the city limits is subject to international law. 90% of the revenue in each city may be kept by the owner nation, where 10% will be taxed and provided to WEPA, to perform any maintenance, upkeep, or construction on the preservation.

Eurussia welcomes the passage of the resolution pushed by the WEPA for further environmental conservation. We will currently evaluate our participatin in the affairs of the WEPA Territory in Trinity Sector.

The Corinthian Colonial Department has begun building Syracuse, and several Corinthian companies have applied for building permit on the area. The building and admission requirements are extremely high, due to the increased environmental protection level of the area. The Corinthian Colonial Department has announced that they will show the whole world, that "green cities" can be built, in complete harmony with nature and the environment, using renewable resources, recycled material, etc.

However, one company "Etna Co.", dealing with geothermal energy, were discovered to have start importing mining equipment, along with the technology needed to make geothermal power plants. The Republic of Corinthos, on the pressure of environmentalist groups, and after a series of press conferences, has decided that they will open a court case against "Etna Corporation", for fraud. The Republic of Corinthos has also announced, that the court case will be handled and overwatched by the WEPA. For now, the future of this company is unknown.

The Founder of the WEPA has been informed of this on-going issue and an investigation has been launched. Permits pertaining to the construction of the Corinthos city have been suspended until further notice.

On other news, the Republic of Corinthos has submitted all papers and plans about the construction of Syracuse. The Etna Co company, who has been accused of fraud, has been ordered to shut down, with it's owners fined for several millions of drachmas, and even a significant amount of jail time.

"Corinthian do not tolerate corruption of any kind in our Republic. We do not tolerate it in our government, we do not tolerate it in our companies, in our army, it simply has no place in our hellenic republic. Any cases of corruption will be dealt with according to our laws, and the Etna Corporation is not an exception from this. The Republic of Corinthos plans to continue building Syracuse, once this case has been dealt with. We will show to the world, that green, eco-friendly cities can be built and maintained!

As the Republic of Corinthos resolved this issue internally, we will not punish the Corinthos Government. Corinthos's permits are back in play and construction will be allowed to continue until the original prescribed date. Top WEPA Officials have condemned the acts of Etna Co. and have furthermore issued a ban on any mining, geothermal, or other operations causing a significant harm to the environment. Appeals are open on a case-by-case basis.

We've taken the liberty to hire scientists to perform an evaluation of all member nations, including our own nation. Our scientists came back with these results, most of which I'm happy with.

Our government has begun the process of introducing new legislature to induce a more Eco-friendly economy.

Mind you this process will be extremely slow, but expect to some progress soon.
